The “people” who attend this place do not know how to drive. They consistently pull out without caring about oncoming vehicles. I had to do a hard brake and almost got rear ended because of these animals. Do better

We absolutely love this gym! After having a very bad experience at another gym, we came to ATA about a year ago. My daughter was going to take a year off (or more) because she had completely lost her confidence and love of the sport. She came to simply take some tumbling classes. After meeting several coaches and experiencing the positive atmosphere of this gym, she decided to try out for an all-star team and has had the best season of her cheer career by far! She adores her coaches and has regained so much confidence. She is so happy and has grown so much as an athlete.
We have gotten to know many of the coaches due to private lessons and classes, and there isn’t a single coach here that she doesn’t like. I love the way they speak to the athletes and encourage them!
I truly believe that if it weren't for this gym and their incredible staff my daughter wouldn’t be cheering today.

Nope!!! Im not being paid to write this review. ATA is a very competitive gym. ATA teaches what hard work looks like. ATA teaches what dedication and commitment look like. Are they perfect, hell no. Is she progressing, yes. Does she like it? Yes. Is she a committed athlete? Yes. Is she dedicated to this sport? Yes. Do she like to win, yes. Do we miss practice, No. We understand that this is a team sport. The team can not get better without her.
Do they offer extra tumbling classes and priavtes? YES. Does she attend all of those? Yes, yes. Going to practice is just not enough to make her better or level up.
***They are more diverse than last year(loving that).
This is our second season, and thus far
We love the experience, good, bad, or indifferent. We love the coaches, Willie, Lance, Coach T, Kee-kee, and Coach Reid.
P.s. Good luck to all of you who are searching for that perfect gym. (They do not exist)

I LOVE ATA this is the best cheer gym you can go to. All of the coaches try their hardest and they buildup my daughter’s confidence, skills, and sportsmanship. The coaches here really work hard to guide all the teams to summit champions! I don’t understand how the coaches here abuse but I’m telling you they really don’t. They might be meaning by conditioning, but in the end it’s no where near abuse and it’s just to help win and realize that you have to give it your all. I’m so amazed with ATA and we’ve found our home! All of the girls are super nice to my daughter and they taught her the best techniques and skills! We’re definitely staying here and this beats every other cheer gym out there. Thank you ATA!!

ATA is a really good gym. I've been at ATA for 10 years and it is the best thing ever. It is so fun and everyone should love it and if you're in a competition people sometimes have to show up sick.

I was an athlete at ATA for 5 years, and I couldn’t brag about them enough. The atmosphere and energy in the gym is so positive, and I’ll never forget my experience at ATA. The coaches are so kind hearted, and always put their athletes first. The amazing and caring coaches truly helped me grow from a cheer perspective, as well as a life perspective. ATA is much more than just a cheer gym you go to practice at, it is family, and I will never have anything negative to say about this incredible program, as it has done so much for me over the years!!

We loved the people at our last gym, but my daughter was looking to make a change. Our experience at ATA this season has been incredible. The coaches are wonderful as well as the other athletes and families. Looking forward to many seasons to come with our ATA family!

I was really disappointed. I had heard such great things about this gym. My daughter was in one of the classes for a couple months and I ended up pulling her from the class. The staff at the front desk were not super friendly. Did not seem like they were happy to help the customers/parents who may have needed something or have questions. The entire time my daughter took classes there, I never knew who her coach was. No one every told me who the coach was and none of the coaches every stopped to introduce themselves to the parents. To me, this is a big deal because 1. The parent is the one paying for the classes and 2. I would like to know who is responsible for my child while they are in the gym. My daughter is a gymnast and I was not happy with her progression at ATA. She never learned any new skills or progressed in what she knew. I honestly felt like she did a warm up and then just arbitrarily bounced on the trampoline and then did stuff on the mats. It seemed as though there was no one actually guiding them and challenging them. Honestly felt as though the kids in the tumbling class were not as important as the competitive girls. I kept taking her thinking one day she's going to learn something new, but it never happened. Also, my daughter told me one of the coaches she had was not very nice. I'm not looking for someone to hold her hand, but I do expect coaches working with young athletes to know how to get on their level and encourage them and challenge them. The gym always seemed a little more on the dirty side. The viewing/waiting area, the bathrooms....everything just needed a really good cleaning. I was blown away by how little it seemed the staff cared about the parents involvement. The gym my daughter does gymnastics at blows ATA out of the water with customer service and making everyone feel valued and important. I bet the coach didn't even know my daughters name. I am not sure I would recommend the gym for tumbling classes to anyone. Maybe they are just so hyper-focused on the competition girls that everyone else takes a back seat. If your daughter wants to learn how to tumble, spend your money somewhere else where the parent/coach relationship is valued.

They did not help my children at all. They overbooked us with the cheer team and my girls were pushed aside and the coach never taught them anything.

This gym was by far one of the worst experiences I have had. The communication from owners to parents is non existent, text messages and emails are not returned. Owners make assumptions and do not care about the safety of athletes. After more than one serious injury and ZERO inquires from staff at the gym as to how my child did after surgery and their inability to support her and challenge her to do her best I am happy to say that she finally sees this place for the toxic environment that it is. Do NOT TRUST them with your athlete. There have been reports of bullying and in my opinion unsafe practices that result in serious injuries to athletes.

I have two daughters that cheer at ATA and they've both greatly improved in their short time there. But people need to understand that all-star cheer is not always going to be sunshine and roses and it's certainly not always easy. It takes a serious commitment on the part of the athletes and the parents. Take a look at all the 5-star ratings ATA has received and that will probably tell you all you need to know about the few 1-star ratings they've received.

My daughter has been on a team at ATA for the past six years. She has made great friends with many girls that are mature, focused and happy. I think that competing here has been a positive influence on her life and I find the coaches to be cognizant of the role that they play and the influence that they have over each girl and boy's future. I also have to take exception with the opinion expressed by another reviewer characterizing ATA as a 'money machine'. ATA is a business, pure and simple. To stay viable, parents expect them to win competitions. To win competitions, a gym has to attract talented competitors. I am always amazed how ATA manages to do that without dismissing or minimizing the contributions of others who may not be 'super stars'. It's a delicate balance they must maintain to stay in business, retain members, and motivate kids. I certainly don't envy their task but I do applaud their commitment to it and level of professionalism exhibited while doing it. But above all I appreciate ATA's recognition that ultimately their coaches and staff are as integral to the future potential of their members as the teachers these kids see every day in school.

Too bad I have to even leave a star. My child has cheered since she was five ( almost 17 now). This Is a money machine. Respect for parents here is ZERO! Abusive here is 100%, owner Matt could care less when we’ve complained! My child’s self esteem has gone backwards, skills backwards as to where she was this time last year. She should’ve been flying, as she weighs 90 pounds. They stick her on the bottom to base knowing she had a hip problem a year ago, this causing more problems. When couches started to abuse her, push her out, I called the owner to complain, coaches found out about that, they retaliated. team have all been cussed at or screamed at to one degree or another. My child came home after every practice in tears. Would have pulled earlier in season but contracted. We will not allow her back or to attend Summit! Had enough of this as of last week! Season is over and I am so happy! Send your kids to Twisters or elsewhere! Never go to ATA!!! Not to mention, most of the parents I’ve gotten to know feel the same and have complained about abuse!

We are proud to be part of the ATA family. The owners and coaches at ATA really care about the kids and offer great instruction, teaching them the skills they will need to compete and progress in the competitive cheerleading world. If you are looking for an awesome cheerleading gym, look no further.
