Corey is a wonderful, and clearly experienced personal trainer! He is great about pushing clients to see that they are capable of more than they thought they were, to feel strong in their bodies, and improve their fitness! He clearly cares about his clients and supports you in the way you would hope a personal trainer would! It was a great experience working with Corey for a 6 week program, where I very clearly saw my endurance improve! Body Design is also an environment where you are able to build community in the small group (2-3 people) personal training. I found myself really enjoying the company of those I was working out with, and was in awe of their strength, too. The style of fitness they offer is also one that is easy to understand and implement on your own when you’re outside of the gym.

I’ve had an incredible experience with Corey at Body Design! I joined because after 11 years of motherhood and letting my own needs take a backseat, I knew I needed to prioritize my health. I wanted to increase my overall strength and improve cardiovascular endurance, but I had no idea how to begin.
Now, after 6 weeks with Corey and Body Design, I have lost 5.2% body fat and gained 5lbs in muscle. My heart rate after the endurance test dropped from 168bpm to 151bpm and I went from being able to do 0 push ups to doing 4 push ups. And my blood pressure dropped too! But most importantly, I feel more confident in knowing that I can do tough workouts and I can do them well! I have learned to make fitness a part of my daily routine. I’ve built the habits that will keep me healthy and strong. And another added bonus is that my migraine headaches have drastically reduced since starting the program.
I really appreciate the clear cut program that Body Design offers. Thanks to the workout and nutrition plans, I know exactly what I need to do and eat each day. (PROTEIN!!) And thanks to the monthly testing incorporated into the program, I can clearly see the data that shows my efforts are making a difference. It gives such a boost to my motivation!
I appreciated Corey’s professionalism and knowledge. I learned so much from him about fitness, nutrition, and how to maximize my results. I had never worked with a trainer before and I was intimidated by the thought of it, but Corey was so supportive, my nerves faded after the first week. Class sizes were always 3 or fewer people, so I had lots of individual feedback and support. I could tell that Corey makes adjustments to meet every client at their level. So whether you are a seasoned pro, or brand new to strength training like I was, I highly recommend working with Body Design!

I have been on this program for 6 weeks and it just works! I am down 12lbs of body fat and have gained 3lbs of lean muscle in that time! The meal plans are easy to follow and don’t leave you starving. The workouts are difficult but not impossible. They make you push yourself in a good way! Corey and his team are excellent at giving instruction on proper form for the lifts and making sure that your concerns are heard if you are hurting during a movement. I would certainly recommend Body By Design to anyone looking to boost their fitness and health!

Jocelyn is the best trainer I could’ve came across! The energy she brings to every session is so motivational and positive, it truly helps push through an intense workout. She is always walking around the room to make sure we are doing the exercises correctly and is constantly making sure we are feeling okay with the weights and movement. Def made my experience here one of the best!

Jocelyn has been absolutely amazing. I've been going here for about two months now and its completely changed my lifestyle. I'm thrilled with my progress at Body Design Personal Training with Trainer Alyssa in just three weeks (9/19/23-10/10/23)! My goals are to lose weight, tone up, and improve overall fitness, and the results so far have been incredible. I've lost 11.2 pounds, 1% body fat, and 5 inches. Plus, I added 7 more pushups in 30 seconds and reduced my treadmill heart rate by 33 BPM. Alyssa's knowledge and motivation have been instrumental in my journey. The gym has a friendly atmosphere and is highly recommended for anyone serious about their fitness goals!

The trainers here are amazing! You'll definitely sweat and burn a few calories. It's a small gym. Parking is great overall. Spacious workout spaces. Warm-up equipment is limited (ex. treadmill). Everything from personalized workouts and weight modification are included, eating habits and diet are your own responsibility. Results rely on your own actions. Show up for yourself, put work in on your off days!

I started with Body Design in February 2023 in an effort to get into better shape, lose my dad bod, and get jacked. I enjoyed the fact that the classes were limited to 4-5 people as I was not keen on going to the gym solo or puttering around a huge LA Fitness pretending to know what to do. I also did not want to join some cultish crossfit gym or one of the other studio fitness classes doing abunch of silly workouts that cause injury or are led by someone on a bike or rower shouting into a microphone. After about two months of training with the Body Design Trainers 3X a week I had gained almost 5lbs of muscle, lost a few percentage of body fat and gained noticeable muscle mass. I feel like I have more energy (especially after my workout days) and feel healthier overall. The diet plan has helped a lot and has been pretty easy to follow. The Body Design Trainers are great trainers! Both are very professional, very informative and push you to hit your fitness goals in a fun and healthy way. They play great music during the workouts and are very hands-on in their guidance.
I would highly recommend Body Design if you are not keen on going to the gym solo and/or have zero desire to go to large studio based instructor led classes. The hours are super flexible as well for working parents.

I am a current member at Body Design and started about 3 months ago. My experience has been great so far! The training program is robust as it focuses on both diet and exercise and a fitness profile is conducted monthly to assess progress. I especially like the tracking aspect of the program because it holds both trainers and members accountable to make necessary adjustments to reach individual goals.
I have been training with Jocelyn Torres who is absolutely fantastic! Not only is she knowledgeable about the different exercises and fitness regimen, but is by far one of the most energetic people I have ever met. She pushes and encourages yo throughout the workout to reach your personal goals. She follows up about meal prepping, answers all your questions thoroughly and helps individuals overcome any challenges they may have both in and out of the gym.
Overall, the training program is holistic and catered to each individual’s personal goals and needs.

I HIGHLY recommend Body Design. I had no prior experience working out, but the trainers there taught me lots of different exercises and showed me how to improve my form. They also provided nutrition advice and monthly check-ins to see how I'm progressing. Within my first month, I lost 3% of my body fat. I have more energy and feel so much better on a daily basis. I'm no longer shy about going to the gym. Thank you for everything you guys do!

Body design has been great at keeping me motivated at working out regularly. Their workouts are very well structured that you wouldn’t be bored getting your reps in. The trainers are very energetic and encourage you throughout the workouts. My favourite part is getting the one on one guidance on your form and observations on your resistance and strength. Overall, Body Design managed to make me enjoy staying active and healthy again! Would definitely recommend!

I’ve really enjoyed training at Body Design. Before beginning training, they conduct a fitness profile to check your weight, body fat %, and take measurements of your body. That information has helped me track my progress month over month. I started back training with the gym on January 3, 2023. I lost 2 inches around my waist and 1% body fat in 6 weeks! I also feel stronger. The trainers are great, they modify exercises to accommodate injuries and increases/decreases the weight we lift when necessary. I’m excited to continue my fitness journey at Body Design.

I’ve been a long-term member of Body Design, having joined in July 2015, but took about 2 years off from 2021-2022. I just started back at the end of December and am feeling much better already. My overall strength has improved, giving me more energy throughout the day. My increased core strength and even the 5 minutes of stretching each session have done wonders for the lower back pain I’d been experiencing from sitting at a desk 8 hours a day.
Jocelyn and Alyssa are both a joy to work with; always ebullient and eager to help us improve. Jocelyn especially has been helping me stay on track with my nutrition and exercise goals outside of the gym. In the first month of being back at it, I’ve gained 3 pounds of muscle and lost 1% overall body fat — encouraging results that, along with their friendly accountability, inspire me to keep at it. 10/10 would recommend!

They offer a perfect balance of weights, abs and cardio! The sessions are not difficult until the cardio at the end. And the meal plan is easy to follow.
I can definitely see the increase in my strength, muscle gain and I have more energy. I've lost 4 lbs. and 2% of my total body fat. And my blood pressure is almost normal, my sleep is improving and I have less cravings.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the program and appreciate the professionalism of the staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and very supportive!

I've been going to Body Design for many years yet this is my first time writing a review. I go Tues and Thurs (however have done M,W,F in the past).. each day is a different body part and each workout is different from the previous week (so you don't get bored). The structure consists of warm up and stretch, weight training, abs and cardio and you work out with no more than 5 people in each session. Each session has been challenging but manageable. Alyssa (the trainer) has also incorporated ways to make the cardio at the end fun with mini challenges (who doesn't love a challenge). I would recommend Body Design..

I would highly recommend Body Design Midtown to get you on the right track to a better life. I came to Body Design in hopes of kick starting a workout routine, tone, and to increase my strength but I’ve received much more…confidence, consistency and accountability. The Exercise Plan and Fitness Profile are wonderful tools to get you where you want to be. I have not mastered the Meal Plan yet but I plan to be more intentional about what I put in my mouth.
I look forward to my sessions every week knowing that I am going to receive a challenging yet productive workout. In my 1st fitness assessment, I could not do any regular push-ups. I am now able to complete 17 in 30 seconds! I am gaining muscles and going down in body fat. My clothes are fitting better and I am getting more restful sleep. My trainer (Alyssa) actually has me believing that I can do the exercises at the assigned weight that she tasks me to do. The team at Body Design is very professional, knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. I’m so glad that I made the decision to book the consultation and invest in myself!

In less than a month I dropped 8lbs and lost 2.4 percent body fat thanks to the trainers at Body by Design. Although the meal plan is meant for meat eaters and not vegans like me, it was easily adapted to my lifestyle. I realized pretty quickly I had not been taking in enough protein to build muscle. Alyssa adjusts my workouts to prevent injuries to my 50 something year old body and checks in on the off hours to ensure I’m healing. The workouts are challenging yet fun, and the facility very clean with equipment in good working condition. It has been a great investment.

I have a very unpredictable schedule so training twice a week is crucial for me, not just physically, but mentally as well. I recently updated my fitness profile and I have lost almost 8 pounds, which is within 3 pounds for my goal of 155 pounds. I've also decreased my body fat percentagey by 3.4%, but most of all, managed to lower my blood pressure and have definitely gotten stronger.
As my schedule is very erratic, I have yet to fully embrace the dietary part, but the latest results have motivated me to follow the diet more closely. Just proves that you can do it, cheat a bit and still get great results!
The coaches have been fantastic and very understanding. I also enjoy working out with familar people and keep each other motivated.

Body Design is expensive group training. $600 / month for three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This place drew me in with the professionalism, meal plan, and "personal training." The meal plan does not allow for dietary restrictions which renders it pointless and it is not adjusted for variety after the first session. The training sessions contain about 5 people in the gym at a time supervised by a trainer; however, the workouts are not customized for you unless you have a medical condition or injury. If you’re looking for camaraderie, super clean gym, and group workouts this is your place! This just isn't personal training under the traditional definition.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Dzman for putting together a strict but doable plan and making sure achieving results was his #1 priority for me. I can’t say enough good things about this gym! I joined Body Design Personal Training gym after moving to Atlanta and needed to find a new gym. I scoped out several in the midtown area and even sat in on sessions and got tours but nothing called to me like Body Design! The trainers and owners (also professional trainers) are super encouraging, motivating, very organized and highly qualified. They put a lot of heart and effort into their work out plans. I’ve done personal training and cross fit before but never was motivated to go to my sessions and dreaded it because there was no positive energy and felt intimidated by the other members. This place is SO welcoming and I can’t say I’ve ever smiled during a work out when I was exhausted but this place brings joy into a tough work out which is very rare to find. Each session is structured but with new challenges so it’s never boring. The comradery you form with your fellow gym members is really something I appreciate and look forward to. We all want to see changes and have different goals but everyone encourages each other. There are no egos and everyone is great to work out with. Dzman and Corey are the best! They are on-top of things and work with your schedule and very responsive.
They are supportive and help you with planning your meals as nutrition is such a big aspect of fitness/weight loss. They offer many free benefits that other clubs/gyms don’t bring to the table. They do a physical assessment before you start the program (which measures more just body fat/muscle but also things like flexibility) and then every so often you can redo the assessment as a check in point and see your results/progress. They also have a program with myzone which tracks your work out progress and status. It's very encouraging.
The place is kept immaculate and highly sanitized. I could write a book about how great this place is but I’ll end on one last thing I really really appreciate. Dzman and Corey are incredibly knowledgeable and work with each individual based on your needs or ability. They take into consideration what your ultimate goals are and your physical health. They can suggest a modified exercises on the spot. For instance, I have suffered a few injuries (while camping and playing basketball) and also have Crohn’s disease and they are very accommodating to modify that exercise so I can still get a good work out in without any pain. I really admire this as life is unpredictable but knowing your trainers can still work with you is a great feeling. If you want to feel confident, be around good morale, and feel accomplished after a hard work out, this is the place to be!

I started my program about a month and a half ago, and I can already see physical results and increased confidence about working out. The team at Body Design will meet you where you are and adjust your workouts based on your progress. They give you a lot of great advice that helps motivate you to do your best and take manageable steps out of your comfort zone to reach your goals. They believe in you, and will cheer you on through the workouts. Instead of a big box gym with several machines that look hard to use, they have so many creative workout ideas that will give you a great workout with the same burn.
I'm proud of what they have helped me accomplish, and we are just getting started! Thank you to Austin, Ash and Allen (the A team lol) for such an awesome experience and making fitness fun!

I have been training here for several years. The trainers are awesome, really enjoy the personal attention and small workout groups, limit to 5 people max . Usually only one or two other people in session. The trainers do a great job of varying the workouts. This is a great find/value.

I was so nervous to sign up for personal training. I've never liked the gym and I'm very self conscious. Taylor&Rob are so friendly that the hour session goes by quicker than I want it to! I joined Body Design Midtown in July of 2019 at the referral of a trusted friend. I turned 40 in December, wanted to make a lifestyle change going into 2020, and hadn't worked out in a gym on the regular in years. In just six months, I have lost 20lbs, gained muscle, and my stability and balance have vastly improved. Body Design Personal Training is nothing but amazing! I joined in the Spring after I broke my left hip and was in recovery for a few months. Coming to train, I was nervous about hurting my healing hip but all of the trainers were great in constantly asking how my hip feels when doing different exercises. The sessions are different from one another so you learn a lot of workout routines/techniques that really help to build muscle over time. I’ve noticed a tremendous improvement in my strength and muscle gain only after a few months. All of the trainers are top professionals. They are excellent in explaining how to do the different exercises and if they notice someone not doing it quite right, they tell the person and fix it right away. This promotes not only superb technique but dramatically decreases the risk of injury. I learned a lot of things that I will use in the future as I continue to build muscle and strength. I found this place on google after I was looking for a search for personal trainers and when I came for my consultation Savannah was really welcoming and was happy to help me reach my goals. I came in looking to build muscle as I have always been really skinny but never had any definition. I have worked out with a few of the trainers but most of my sessions are with Kyle and he is a really great trainer. Super motivating, attentive and making sure your form is correct and just pushing you to get the most out of the sessions. I train 2 days a week in house and workout 2 days a week on my own using the exercise plan provided by the team. Since I started 4 weeks ago I have gained 2lbs, decreased by body fat and increased muscle mass by 2%. Even though I may not be able to see these results it keeps me motivated knowing I am on the right path. I still have work to do before I reach my goal but I am confident that with the help of the trainers I will def reach it!

I’ve lost 20lbs with Body Design Midtown so far. After the team adjusted my workout and meal plan to realign with my new goals the results have been amazing! Just in the last 2 weeks I’ve lost 2% body fat and gained 3lbs of muscle.
One of the great things I love about working out with Body Design Midtown is they’ll help me push harder when I need to, and really provide the feedback and steps to help me truly achieve my goals. Man where can I start about Body Design, I have known them since 2009 little after I moved to Atlanta, I attended my first Cardio Blast with Corey in Piedmont park, but ran away thinking it is not for me as it was very hard :( I tried to go back several times in last few years after seeing results(some of my own friends) but due to work schedule and what not I never did.
Finally I joined their personal training a month ago, and still wasn't confident about loosing weight/body fat. But Kudos to Body design team they know I needed some special attention with workout and food plans. From day 1 they adjusted my weight training accordingly, created a perfect meal plan and helped me even when I was behind in the class. After a month I was stressed as I may not see any results during my body scan, oh boy I lost 2% body fat, 2lbs weight, Blood pressure is perfect, I sleep like a baby now and I can count on one hand the number of times I had fast food in last 1 month(which used to be 2-3 times a week).
Again it wouldn't have been possible without the Amazing team members, who encouraged me every time, helped me with workout and meal plan.
I never in life did weight training, or had protein shakes, and their weight training is the Bomb and learned so much as how to burn fat.

Hello everyone. I just want to start with saying I'm super excited about my journey with Body Design Personal Training. I came onto their gym thinking so negative about my results thinking I couldn't or wouldn't make my goal, took a week off, didn't eat like I was supposed to and still her I am about 6 weeks in the game and in weight I went from 190.4 to 185.7, gained muscle from 65.5 to 68.6, and my body fat % went from 37.7 to 33.4. Like I said before I'm super excited and Savannah, Kyle, Warren, and Mitch are great trainers. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

Before I began my fitness journey with Body Design (Atlanta, GA) I was already working out, and following a workout plan from an app I've been using from the beginning of January 2017. At that time, before Jan'2017. I weighed 272 lbs., my waist size was 44", and I was close to being diabetic. So the beginning of that new year, I made a promise to myself. To take back control of my health and well being. I've trained hard in 2017. Watching what I ate and sticking with the workout plan provided by the exercise app.
At the beginning 2018 I did another personal data check, to compare my progression from the previous year. I was really excited with the results! I weighed 224 lbs. and my waist size was down from 44" to 38". I was really proud of what I've accomplished. So I've maintained the same routine since. I figured, it worked from 2017 to 2018. It'll definitely work for 2018-2019. Fast forward to Jan'2019, and not much has changed. My weight has fluctuated from 226 to 230 lbs. and my waist has been steady at 38". At this point I was disappointed at myself, but still happy that i was able to keep my weight under control.
It was about that time I noticed the my progression sort of plateaued, and I needed to find something to change up my routine. So I went online and looked for personal trainers. Went through and read some of the reviews and comments for each of the trainers that maybe potentials. That's when I saw Body Design. I read some of the testimonials and something about reading them kind of gave me a warm fuzzy. So I clicked on the "Request for Free Session" and the rest is history.
In the past month I've seen some changes. Under the coaching staff of Body Design (Atlanta, GA). They help me move forward and get un-plateaued.
Not only that. I have an actual fitness profile, that shows actual quantifying data, of my progression with much more detail than just standing on a scale.
My latest fitness profile session. I lost 14 lbs. of body fat, gained 4 lbs of muscle. Gained strength and lost 1.5" of my waist. All this within the month after I joined!
The Body Design Team are amazing! And I've learned so much from them. Before the Body Design, I never followed a meal plan. With Body Design they provided me with information on what to eat and how much of it to consume. Before Body Design I never knew what macros were.
I want to give a big shout out to my Body Design Team. THANK YOU! Savanah, Kyle, Warren, and Mitchell! Thanks for everything guys and I'll see you next session!

Thank you so much to the amazing team at Body Design Midtown. From the day I stepped into the gym, I felt this wave of positive energy that was very strong. The positive energy is what allowed me to be motivated to do something amazing in my life. I was able to be a focused competitor, hungry to win the 6 weeks fat loss competition. I made up my mind to get in shape for health, most importantly, and also to win the Body Design 6 Weeks Fat Loss Competition. The team members made this transition from me being a couch potato to a gym rat easy for me because they gave me a plan that was challenging but easy to follow. They gave me the best diet plan I've ever seen in my life to fit my macronutrient needs. They broke everything down scientifically on what I needed for my specific biology. The plan was amazing and it kept me motivated. They created a personal profile for me with my starting weight, body fat percentage and more. It was very motivating to see it on a daily basis to remind me to work hard so that the numbers will go down. Body Design Midtown has the best diet plan because you're allowed to eat every few hours.
I also love that they offer free cardio sessions on Saturday mornings. Thank you so much for changing my life forever. Now I'm addicted to being healthy and getting my body in the shape and condition I've always wanted to be in. I have been training at Body Design Personal Fitness for over 2 months now, and the results I’ve seen are amazing so far!! The Body Design program consists of weekly training along with a meal plan that helps you achieve your body goals. The training sessions offered by Body Design Midtown are suited to what you hope to achieve and are customized to your own pace. The meal plans offered have a lot of variety while still encouraging you to eat the right things.
My progress so far literally shocked everyone, especially myself. Being someone who was on the slim side, my main focus is building weight and muscle. I am happy to say that I’ve gained over 10 pounds so far, including 10 pounds of muscle mass!! I have also lost about 3% body fat. In addition, I am eating a lot healthier and feel more energized throughout the day.
Body Design Midtown is run by real professionals who you can trust when they give advice. They are really kind people who are willing to work with you but also push you to do your best. I have learned a lot from them about the best ways to do my workouts and how to plan a better diet.
I HIGHLY recommend this gym for anyone truly serious about transforming their body!!

I have really enjoyed my first 2 months with Body Design Midtown. The staff is extremely motivational and knowledgeable. One of the first big changes I saw was the amount of effort I put into my workouts when I'm there versus when I'm at home. They do an incredible job of pushing you to do your absolute best. I've already lost 3% body fat and genuinely feel great even after a tough session. I work out early in the morning and for the entire rest of my day I feel more energized and happy. Those are not sentiments I would normally associate with working out before I started training here. I still have a ways to go in my weight loss goals but I know with continued commitment to the plans they have put in place I will get there.

I have been going to Body Design Midtown for a number of years and I only have positive things to say. Every week there is a new and challenging workout.
Even though we work the same muscle groups, each week's workout is slightly different working the muscles in new and different ways. The trainers are all
personable and each brings a unique experience. I workout in the morning and they are always cherry and positive. Besides the standard workout, Body Designs offers a cardio class
on the weekend called 'Cardio Blast' which gets your heart pumping and leaves you energized to enjoy your weekend. Body Design offers a meal plan and uses
online resources such as MyFitnessPal coupled with the monthly fitness profiles to help guide and customize the meal plan so I can better reach my goal.
Body Design Midtown is a community, we do number of events throughout the year which not only promote fitness but also help various charities and the community at large.
Body Design Midtown recently incorporated MyZone heart rate monitor in their workouts and I am loving it. You can now monitor your physical activity, this pushes me to work
harder. Great workout, great trainers, good motivation, custom meal plans. Its all present at Body Design Midtown.

My three months with Body Design Personal Training has been a transformative experience. I have been jogging in the morning for almost 5 years, yet my motivation to work out gradually drops down and I still feel fatigue during the day. I know it’s time to look out for someone who could help me build more muscles and provide a more systematic and customized work out plan.
After the first session with BDPT, I know this is exactly the place I am looking for. There are three things in particular that I love about BDPT. Firstly, the training team is super professional and patient. Regardless of one-on-one or small group session, they will help you with every single exercise to make sure you are doing it in the right way without hurting your knees/back. The multiple exercises they offer each time never make me feel bored. Secondly, the in-depth meal plan is easy to follow and has profound impact on the overall body transformation. Thirdly, the team is really good in keeping track of your fitness profile, and are helpful in customizing your next-step plan based on the progress.
Overall, I have improved a lot in endurance, upper body strength, and flexibility. I am very happy with the result, as the team has helped me build a healthier and sustainable lifestyle.

When I started the Body Design 6 week challenge I had all of my goals in sight, but I did not know how to reach them. Body Design midtown helped me drop 3.2% body fat in just 6 weeks! I’ve been trying to lose weight and live a healthier life style on and off for years, and the biggest factors holding me back from success were knowing what exactly to do and how to consistently do it. The trainers at Body Design have helped me in both those areas and others! The trainers here are extremely professional and knowledgeable on all the components of getting healthier and stronger. I have tried to get on a fitness track independently for over 5 years and have never been able to stick with anything for longer than 2 months, until now! I was hesitant to do “personal training” at first, as I assumed it would be an intimidating coach “yelling at me” – not Body Design! The whole staff at Body Design take the time to teach you the proper way to exercise and have vast knowledge about nutrition. When I first went in, I had never weight trained, so they took the time to show me and gradually adding weight to my routines. Now I can weight train with confidence and have basically tripled in weights!
The program has 3 trainers all with different styles (which is good to have a mix up in routine); even each trainer switches the workouts when you cycle back around. Sometimes other people are in your session (no more than 5 people); even if this is the case, the trainers always watch and tell you if you are doing something incorrectly and make sure you are training with the proper weight (i.e. if you are a beginner with someone “advanced” they make sure no one is struggling or bored). The staff is very professional and actually make me want to come in! They remember your goals and communicate with each other about even the smallest victories.
Not only have I gained strength, I have more energy, and my biggest accomplishment yet, losing 2.1% body fat in 3 weeks! Every month you get your “fitness profile” which tracks measurements, weight, body fat %, muscle mass, and a few other things. This really helps keep me on track. One month of mine wasn’t great, so I was able to catch myself before losing all of my progress! I have learned so much from Body Design about nutrition, how to get the most out of a workout, and how muscle groups work (such as how to target specific muscles and not throw out your back).
I probably mention the team in every day conversation twice a day (not exaggerating); whether it is about what I have learned or how they have changed my life. If anyone is on the fence about Body Design, I would 100% say DO IT!! Do remember, you get what you put in, so you have to be ready to make the change, put in the work and eat better, but you could not ask for a better team to have your back (literally - they spot you)! I truly don’t think I could have seen the type of results and gained the knowledge about health that I have without Body Design, and for that, I am forever grateful.

The system provides enough structure and discipline to hold me accountable, while still being simple and straightforward enough to realistically fit into a busy schedule. The Body Design trainers truly cared about my progress and showed interest in my daily habits to determine root cause of progress or even frustrations.

Working out with Body Design Midtown is unlike any workout I’ve had before. Having the opportunity to train in small groups or even one on one with the trainers attention has ensured that all my exercises are done with correct form to maximize results and avoid injury. The first workout was tough, but Todd kept me steady and focused even when I was ready to call it quits. Every workout since has gotten easier but Todd, Toby, and Warren definetly help push me for my best every day. I’m now much more conscious of my the way my body moves and of the food I put into it. Disciplining myself to stay true to my meal plan hasn’t been easy but after the results of the first month, it was more than well worth the adjustment.
In my first month of working out at Body by Design, I’ve lost 10 pounds/6% of body fat and built 7 pounds of muscle. I’m much more energized and I look forward to my workouts every week. Even in the days I’m not at the gym, I find myself making time for cardio.
Getting into shape and pushing for results isn’t simple but with the guys at Body Design Midtown helping you along the way, it all feels easily within reach. They each have their own style but they’re always supportive, patient, and ready. Workouts are tailored to your capabilities and they teach you every step of the way. I’ve learned proper form, tons of new stretches, new muscle groups, and healthy eating tricks. There’s no way I could’ve made the progress I made in just four weeks alone. Body Design has been great. They provide challenging workouts for people of all ages from what I have seen in my classes. The program is set up to challenge you in many ways, all for bettering your life and overall health in general. They even provide a meal plan for you to follow that is challenging but necessary in order to reach your goals. The meal plan does include fast food options if you are a very busy individual like myself, although since I have joined I have no desire to eat unhealthy anymore! Since I’ve been in the program I have defiantly felt a difference in the way I feel and it has only been three weeks. I can already tell I am much leaner as well as stronger; I cannot wait to see where I am in a few months. All of the trainers are very professional and push you the perfect amount needed in order to get a high quality workout. Body Design has motivated me to push myself to become my best self!

I am a mom of 4, yes that's right, 4 awesome kids who ranged from 5- new when I started working out at Body Design. I wanted to get back to the me I was years ago before I started having babies. I've always been active, but the trainers at Body Design kept me on my toes and challenged me all while encouraging me. They helped me to balance out my diet to make my workouts more effective.
My husband is active duty in the military and since he has to be fit to fight, I too want to be fit to take care of our children. Each trainer brings something different to the workouts and pushes you in a different way! Because of their guidance I have been able to lose 12 lbs of fat while gaining 5 lbs of muscle. In the year since having my last baby I have lost 5 inches off my waist alone all while increasing my endurance! Here's to not looking good for being a mom and just looking good! All the trainers at Body Design have been extraordinary! They have really pushed me and helped motivate me on my journey back to being healthy and fit. Body Design trainers took the time to really get a full understanding of my background, goals, and where I was lacking and needed the most help with during the initial assessment. It's been 3 months since the first day I've started and I can see a noticeable difference. I have lost weight and a considerable amount of body fat. I also have more energy and better eating habits. I know I would not have been able to achieve the results I have today without the help of Body Designs. They are very flexible and understanding (I can have a hectic schedule sometimes with work) and their workouts are never boring. I have yet to have a repeat workout in the 3 months I have been there. Overall, the trainers at Body designs provide great personalities, a challenging variety of workouts, and fast results. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get their body right!

If this place can be described by results by itself, this place is just AMAZING. Just within 2 months, I lost 4% body fat and went up from 18 pushups to 29 pushups within a minute. The trainers themselves are very motivational and encourages you to workout even in your days off in addition to the free cardio workouts they provide on saturdays. This place is also all about YOU, you can make a schedule that fits around YOU and how much work YOU put in is the result YOU will get. Remember to meal prep properly (the trainers can cover you on this) and get workin!

Body Design PT is amazing! The trainers are good at challenging you, and help you reach your goals. They help you track your progress by having monthly 'fitness profiles', which include a variety of measurements, endurance, flexibility, and strength metrics, to see your progress, and to help you reach your personal goals. They also provide nutrition coaching, caloric intake recommendations, and meal plans.
The workouts are motivating, creative, fun, and effective! I enjoy the small group aspect and through it I have made several friends from my workout groups. I returned to Body Design 6 months after having my first child, and have already surpassed my pre-baby body composition!

On my most recent fitness profile (we do a monthly fitness profile), I lost 4 percent body fat and gained almost 5 pounds of muscle! My experience at Body Design Personal Training is one of the best I have experienced since leaving the military. I feel stronger and close to the endurance I had when I was in the military. Body Design Personal Training staff are very good at designing the meal plan that works for me, and I can adapt it when I travel. The workouts are challenging, effective and I get results. Body Design Personal Training has changed my life in only a matter of weeks! Before I signed up for training, I hadn’t stepped inside of a gym in over 6 months, nor had I touched a weight in two years. To say I was out of shape is an understatement. I had become the skinny-fat 31- year-old who had zero energy and lacked any urge to put on workout clothes except for when running errands. I felt gross and unattractive. I knew that if I really wanted to change and see/feel real results that I needed to find a gym that would hold my attention: a gym where the workouts were always different and a gym where I would be held accountable for attending. Body Design Personal Training was my answer. I knew that when I joined I was making a commitment not only to the gym but also to my sleep (morning sessions 3 times a week) and my lifestyle (bye-bye happy hour and wine night). It was a hard but an easy adjustment. Before I went to my first training session I was super nervous because I thought the other members or trainers would judge me for being so weak and out of shape. Boy, was I wrong. Everyone is there to help push one another to get through the workouts and to help you leave with a sense of accomplishment and a huge smile! You really learn to push yourself in each session; mind over matter. Their trainers are amazing and because of them I was able to lose 2% body fat and 2.2 lbs. of fat in my first month! I also gained 4 lbs. of muscle and an inch in my biceps! It’s pretty exciting to see what your body is capable of when you work hard and don’t give up. 1 month down and I’m already hooked and my gym clothes aren’t just for errands anymore! I have absolutely adored my experience so far with the amazing BDPT team! I am no stranger to working out or personal trainers, as I've tried them all, but never have I been so cared for, felt so comfortable and actually loved every minute of my work out, as I have with the Body Design family and their approach to fitness and nutrition. This is most certainly a community environment, and it's incredibly supplemental to my training and progress! The group environment makes me feel like I'm not in this alone, on my bad days. And the staff always make me feel appreciated and that I'm doing a great job, even on the days when I know it's a struggle work out! Lol. All in all, I would recommend BDPT to any and everyone who wants to enchanted their life through personal training and a customized fitness experience!

I felt right at home the moment I walked in the door! Everyone at Body Design Personal Training is so friendly and welcoming. They switch up the workouts every week, so you never get bored. I definitely feel like I get stronger every week, which I wasn't getting just working out on my own, and I am sleeping so much better. They are sure to challenge me, but I look forward to every workout! Especially the ones where I leave with shaky arms and struggle to drive home! This is by far one of the best gyms I have been to !! The trainers are awesome and I love that the workouts are challenging yet different each time I workout. Beware of this company. I had a documented medical condition in which my medical doctor informed me that workouts were dangerous to my health with Body Design. When I brought a doctor's note indicating that I needed medically supervised workouts, and after 2 weeks of trying to get a response, this is the email I got back:
"...one of the terms of our agreement is no refunds no exceptions."
Do not go here if you have anything that could preclude you from getting your money back. All they want is your money, and will use a free session to get you in the door. They do not care about your success, nor do they care about your health. This is a dangerous gym out of a profit at the expense of public health.

When I walked into Body Design for the first time, I was unsure of what to expect. All I've ever known regarding fitness centered around a large class. That's not a bad thing, but after a while I wanted to try something different. I'm glad I did because these guys and gal have never let me down. I appreciate the emails to check on my progress and the extra sessions to further encourage me to reach my goals. It's a great place to reach your fitness goals and maintain them!

I was looking for a personal trainer , I filled the online form for free session on Body design . After that I changed my mind they sent me mail and called me several times which I was avoiding to pick as I was no more interested ,but they continued calling me for many days so finally I received and they convinced me for free session. I went for free session this was not a free session but introduction about their training which they could write in their website.so why they call people for free session??? Basically they want to convince you to join . I was just looking for personal trainer I was not decided that I would join this one but somehow they managed to convince me to pay for one month in advance. So if you are going to take free session be very careful they will trap you on that very day to pay for one month.
They told me in 3 months I can reduce easily 25 pounds. I started the class and tried to follow their diet too ,in one month I could not reduce 1 pound even so reducing 25 pound in 3 months seemed illogical for me now.
On the day of 4th class I informed them via mail that I won't continue , I got mail back after 4 days that I had to freeze my account 7 days before billing now they cant do anything I already paid for next month.
Than a couple of mail exchange happened and they were claiming it was in their term I had to inform 7 days before now I should take my 4 classes for which I already paid .I have not read the agreement carefully so I missed this point . But is that make any sense that I am informing you before my billing date and still you will deduct money on the basis that it was on agreement.???
I tried to call their central customer care center and I got a response from them that if my billing date has not passed they could cancel my membership then I told them that I informed before billing date via mail and the customer care representative asked me to contact the same person whom I sent mail before .
So finally they are not returning my 200 dollars as this was in their agreement . I am writing this review so that others can avoid Body Design Training trap who claims you will reduce 25 pounds in 3 months believe me with their training it's not possible in just 3 months they are lair.

Words don't do justice to how much I love BDPT! I started with them in 2009 at Midtown location after I quit smoking with a goal of getting truly fit and HEALTHY. Thinking I'd be starved, they actually taught me to EAT my way to a 24 inch waist. No gimmick, but that was my peak measurement by following their meal plan and training consistently!
I took time away to finish college and after really let my foot off the gas and gained almost 40 lbs. body fat (not proud but hoping I'm not the only one out there!).
Since I'd moved OTP, I reached out to their Vinings location to get things back on track. Since, I've lost over 10% body fat and couldn't be happier about it. The trainers are not only fantastic at what they do but they genuinely care about member success. I've been elsewhere on promo deals and was amazed at how I could see the $ sign on my head and how little attention was really given to my needs as a person. That stuff matters!
At Body Design, my trainers know me as I walk in the door. They know how much weight I can handle and can't, in fact as I'm starting to fatigue the trainers notice it and assist before I can think to say something. They also know when to push me to get the results I want where I would just quit at home. I guess that's benefits of a small group of 5 or less and having their full attention to ensure form and prevent injury. They even give me modifications up front bc they know I have sensitive knees.
I love my BDPT and it's become a part of my life. I love the team, love the variety of fitness classes they offer (even bring in a DJ on Saturday Power Hours!) and I LOVE the results that comes with their training!
Great value if you want to work smarter, not harder, to achieve AND sustain your fitness goals :)

I have struggled with my weight as long as I can remember, I had completely resigned myself to "I am just overweight" and said the end. I had tried it on my own, read everything I could online, I was a member at a gym. I had even had a personal trainer before, nothing was significantly different. I saw Body Design on facebook and gave them a call, I went in for my complimentary first work out super nervous but left a part of a team. In just one month my jeans were falling off, people were asking me what I was doing. In just a few short months I was down 35lbs of body fat, gained 10 pounds of muscle and had dropped 4 pants sizes. The trainers are your biggest supporters and push you to levels you wouldn't do on your own. Working out with a group is SO motivating! The Body Design Personal Training program has been a total “game changer” for me! My journey with Body Design started last May, but I have been trying to get in better shape for years. The catalyst for me joining was talking with owner and him spending over an hour answering all my questions. He went into great detail of not only what the club could do for me, but also what would be expected of me. When I started I was going twice a week, but once I started seeing results I switched to 3 times a week.
I look forward to going every week! I have a great group of trainers that always ask how they can help me reach my goals and continue to push me toward them!

I started training at Body Design Midtown almost one year ago and I can honestly say it has changed my life. I was always very imitated by the large chain gyms on every corner and because of that never took my fitness seriously. The trainers at Body Design actually care about your individual goals and have always taken time out of their day after workouts to ask me about my meal plans and what I am doing on my off days. It's things like this that show they care and how personable they truly are.

At Body Design you have that small group (no larger than 5 people) or one on one experience with an amazing trainer who is invested in you and your overall results. Not only have I lost weight, but I have more energy, I sleep better at night, I've developed healthier eating habits and I am actually excited to go workout each time!! Compared to my personal experience in the past I would not call this "personal" training at all. The Body Design training session consists of a set of workout activities you do as a group - guided by a "trainer" - with weights almost randomly assigned to each person. There is no personal attention to individual needs or weaknesses (if you couldn't do a specific activity then you were left to your devices to find out an alternative) and during the cardio portion the trainers leave and focus on other things. Speed seems to be the only thing trainers care about here; during workout activities they barely ever corrected my body stance and didn't care if people raced through the counts without proper posture. The trainers do remember to encourage you, but it's usually for everyone in one fell swoop - "Good job person one, good job person two, etc." I understand that more personal attention often comes with high prices, but for the time and money I spent at Body Design I feel that more attention and better service could have been achieved if they really wanted to. I would not recommend Body Design Vinings and am closing my membership.

Love it! Really effective, fun workouts with great trainers. I've seen a reduction in body fat each month I've gone here. Beats going to the gym by yourself; you don't have to plan your own workout and you will be pushed and have fun! Meal plan is super helpful and effective (and you don't eat rabbit food, either!). Overall, a great experience.

I have been working out on my own for years and working way way to hard and not seeing results anymore. Body design convinced me just an hour a day with them would trim me down and get those hard to let go areas more than running 3miles a day alone and my old weight routine. They really helped me maximize my time and energy and get the most of my body and a workout. Its exciting and never gets routine or boring. Its really cost effective and i have never been in better shape! If you are serious about getting fit i reccommend you go try it out and see for yourself :)
