It's a really nice place to be able to go when you feel like going to workout with weights or go burn some calories or just trying to get back into shape . There are multiple types of weight lifting machines for the arms and legs or you could just go with the manual weights for the arms and then there's several types of exercises for burning calories or just plain exercising . That's my way of putting it , I know other people will have their own way .

They have all of the equipment I want in a gym. Open 24 hours, when it is outside of normal business hours and on the weekends, entry with a key fob makes the excuse of not finding time to go to the gym impossible. Together with that and the security camera system in place, I always feel safe. Even during the busy times, there is still room to move around and enough equipment that you don't waste time waiting for something to open up. Sometimes I wish it was cooler, but that is literally my only complaint. Love this place!

Great facility, great community gym. My girlfriend and I are from Atlanta and dropped in here to work out as guests (guest fee is $8 per person btw) and they had everything we needed. A few tips: bring your own chalk or baby powder if you need that for bar grip, they have towels available for use so you're good, they also have a water machine there, but you need to bring a water bottle. Barbell racks are not adjustable, but they have slightly different levels so unless you are crazy tall (like me) it shouldn't be a big deal. I definately recommend this gym either as a local or a guest!

It's a full gym and tanning salon. No membership required to use either. I'm not sure why Google says it's a chain retailer of soaps. It is not. I went for the tanning, but the gym equipment looked pretty decent. The tanning beds were pretty basic 15-20 minute beds, but they had fresh bulbs. Had a variety of tanning lotions and free stickers. Plenty of parking space and gym wasn't crowded. I drove past it the first time as Google had the location wrong and it didn't look like I'd expected it to.
