I highly recommend Nicole, whom ny husband and I have been working out twice weekly with for over three or four years. I’ve had some injuries due to falls over the course of this time and Nicole has been excellent at working with me as I have recovered to full mobility. She is the best at what I have needed to maintain my active lifestyle as I have entered my 70s.

(Prefacing this with I’m a super beginner and 2~ months with Nicole and I’m already feeling like I’m LEAGUES ahead of where I was) I’ve had the most incredible time with Nicole as my trainer, not only has she been incredible at her job and made me feel so strong she’s also been a great friend! She has a way of pushing you to your limits and helping you give your all while also respecting your body’s response, every workout we have I leave feeling full exhausted and so excited for the next one! I’ve had heart rate issues since I got COVID and she did an amazing job building workouts around that, she also made sure to tweak any workouts based on any aches/pains I had that day. If you’re looking for the best trainer in ATL look no further :-)

Where do I even start! Nicole is not your typical trainer she is more. I was very depressed when I met Nicole and had given up on life. I had to go through many trainers just to find someone who could give me an ounce of dignity and Nicole was that person!
She believed in me from the moment we met and walked beside me on every workout. She not only catered to my abilities but she was able to guide me by doing it with me. She met me for where I was at and encouraged me every step of the way.
Nicole not only builds meaningful relationships but ones that last a lifetime. Nicole is an amazing trainer and will change your life !

Highly recommend Nicole! She’s been my trainer for about a year now and it’s been so great from the start. She tailors the workout for me, and is great at challenging me but also listening, too, if the workout needs to be edited. She works out of a great space shared with CrossFit folks. Fun environment and music.

I started working with Nicole a couple of years ago seeking some additional help in toning up my arms, shoulders, and abs for my upcoming wedding. She developed a training program for me that was specific to my goals, coached me through each of the movements, and gave me exercises that I could do on my own. She was great about adjusting exercises and weights to meet my ability. The best part about working with Nicole is how personable she is. She keeps training fun and exciting, which makes it a joy to keep coming back to!

I’ve worked out with Nicole twice weekly for almost three years now. She has adapted our plan to my changing health needs over that time and is a huge motivator in keeping me active. She is also very beginner friendly, and really took the time to make sure I understood each movement before performing it. Finally, she’s fun! It doesn’t feel like a chore to come work out, it feels like hanging out with a friend for an hour before work many days, which has been great for keeping me consistent and enthusiastic.

I’ve known Nicole for a long time, way before fitness became her passion. I’ve watched her transform into an encyclopedia of fitness, movement and strength knowledge that can help anyone of any walk of life.
For the past 10 years, I’ve dealt with lower back issues that have gone from being a constant annoyance, to me literally crawling on my bedroom floor. It was then, I knew I had to seek a workout solution, not just more visits to the chiro and doctor. So for the past year, I’ve been working with Nicole, and I couldn’t be happier.
Daily pain, gone. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been in my life, not just physically, but mentally too. I’m able to train harder than I have in years, my body has a shape I haven’t had since I was in constant training for my black belt.
Plus, all the lower back therapy has more than one benefit! Not only is my back pain gone, but all that glute work has my girlfriend grabbing my butt now!

Nicole is a phenomenal personal trainer — incredibly motivating, with years of expertise, a swath of functional and challenging exercises in her repertoire, AND the talent to still make training sessions a good time.
I've always liked working out to an extent, but many times after training sessions with her, I've thought "That was really fun!" (even when I'm sweaty, exhausted, and it's a struggle to walk back home.) I love the progress I've made over the past several months and the new ways she's helped me push myself. She's very mindful of injuries and how you're feeling on any given day, and she's willing to pivot in your program based on how your goals may evolve or confidence (inevitably) increases.

Nicole us simply one of the best in her field. I’ve worked out twice weekly with her for four years and I look forward to each session. As a doctor, I know that SHE knows physiology and is very attuned to my own injuries and limitations as well as my health goals. Nicole is the BEST!
I had already been working out on my own but I was struggling. When I started training with her, my body did exactly what I wanted it to. I wanted to keep my curves and just tone my lower body / slim up top. Nicole knows her stuff because within just a few months, my waist shrunk and my legs look the best they ever have!
