I haven’t really been to a gym before but wanted to start. I called beforehand to figure out how the membership and free trial worked so I could go together with my boyfriend. Lisa was very kind and helpful over the phone and in person. It was super nice inside and had good equipment. I’m very happy I tried something new!

This gym has all the equipment and machines I need and, it is 24 hours which is perfect.The peronal training here has helped me make great prorgess and stay safe while working out. I started personal training back in late March and since I have gained 20 lbs of lean muscle mass. I am very happy with my progress that I have made here.

I called to start a membership with this gym and I asked questions about the startup fees. The representative advised for me to go to the Decatur location when I live near Suwanee. Sounds a bit prejudicial so I’m not going there. First impressions are everything.

I was in the process of trying to find a gym. I set an appointment for a tour and I also received a 7- day pass from Anytime. On the day of setting the appointment, I called the location several times trying to see if I could just start a membership. No one answer the phone. My spouse and I decided we wanted to use the pass to see how the gym was. When we got to the location a lady came to the door and turned us around, which was so embarrassing stating their policy don’t offer passes at that gym location. Anytime gym is so unorganized. This could have been cleared up if they only answered the phone when customers call. After this encounter, I didn’t even want to be apart of anytime gym anymore and I cancelled my tour appointment. I decided to use my pass at Youfit and we joined Youfit.

So moving to a new area, my team and I looking for a god gym to be apart of - were “gym rats” and pay monthly to good gyms -but we are not paying first to never have been in this gym or area gym and pay first day here “ no” gym heads understand why. I received my free guests pass and that wasn’t All the case when I arrived here - although my “free “ pass was sent to email they didn’t allow me to workout with my pass - that’s frustrating, now that my new job should be down the street and living close by I just wanted to see if this is the gym for me - I love good environments in the gyms, after a two days to a week I will either buy or not and not buying probably won’t happen because I love training …. Ridiculous how you send me an email but say when I got there y’all do t accept free passes no more and I know that’s not true —

UPDATED: Finally signed up for the annual memberships! Lisa gave us a good price and we really like the convenience of the location after a month-trial. Highly recommend! !🤗

The people were very nice and the enrollment was quick and simple. The size is small but decent. The only thing was they didn't offer 1 week trial as the website offer though. We may come back to enroll soon.

Anytime fitness right off of satellite Blvd is kept super clean. They don't have the most equipment but they have what's necessary for a good workout. Free weights, squat rack, easy bar, leg press, hamstring curl, leg extensions, several arm/back machines. Cable machine, cardio equipment (stairmaster, elliptical, treadmill, spin bikes), and tanning beds.

So far, so good. Pretty small gym compared to bigger gyms like LA Fitness or Planet Fitness, but usually not too crowded and it's clean and well kept up.

Gym had multiple threatening signs up inside and outside the facility. Signs on the equipment saying that they have surveillance cameras and if you do not rack your weights you will be charged a fee. Really? I've never neglected to clean up after myself in the gym, but threatening to charge over something like that left a bad taste in my mouth. Signs in big red letters by the door saying not to let other people in because "if their key fob does not work there is a reason." This is followed by a sign outside the door that says they have a zero quest policy, (the only Anytime I've seen without a guest policy so far) and a tailgate penalty that will fee you $200 and report you to local law enforcement.
The overall environment of the gym felt very unwelcoming due of all of this, fortunately there are other nearby options to choose from. Not what I look for in a gym environment.

I had attempted numerous times to cancel my membership with this gym in vain. They fully took advantage of the fact that I had relocated to a different state and would not cancel my membership. I had to pay over a year's worth of payments without going to the gym. Ultimately, I asked my bank directly to void all payments with this gym and 3 months later, I find out my account has been transferred to a collection agency. REALLY? Last ditch attempt to take more money? Please do not sign into a membership with this gym.

John & his staff do a great job keeping supplies stocked & the facility clean. I requested that they add a rowing machine & 6 months later, there it was.

Last time I when 2 weeks o so ago they have workers fixing something inside and I couldn't take the noises of the drilling anymore and left after 20 minutes 😠. If they need to fix something should put a sign notice is not a rocket science.

I visit many Anytime Fitness locations. This one is a good location. It is pretty large, and there is plenty of space except for the free weight area which is pretty small. They only have one power rack and one Smith machine, which are about 3 inches away from each other. It is very awkward to use one while someone is using the other, and a wrong move could easily result in bumping into a moving barbell. There aren't really any negatives other than the extremely loud music (a complaint common to all AF's). I'd recommend it.

Edit: They changed the weight room layout, it is now much better.
