Love BFT! I’ve tried many gyms over the years and this by far is the best. They have ~14 different class types which vary and give you a nice mix of strength, cardio, mobility, etc.
Some thing I love about BFT:
- Coaches!! They are all awesome, but shoutouts to Jen, Chayla, and Stephanie! And of course Alberto the owner, who makes everyone feel super welcomed.
- Really scalable - great for beginners to experienced athletes
- Coaches check and correct your form (this was important to me when I started!)
- Good variety of class times from AM to PM - having a 6:45pm with my work schedule was a huge bonus!
- It’s really a great community of people.. and they have socials too!
- Plus it’s a Hyrox gym with multiple training sessions a week
For honestly the first season of my life I actually want to go to the gym now. I’ve really loved getting stronger over the past year and it’s been fun to see what my body is capable of.. thanks to BFT!!

I have been a member since the beginning and I am as motivated, if not more, than I was when I started.
I was a member of Orange Theory (OTF) for many years and have nothing but good things to say about them. What differentiates BFT is how well they balance both cardio and strength fitness. You can attend every class every day and assuming you eat and sleep well you will not hurt yourself and you will continue to see gains.
Most people can't attend every day; I can't. But the app provides suggestions to make sure you're workouts are balanced.
And the best part about BFT is the community; both the coaches and the people (This is something they have in common with OTF). Coaches are motivating and friendly. Because of the ratios, they can provide personalized attention at a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer.
The members I have met so far are also very friendly. All ages and all fitness levels: Young, ripped guys and gals or "works in progress" like me. What we all have in common is our desire to improve our fitness; that is our bond.

I absolutely love this place!! The energy, the vibe is another level. Everyone is rooting for everyone. Coaches take their time to walk you through the exercises, correct form/posture, and adjust movements based on your needs and/or limitations. It’s a judge-free zone. I love to see how much I’ve progressed since I started a few months ago and can’t wait to see what else I can accomplish. I literally drive an hour to come to class multiple times a week because there’s no other place like this. Come see it for yourself!!

The best gym in the area!! I struggled for years to find the right place with diverse workouts, alternating various cardio and strength training exercises, coaches that actually COACH and train to proper form in a safe environment, and a solid community. I have been a member of BFT for almost three years now…as a woman, I had never thought about strength training in my life. I have learned a tremendous amount about form and am so happy with my results today. I am stronger and my body is younger today than it was when I began. The trainers are AMAZING, kind, helpful and teach you so much. Coach Mac, JD, Andrew, Jenn, Chayla and the owners, Berto and Marta are all incredible and keep track of your progress and help you push yourself when that time has come. It’s a fun place with lots of engagement..do yourself a favor and make sure you check it out! You will be hanging with friends while getting fit. There are many long term members, so you get to know everyone. It’s organically different. And every one is here-women, men, beginners and advanced. I love the coaches at this gym [JD, Brian, and Lauren are the main morning crew!] and the owners [Alberto and Martha!]. They've done a great job of building a community of people at all levels who are there to better themselves and encourage others. The programming is also varied [cardio, strength, HIIT, lifting] and fun. Coaches help you scale as needed for your ability level or recovery from other injuries. If you're thinking of joining a gym, this one is great!

After spending a few years doing Pilates and working out at a local gym on my own, I decided it was time to try something different.
A friend recommended I try at free class, so I started by taking the yoga class on Sunday at 5 PM.
After meeting Alberto, the owner, he gave me the opportunity to try some more classes so that I could evaluate the program before committing to a membership.
To be completely honest, the first few classes were somewhat difficult for me. The combination of interval strength training and intense cardio provided me with the ultimate challenge.
I honestly felt a great sense of accomplishment after I finished the first week and completed a variety of different classes.
The best part of BFT is the support you receive from the instructors and trainers. Being that I was new to so many of the exercises, it was wonderful to receive instructions and encouragement from everyone, including Lauren, Jen, Jayson, Javonte, Brian, Chayla, and Rachel.
Even Alberto, the owner, walks around during some classes, giving people pointers on how to properly execute each station.
I would highly recommend that people check out BFT because of the support and the high intensity interval training. It's very easy to visit the website and sign up for a free class.

My wife and I tried this gym after doing CrossFit for years. We were skeptical at first, but now we won’t go to another gym!!! We love the workouts, you get awesome strength days followed by full cardio ones! More importantly, we are part of a family. Once you workout here, everyone becomes a family to enjoy workout with, push you harder, and keep you accountable! From classes to socials it’s always a great time! It’s easy to go to workout when you love the people and atmosphere.

I highly recommend the BFT Roswell gym! The program is a great combination of cardio, strength, and HIIT classes. (And a few others that get mixed in to keep it interesting!) Your heart rate is monitored and utilized as a tool in your workouts and overall goals. The facility is stocked with an array of equipment and is well-maintained and very clean. The trainers are friendly, focused and inspirational. There are always two staff members at every class, which is very helpful, particularly if you are newer to working out. The owners are involved, helpful and great with communication. There’s a wonderful community of members who are not only there to improve themselves, but to motivate and encourage their peers. I started working out a BFT about 6-7 months ago. Coming from a traditional gym, I was looking for a place that had a good mix of exercise in both strength and cardio. For years I’ve tried to lose weight, tried many diets and workout programs, none of those did it. I started BFT in Feb 2024 and by early April not only did I lose 8lbs, I also got stronger and of course I gained muscle. 10/10 would recommend. BFT may as well stand for Big Fan of This! I’ve absolutely seen solid progress towards my fitness goals, and I only go three times a week. Used to do CrossFit for years, and I just have less tolerance for the risk of (further) injury as I get older. From never having been to a group class, and never been able to be consistently motivated to go to a gym, I really love BFT.
Every day is different and you’ll never repeat a session ever again. There are so many different workouts and you’ll be kept on your toes everyday. One day you’ll do cardio, another day you’ll do upper body strength, another day kickboxing, the list goes on.
Using the heart rate monitor means that you keep pace with yourself and nobody else besides you. You’ll be so busy with the workout you won’t have time to compare anyway. Everyone’s biometric is different and catered to your own health journey.
Besides the workouts and the heart rate monitor, the coaches and the owners are true gems that really makes BFT great. The owners workout with you and unlike some gyms and their owners, they really live out the healthy lifestyle. They are truly interested in your health journey. The coaches truly know their stuff, from the form, body mechanics, to motivating you. They won’t be shy to point out your bad form or tell you that you can lift more and spot you.
All in all, I have gotten much stronger, faster, and more stable in all of my workouts. I would highly recommend BFT to all of my friends.

I am absolutely obsessed with BFT Roswell. Every single person that works here is truly fantastic and the best inspiration for helping you to push your limits. A real gem. After a decade of CrossFit, and having a baby during a pandemic, I was struggling to find a gym home, until BFT. The class variety is equal parts terrible and awesome, which is exactly how I want to be challenged. The coaches (shoutout to Coach Mac and Coach K) are great hype people ensuring you don't break your body. One month training here, I improved my mile run score by 30 seconds! I was impressed by the effectiveness of the program here!!! I can’t wait to see more improvement in my athletic performance.
Also, I found this place is really healing for me. I usually take the last class of the day. Even after a long day when I don’t feel like moving, the energy of the people here, the music, the workout just automatically lifts my spirit up high and recharge me for good! I wish everyone can experience this gym and feel amazing 😊

The classes are good and the trainers are really nice and help push you to work harder. However, my problems with this place are the fact that everyone that works out here is middle aged, which ends up being uncomfortable as my friend and I being the ones there that are young 20s. I will also mention when we were signing up they said that plenty of other young people would be at these classes and it just wasn’t the case.
This coupled with the fact that it wasn’t transparent about fees you get charged if you miss a class you scheduled for.
Overall the actual workout and trainers were great but the atmosphere is more geared toward older people

Coming from CrossFit, I wanted to try something different. Alberto, Martha and their team really built something great here! The training is highly varied and effective, gym is brand new and beautiful with high quality equipment and the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. Great place to become fit and healthy!
