Brock is an excellent trainer! He goes above and beyond, always taking the time to listen to everyone’s concerns and making sure each person in the group feels supported. His knowledge, patience, and dedication set him apart.

I’ve had different trainers before, but Brock is by far the best trainer I’ve ever had. His ability to motivate, guide, and encourage not only helps me stay on track but also creates a positive and uplifting environment for the whole group.

Anytime Fitness is an awesome gym — I’ve used it everywhere I travel whenever it’s available, and it’s always been a great experience. This location has lots of equipment, a clean workout area, and hopefully even more new equipment coming soon.

I got a text to update my payment information in October 2023. I came in the next day and updated my payment information with the manager at the time, Justin. I found out today that Justin sent my account to collects in February 2024 for failure to pay. The money was coming out of my account; so, where was it going? Since he was fired in 2024, I was told that there was nothing that could be done other than to pay the collections agency. So now, my credit score takes a hit for something I didn't do!

This location is in a constant state of disrepair. The tanning beds, water fountain and men’s restroom being out of order for multiple weeks is ridiculous. Signage is all bleached out… broken tattered equipment. This location should be a shinning star for the franchise but falls way short. I trust it literally sits and makes money for someone but why not have a little more respect for your paying members?

The Anytime Fitness Braselton location is pretty small, it can be really crowded at times and i feel the equipment is in need of a refresh, the equipment is dated. Its a limited gym and to get a workout in peace without feeling rushed due to being over crowded you really need to go during off peak hours. i have seen people standing around waiting to use the limited equipment during "rush/peak" hours. In my opinion, the gym needs to be larger for this area, offer more amenities like things people are expecting when they pay to go to a gym. and its not exactly cheap, especially for what you get access to. This location just doesn't deliver in my opinion. i live really close so its convenient to my house. That's the only reason i keep the membership. but i'm considering just canceling the membership and purchasing some equipment to use at home.

I had to recently cancel my wifes membership because she no longer feels like it is a safe place for the reasons above.They have never spoken to each other nor do they have any friends in common for it to be an accident. I was told that she came up as a suggested friend, and the Owner sided with manager and said he could not fire him because he is a good guy and he is just wouldnt do something like that and he has never done anything like that before. SO JUST LETTING EVERYONE KNOW THAT HE IS STILL WORKING THERE

This anytime fitness is my favorite one to go to! The set up of the facility is great and easy to get around. It is also always so clean! They have a cleaning supplies set up so each person can have there own spray bottle and clean towel to wipe down the equipment after use. I prefer this because it uses less paper towels. The staff are also so nice, welcoming, and very helpful.

This is by far the worst ATF location I’ve been to. Both of their shower rooms are basically broom closets. The state of the showers are beyond against health code. They reek of mold. White and black mold growing everywhere. The sinks are falling off the wall. Exposed electrical boxes. So much broken equipment. They’ve had bolts loose on the ab machine for two years now. Old outdated equipment. Many of the cushions are ripped or missing. Noticed they had updated the water dispenser, the taste is awful and it’s warm water. This is the only location that charges you for tanning, all others are free. This location is an absolute joke.

Amazing gym with amazing coaches! Karin was the first coach I met with and honestly there are nothing but positive vibes. She helped me every step with getting started and gave me tips to better my nutrition. Brock was the second coach I met during my journey. He has a positive attitude and always has helpful advice. As a trainer Brock always motivates throughout the sessions and modifies when needed to make sure you're doing your best. Nothing short of a positive and motivational atmosphere!

RUN in the opposite direction. I just received something on my credit report from this place. ALL FRAUDULANT! They will get your info and keep charging you. I canceled according to the contract after realizing half the equipment is broken, the trainers come and go and the owner is rude.
I gave written notice, and I have texts to prove all of it. I went in twice and got the run around about how they canceled it, and it's not them charging me.
Don't do it! Horrible customer service and horrible business!

To clarify; I have emails and text messages showing my cancellation. I moved out of state and was not able to go in and sign paper, but according to contract it states 30 day written notice required which I did and confirmed receipt. The national number they provide you goes to a recording and places you in a forever loop...never get a person.
This franchise has horrible customer service. Even my new local one is shocked the owners are being this difficult! There response to this review is full of lies!

The gym is certainly overpriced for what it is which is a smaller planet fitness without the lunk alarm. I had a rough few months and couldn't afford the gym. I referred someone up there to help cover my cost. They paid for a year upfront and their associate couldn't "find" my membership to apply the credit to. They called me about my balance and I let them know I was waiting on my first paycheck and would pay it in full soon as I did. i got a call from a debt collector 2 days days before i was coming to pay it.

Do not sign up if you don’t want to get stuck with this horrible gym for 24 months. Horrible treatment and super small gym. I signed up online and now I can’t get rid of out of a 24 months contract that I wasn’t aware. I used to use multiple Anytime locations. I only come here now. Since they knocked out the unnecessary walls, it’s a completely different gym. It’s the only place I want to work out.

I would really love to see the heavy bag upgraded (please!!). But it’s great that they have one, and it is properly hung instead of being on a stand. And again, overall, it’s an awesome gym.

This gym is gross the water fountain has green crust all over it the fob reader connected to the door has red gunk all over it. This is the most expensive gym I’ve ever paid for by far with by far the least to offer it is a very small establishment. The punching bag has a loose chain that will hit you in the face if not careful this seems like a pretty big hazard. Expected way more for the price point any 10$ gym offers far more

They tried to charge me almost $200 to cancel my gym membership. If you absolutely need to join their gym, make sure you read your agreement because they will try to scam you out of your money. With the price of this small gym it is better to take your money to LA Fitness in Buford. What are we paying for? The smith machine has been broken for 2 months. The water fountain was inoperable for a couple of weeks. Several of the machines are missing pads (see photos). Equipment sits unfixed for long periods of time. The sole purpose of this establishment is neglected. If a machine is broken, there is zero excuse for it to be left that way indefinitely. Hundreds of patrons, maybe more, are paying every month to use this equipment and the management can't be bothered to keep things running or repair issues in a timely manner. Ridiculous.

As a woman, if you’re looking for a gym where you will be comfortable this is not it. Your money is better spent at Hotworks. They just opened a new one in Buford. My experience here was not pleasant. The staff did not make me feel welcome . When I tried to cancel my membership there was no one available for me to do so. I called customer service and emailed multiple times with no response. If you want to cancel, you’ll have to have a medical excuse to avoid $100 cancellation fee.

I went around 1:30 there were about 5-8 ppl in the gym it looked clean, there was space between the equipment it didn’t feel as if a bunch of equipment was just put there to open a gym. I like the fact that there is a wall that separates the gym as well makes it feel as if you have a bit of privacy between one space and another. I’ve been to a few anytime fitness in diff cities here in Gwinnett etc and this one has a hack squat machine, and a few other leg machines that the other AF don’t have. The women’s bathroom was clean and they even had little feminine products if you needed. This gym also has two cubicles instead of one to put your keys and items. They also have a vending machine with certain snacks/drinks small selection but it works. ☺️ I believe I’ll go back at a later time say 7-8pm and see how busy it is. I prefer a somewhat empty to somewhat slightly busy gym vibe in these types of gyms

I’ve been working out at this location for a little under a year now, and I love how accessible it is. It’s a smaller gym, so the people here get to know each other and are always willing to help provide tips, a quick spot or just a simple conversation. Everyone is there to be their best selves and it’s been fun getting the chance to create small mental goals and ideas after seeing the workouts others do.
Also, Justin is awesome! He’s always got a smile on his face, incredibly helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the gyms, policies, programs, offerings and fitness in general. I haven’t tried training with him yet, but I’m definitely considering it! The guy knows his stuff 💪🏾

Great atmosphere and very clean. The employees are great and very helpful. Membership includes tanning and classes which is unheard of! If you’re looking for a place to get healthy this is the place!

Anytime Fitness manager, was so incredibly rude and mean to me! I am letting anyone considering a membership there to avoid it at all costs. Not only do you get nothing for your money (Dirty bathroom,
Towels running out and spilling over) this is how a person with only a membership of 2 weeks gets treated. Curious: I asked him to help me 2x but he rather flirt with the ladies in the yoga studio than do his job. I rather pay the cancellation fee than to stay a member of that rude and unprofessional customer service!

This gym is absolutely my favorite gym. It’s perfectly laid out and there’s never many people there so your able to get what you wanna do done and do it. Justin is one of the best guys I’ve worked with at the gym and I’d highly recommend him for anything and maybe a pay raise.

Tanning here is awesome. Beds are up-to-date and bulbs are maintained very well. Lots of machines available too. I've never had to wait to use the machine I've wanted. Facility is always clean. I chose this location over the Winder location based on previous reviews after it switched ownership/management. I'm very glad I did.

Gym is amazing! Faculty is professional, they are the best at communicating! Justin did an awesome job reactivating my account through the phone and was extremely transparent on what was going on with the payment process. Justin is a 10/10 employee🔥.

Excellent facility! The owner seems to take some real pride in this location. All the equipment is nice, intact and functioning as it should. They even used the quarantine period to repaint and reorganize the gym. I’m glad this one is right by the house because it’s a good gym with everything I need to stay fit.

This place is awesome under the new owners! They are well staffed and the gym has been updated. They have answered the phone every time I have called. I took a chance based on the old reviews. I don't know what it was like before but it is great now.

Just moved to Braselton so thought I could workout and tan at this gym! When I asked the staff about(big guy/bald head) getting help with a tanning bed he informed me I could not use it due to me not being a member at that particular gym! Which is fine but his attitude was awful very unprofessional and God forbid if you interrupt him while he's watching his YouTube videos!
Will not return for any reason!

Canceled my membership with the club and a year and a half later they said I never canceled it asked me to drive hours to cancel serverces with them a second time. Horrible service will never go to this gym again.

Anytime fitness is a good gym in general but this location has limited equipment and feels very claustrophobic with the equipment feeling like it's stuffed inside the gym.
