BACH is a term in New Zealand we use for "one's second home". Our goal is to lead individuals to know what PROPER functional strength training can be for their life, and how to get results fast. We're a tribe of like minded people that love to train for whatever life throws at us. Come try us out!

Bach has been the best fitness experience that I have had in my life!!! It is a demanding workout, but the feeling of accomplishment at the end of class is more than worth it. The trainers are very knowledgeable & friendly, but also motivating and push you to give your all, no matter what your “all”is at the time. The open gym is also great if you don’t have the time for a class but want something more than the normal apartment gym.
I have lost 40 pounds in the time that I have been going between BACH and their partnership with Fitlife foods
The community and love everyone has shown me in my time as a part of the family is the best thing about the gym. It’s great knowing that we can check in with one another and have fun, while also keeping each other motivated and accountable to our fitness goals.
Overall, if you are looking for a might fitness community, look no further than BACH!

Bach is the best gym I’ve ever been to! I went from having not really any fitness experience or stamina to being able to weight lift almost everyday. It’s a really intense workout but they really meet beginners where they’re at and can modify anything to your needs. Extremely welcoming environment that keeps me motivated to keep coming back! They even post workouts of the week if you want to come and work out on your own time outside of class.

I love this new location of Bach! The classes here challenging, dynamic, and way better than anything I’ve experienced at other gyms. The instructors bring so much energy, knowledge, and motivation to every session. They genuinely care about your progress and make sure you’re pushing yourself while keeping proper form!
Beyond the workouts, what makes this place so special is the community. It feels like a second home- a place where you’re always supported and encouraged. Whether you’re a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, this gym has something for everyone!!

Great fitness experience. Training is in class formate but still feels personal. The structure of each class is built upon a full program, with each class building upon the previous classes. The trainers care about your results to a level I haven’t experienced anywhere else. With a special focus on recovery. They have stretch periods after each class, a full variety of recovery equipment like compression boots, and even a specific class dedicated to breathing, stretching and mobility. If you come here, go all in for 45 mins and the results will be undeniable.

I’ve tried out quite a few gyms in Atlanta and the welcome I received from the owner of BACH was amazing. I walked in a few minutes early to a trial class and he instantly made me feel comfortable, gave me a tour with an important stop at the house rules that remind everyone to stay positive and be kind to each other, and got me setup for class. The workout was intense but never felt impossible. He gave me modifications, encouragement; and when I needed to take a minute, everyone was kind. The structure of the class is well thought through and I can guarantee that no matter where you are on your fitness journey, you will be welcome and can achieve your goals here. I will definitely be back when I’m able to!
