Crooked Liars! My wife canceled her membership and they continued to bill our credit card. We told them numerous times to stop billing us and refund the extra charges. They said they would stop billing us and refund the extra charges but they never did. We had to contact our credit card company to have them block Anytime Fitness from charging us anymore. Be warned.

CLEAN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT🤮 This is literally the most unsanitary Anytime Fitness probably to even exist. There’s never employees there and if there are, I have no idea what they do because the bathrooms and equipment are filthy. There are rats that just crawl right across the floor like it’s no big deal. The owner honestly has no business being IN business if they can’t take the hour or two it takes a week to run a freaking vacuum through the building and clean the toilets. Such a shame.

Had a horrible experience at your facility. I signed up for the 16 week challenge but as we live 9 miles out of town I wanted my son to join me. While I sat there I texted him and he said we could discuss it that evening. At that stage my documentation was filled out and signed. Jessie said I was not allowed to take the paperwork with me, I said I feel uncomfortable to leave a signed document there. At that stage abig bald man with tattoos came and said they only work with people that is committed to losing weight. I still tried to explain that I am not quitting but only need to discuss it with my son. He proceeded to tear up my paperwork while yelling YOU ARE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE PROGRAM. You did not just lose one client that day, you lost 2. Me and my son. I feel his behavior was incredibly unprofessional and he meant to humiliate me. I will continue to share my horrible experience with all my friends until you resolve this matter.

I have been having billing issues for 3 months going now and I have been a member for over a year. Needless to say they are now getting rude with me and treating me like I’m trying to get free services and I have just been trying to straighten everything out. It’s close to home which is what I like but it’s pretty basic as far as the gym is.

Friendly trainers Hunter and Kim constantly floated around helping and keeping the gym clean.
Well run and organized.

In case you don't know... Anytime Fitness centers are individually owned. This one's owner could care less... I can't wait till someone buys this one & fixes it up. Broken mirrors... bathroom fixtures.... smells like mold... dirty on every surface. I hate it when I have to go to this location.

I really regret signing up here. Red flag should have been when the guy didn't even offer a tour and just breezed me through the sign up process while texting on his phone the entire time. Equipment looks really worn and its dirty and dusty, only one tanning bed works. When I voiced my feelings to other patrons no one had anything good to say about this location. Looking forward to being able to go to another location in 30 days.

The gym has the basics of what anyone would need. Always clean and bathroom spotless. One problem is that one of the tanning beds is broken so if you have someone that lives in the other bed you could be waiting a while. It has been like that a while now.

The Gym has a serious Re-Racking issue, I counted 11 of the 11 machines plus the bench squat rack and the smith that had not been re-racked. The place is dirty, bathrooms especially. I can tell it hasn't been swept in a while let alone mopped or wiped down. Disappointing considering it has alot of room and plenty of equipment. And no music playing.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! This location had received a bad rep in the past. I had some issues myself with this location, but upon returning today to resolve the problem I was pleased to meet Jordan, the new manager. She was very helpful and courteous. Need less to say she has created a return customer. Very pleased with the new staff

I have been a member of this gym for two years now and I love it!! The staff is very helpful and the facility is always clean. They could use a stair climber instead of so many treadmills but other than that it's a wonderful and supportive gym community with tons of classes and training to choose from.

I walked in at 10am and was told by members that staff had not arrived yet even though the establishment opened at 9. I decided to sit and wait for a staff member because I had questions on starting a membership. 20 min later A staff by the name of RYAN arrived. He walked in and proceeded to speak to everyone except me. He didn't even look my way as he proceeded to start helping the members. The member that let me in tapped on his shoulder and told him that I had been waiting for a while. He shrugged his shoulders and didn't utter a word to me. I got up and left only to come back and ask for the managers name and contact number. I felt extremely disrespected and uncomfortable. I've never been treated in such a way ever. I do not want to pull the race card so I won't. I normally don't write reviews but I felt highly disrespected. I was walking in, in hopes of starting a memberships but instead I got treated with no respect. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff have no customer service etiquette for such a small closed up setting. I have called the manager Nick and I'm waiting for a response if I don't get one I'm going to take it a step farther.

Had a 1-year membership with no auto-renewal. The GM extended my contract for 6 months without my knowledge or permission. Then sent the account to collections for non-payment. Currently disputing. The gym is ok, too small in it's current location and parking is not great either. But I would sure watch out as far as your money goes!
