Cancel If you are moving or have a medical condition and they will charge you $50 for either one of those reasons. Or you can buy out your policy for $250 as well as a written statement as to why you’re canceling. I have never in my life, felt so trapped by a membership somewhere ever. This is extremely disheartening and it does not make those who already have anxiety about going to the gym. Want to come to your gym. You guys might really want to think twice before joining this gym, if you wanna be able to cancel at any time because you can’t. They will lock you in like a predator.

Not a crowded place, so it’s never a hassle to get access to equipment .My only issue is sometimes I forget to add money to my card for my monthly payment. So I acquire late fees because I then have to wait until they decide to try to take the payment again. We should have to option to go in to the app and make a payment at any time. I know that’s how most gyms make money. I worked at a gym for years.you double a persons payment in a week . More money for the gym . hard to make that payment with the add on . So now another late fee. 😂 the cycle continues. Gyms not bad . Sometimes restrooms are sketchy. .

Since the gym has been taken over by Daniel, the place has had big improvements so far. Things that were damaged have been recently getting fixed, and now, having a dedicated cleaner, the place is becoming more welcoming. It is nice having Daniel getting this gym taken care of properly like it desperately needed.

I signed a contract with AF Loganville in January of 2024 which ended in January of 2025. I then attempted to cancel my membership at the beginning of April which never happened. They continued to charge me despite multiple attempts to cancel, and are now trying to say I owe a debt of $160 for late fees and processing fees because I told my bank to stop authorizing their payments. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT HERE. They will charge you as long as they possibly can and will refuse to cancel your membership, then they will try to tank your credit if you don’t let them! It is also not nearly worth the ~$50 a month they charge.

It’s very clean and staff is friendly. I do wish they would reset the clock on the wall. It was an hour off and now it quit working altogether. I was disappointed the tanning bed wasn’t working and it seems it’s not going to get fixed. Nice variety of equipment and always maintained except for for stationary bikes. Only 1 works out of 4.

Been here for years and it is gradually declining. Multiple managers come and go. DIRTY bathrooms, broken equipment, no soap, no paper towels etc

There are broken odor machines, and shower lights have been out for over a year, even though management has been notified

The one drinking station is covered in mildew and mold. There’s green stuff growing on it. The mildew and mold are bubbling through the plastic.

They haven’t replaced the 65 lb dumbbells in over a year!! Just a blank spot on the rack!

Now there is an overwhelming odor of mildew and mold. NO Exaggeration. It’s been like this for a month- management has done nothing. I’ve been going to a different gym because the mildew odor is so bad

Or mail showing an address change. The whole thing is a scheme to get you to keep paying. DO NIT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM. MY wife went there 3 times in the last month and they kept telling her about 6 week transformation stories. She also had her first training set up but every time she walked in they kept telling hr that their corporate office messed up the schedule and we will find another time for you. I’ve been working out & training for 39 years! But I started training with Billy Ray and there is no comparison!! Billy Ray is the BEST! Billy Ray is very knowledgeable, listens, instructs, cares, and knows his stuff!! I highly recommend Anytime Fitness in Loganville, GA!

CHECK YOUR BILLING!!! Not only is this gym small and pretty basic but I just now caught on to the fact they’ve been double billing us for 5 MONTHS. when my husband signed up it was supposed to be $34 for both of us biweekly. Well I stupidly just realized that they’ve been double billing us since august. $68 bi weekly!!! $136 for 2 ppl for this tiny whole in the wall? I’m furious at this and even more annoyed I didn’t catch on until now. Definitely disputing this with my bank and canceling this membership. Never again!

In January of 2022, I reached out to this location to reinstate my membership and had a long conversation since my last membership ended during covid and ownership changed. We discussed and commited to continuing my membership and not being on any contracts. Being a new customer, I wanted to vet the place before making a final decision. Upon arriving, the doors were locked and I get it for safety reasons and more. However, no one wasn’t at the front desk to assist or “open the door” and I called three times with no one answering the phone or the door. I awaited outside for two mins with the customers looking and not attempting to call an employee. As a potential customer, this whole dilemma prohibited me from establishing business with this gym. Was in town temporarily and needed a place to workout. Jade accommodated me quickly and efficiently with a smile. The location was excellent with plenty of parking. I wouldn’t consider anytime fitness as a gym or their personal trainers. I had a personal trainer before corona virus hit, the gym closed for a month I was told by the trainer that I was still going to get charged for the month for the training because they couldn’t suspend the account until the gym opened again so I said ok. I was charged for the month but never received the training. I decided to cancel the personal training because it was too expensive and i wasn’t seeming results. Also my trainer was irresponsible he would cancel on me or be late to the training. One time he didn’t show up and forgot to let me know that he couldn’t make it that day. At the end I stopped paying for the gym because I moved and there was not a gym close to me that I felt comfortable going. They sent me a debt collector with a bill for $881 when I only owed 5 months. Pure BS if you want a good gym don’t sign up to anytime fitness. The fact that the trainer lied and said I received all the training I paid for made me so angry.

After 10+ years at a giant corporate gym this place is the fresh air I needed. It's never crowded and beautifully maintained. But the best part is this is the cleanest gym I've ever been to which is great considering the current circumstances in the world. I chose Anytime because I was sick of the crowds at the big gym chain and I chose this location for the friendly staff, cleanliness, and convenience. I've been coming to this location for about 3 years now. I'm a college student so every summer I'm home, I go to this gym. It's convenient, it's super clean, not too many people, and just a welcoming environment just how I like it. The owner Jonathan is super nice and can help you with anything you need. When I tried out this location, these two were very pleasant to talk with and showed me around their location like I had been a guest in their house. Don't even think about getting a membership at this place. Not only are the staff useless even though they consider themselves Managers, but it is nearly impossible to get a hold of somebody that can assist you properly. The monthly fees are way too expensive considering how small the gym actually is and the availability of these machines it's almost impossible since it's always packed. This was my first gym membership and I got f*****. Apparently you can't cancel your membership unless you move 10 miles away from any Anytime Fitness. What kind of b******* is that? I got injured six months ago and I told them that I could not use their services anymore because I was injured I kindly asked them to cancel my membership, I even talked to the owner of Anytime Fitness and he pretty much said you're f***** until your contract is done. Now I'm stuck paying two gyms since I joined LA Fitness, a way more convenient gym, until this f****** membership ends at Anytime Fitness.
