Was in town and needed somewhere to go to stay consistent and Trace was super helpful! He was very attentive and able to answer any of the questions I had during my visit! Glad to see some consistency regarding customer service at all the Anytime Fitness locations I’ve been to!

Gym and equipment good and clean however I wouldn’t go as far to say customer service is good. My husband got roped into a year contract without his knowledge and did not find out until he went to cancel it a few months after signing. We did not put much of a fight because it was our fault for not reading the contract thoroughly. However the year was finally up and they CONTINUED to charge him even though he previously had multiple conversations about cancelling his membership and the person on the other side of the phone said that it would not automatically renew. Finally it has been cancelled however with no refund for the last payment that should have never happened. Just know if you are a member then you’re stuck for life at this point.

Unfortunately, there was a free 7 day trial promotion on IG. The promotion specifically said , for Perry GA location. I even received an email showing that I can activate the 7 day free trial for the Perry Anytime Fitness location. I sent a text by Robert stating that he would give me a call that same day. I never received a call. I called the following day and he returned my call at that point. I was advised that he was not going to honor the promotion as it is only for select few locations and he is not sure why they still have that on there. It was very strange but I could do nothing but say okay. We were very disappointed. My fiance and I both were looking forward to trying the gym out since it does allow flexibility with the time of being open 24/7. Had he honored the promotion, we both would have signed up for a long term contract as we have with other gyms before. This location happened to be closer. I do not feel like this was handled correctly. It could have been honored if he wanted it to be.

I had a membership here and I stopped using it during COVID-19, after that I never went back, eventually moved to another state. I realized I still had it, tried to cancel and they gave me the run around. So eventually I put a stop payment on my account.

Well, “J” (to not mention a name) was very upset about it, eventually sent the account to collections (it’s understandable) so I paid the debt collecting agency the full amount to avoid a derogatory mark on my credit. Fast forward a few months, she sent another debt collector to collect the same debt, this time it went on my credit, I was able to get it removed after showing proof of payment during a dispute.

Fast forward more than a year later, there is another agency now attempting to collect the same debt.

When is it going to stop? Is the gym business so bad that you have to resort to crooked practices to make a penny? Like, enough is enough. It’s ok if someone wants to end their membership, not the end of the world, you wont have to shut your doors.

What is it with the soreness and the greediness? So “J”, please stop the nonsense and let it go, the debt is already paid.

By far, it's my favorite place to be. Anytime has enabled me to return to the gym and crush all my fitness goals. The staff members are helpful and encouraging. Kyrstin Bond is definitely an A++ for me. She got me into Anytime, and she's a significant contributor to why I stay as active as I do now. I honestly can't praise her enough!!!

The cleanliness is amazing and the equipment is very well maintained. Staff seem to be very nice, although I haven't had much interaction with them. The gym is also well organized and sectioned (in my opinion). My only issue is why some locations, such as this one, choose precor over life fitness. Precor is terrible when it comes to adjusting for the individual. There's almost no point in getting a leg curl or pecfly from them if people can't adjust it to where you focus the very muscle group it's intended for. It's very frustrating and it would be a deal breaker if this was my "home" location.

The WORST gym experience I’ve ever had. Please don’t give them your account number!! Despite my 30 day notice like requested and then them saying they will miss me they continue to withdraw money from my account unfortunately.

I visited this gym to workout while I was in GA and I just want to say how great this place is! The Staff were so friendly and welcomed me into a yoga class. The facilities were clean and the equipment was great. I love how they have different fitness classes throughout the day and many amenities including a tanning bed. I wish I could take this gym back with me! I look forward to visiting it again!

This is the third gym I have belonged to and by far the best. The facility is well managed, spotlessly clean, with a wide variety of well maintained equipment.
The staff and management is friendly , responsive and knowledgeable.

Somehow got a late fee when my payment info never changed and it was set to autopay since I joined 2 years ago . Card wasn't expired either .

Wanted to cancel and was told I needed to buy out rest of contract which I couldn't do at time . So I told them I'd let it run until it was out and not renew they said fine , but never put it for me to cancel. I should have left with a letter stating it would not renew but jokes on me . Just realized they've been charging me every month since then so I'm out 200 bucks for what I thought was cancelled and there's nothing that can be done about it

From 2006 till November 2018 these people debit 58 dollars from my account. In that time frame I haven’t been to the gym 10 times total. In October 2018 I stop in and request personal trainer time, he was supposed to call and NEVER did. I asked them to stop debiting my account and then get a collection notice. Did you’ll get enough free money???? Have a Bible Scripture laying around is no good if you’re not living them. Dishonesty to the fullest. We are reading 2 different Bibles

After 10 years in the Army... and retiring after 28 years of full time law enforcement... my current "semi retirement" gig is climbing and working on cell phone towers as well as part time law enforcement work. The tower work generally includes different towers in different towns throughout the United States every 3 days. I tried another gym chain when I started working in the tower industry. This other chain was very inadequate as far as branch numbers and locations. I have found Anytime Fitness to be the perfect fit. Tower work generally includes 12 to 16+ hour work days and 70 to 100 hour work weeks. After getting off work, my focus is finding something healthy to eat, working out, and getting some rest. The convenience of locations and 24 hour use make Anytime Fitness an exceptional choice. When travelling to and from work breaks alone, I refuse to waste $100.00+ dollars a night for bed bugs and crotch crickets. I find Anytime Fitness particularly helpful during these times. I sleep in my truck, go to one of the convenient Anytime Fitness locations, shave and clean up, workout, take a shower, and then once again hit the road. On Mon., 2 Oct.'17, I visited the Anytime Fitness branch in Perry, Georgia. As I approached the gym, the manager... Samantha... was returning after taking out the trash. She extended a pleasant greeting with her beautiful smile. I worked out for 2 hours. Samantha was wide open cleaning... the already spotless facility..., politely helping and encouraging prospective new members, orientating them with the facilty, and taking the time to pleasantly speak with each person entering and exiting. Samantha did not stop the entire time I was there. A personal trainer... who was also present... also appeared to be offering top quality help and service. The shower room was spotless as well. It was well organized... for hanging and placing stuff, sitting to change, etc. As a Christian... I particularly appreciated the Bible verses placed throughout the workout area! Although Samantha puts in a lot of effort to go above and beyond, people like her make Anytime Fitness the great organization and value it is! Thank you for all that you do, Samantha!
