i tried out body fit training cumming for a trial class and was pleasantly surprised. the coaches checked my form, made sure i wasn’t overdoing it, and the workout was tough but totally doable. the atmosphere made me feel welcome even as a beginner.

ITS UNBELIEVABLE HOW GOOD I FEEL. THEY HAVE THE VERY BEST TRAINERS!! IVE BEEN OTHER PLACES AND EVEN ONE ON ONE. THIS IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY. JOHN HOLLY KORIE AND THE ENTIRE STAFF IS THERE FOR YOU. IM EXTREMELY HAPPY I JOINED AND ITS ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I HAVE MADE. IM 49 NOW. AND NOW INFEEL 29 JUST 4 MONTHS LATER

GREAT WORKOUT SESSION with coach Korie!!! I took the Cumming city center workout at BFT today & it was AWESOME!!! Coach Korie put the class through a well thought out & exhilarating full body H.I.I.T. class. It was strenuous and had us all dripping sweat but not to the point that anyone quit plus coach made it fun! The gym was clean, the music was good, there was space & enough equipment for everyone. I’m definitely going back!!!

I’ve been a member here since last year and I can honestly say I haven’t experienced this much growth in my fitness journey in a while. I’m lifting heavier than I ever have before and pushing myself to be better, faster, and stronger every day. The coaches are incredible, the facility & equipment are excellent, and the community is supportive & diverse. If you’re looking for a gym & for coaches to help you reach whatever your fitness goals are, this is the place for you.

I've been a member of Body Fit Training for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! When I first joined, Caitlin was incredibly helpful in getting me started and making me feel comfortable. Jenna always welcomes members with happiness, creating a positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I've also had the pleasure of working with Holly and Devon, who are amazing coaches. Their expertise and encouragement have been invaluable to my fitness journey.
The energy here is amazing. The coaches are always watching for anything that needs to be improved, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of their workouts. What I love most about BFT is the perfect combination of strength and HIIT workouts. The variety keeps things exciting, and I never get bored because the workouts change every time. It's always challenging and engaging, which keeps me motivated to come back. If you're looking for a place with fantastic coaches and dynamic workouts, BFT is definitely the way to go!

Love this place. Its an awesome atmosphere with awesome people and coaches. The group workouts make it very fun and competitive. Its
nice to come in and have workouts planed for you that always keeps the body guessing. There is a reason I drive an hour one way to keep coming here. If you're thinking about joining, definitely do so!

I joined BFT on day 1 and the experience has been nothing short of invigorating. Each class challenges you physically while being a ton of fun. The coaches are top-notch; they're knowledgeable, passionate, and know how to energize a room. Whether it's strength or cardio they ensure everyone gets the most out of their workout, providing modifications when necessary. What really sets BFT apart is the sense of community and the supportive atmosphere makes all the difference, especially on days when motivation isn’t there.

I cannot say enough good things about BFT. This gym is, hands down, the best in town! The coaching staff, the administrative staff, the atmosphere, the workouts… are all top-notch! I truly enjoy and look forward to going in and getting my daily workout in. Coming from someone who has been in the gym for a lifetime, BFT is by far my favorite gym experience. At BFT your form and safety is a top priority, which speaks volumes, and the time the staff takes with each member to assure each individual gets the most out of their efforts in and out of the gym is so impressive to me. I could go on and on! 5+ stars from me!

One of the best gyms around!
Not only do you see a smiling face when you walk in the door to make you feel at home, the trainers are one in a million. The variety of workouts will never leave your bored. Definitely a must to try!

Visiting from South Florida, I asked my friend bring me in to try this place out. Let me tell you, Devon and Hally are great motivators, great energy and knowledgeable. Plus, they love having fun while working out. The training session was a really good mix of different upper body exercises for that day. I hope get an opportunity to workout there again soon.

LOVE LOVE the coaches!!!! As someone who never went to a gym I was hesitant about going my first class because I'm the type of person that gets tired going up the stairs 😅 I went in and it was obviously not easily for me. Right as I was about to give up and leave the coach (Holly) went to check on me and encouraged me to keep going and helped modify the workout so that I was benefiting from it and not just hurting. Their kindness and motivation kept me coming back. 1000% recommend. I've joined classes with other coaches and they're all great! I also wanna add, I have never felt judged by the coaches or any of the other members. It's all around a great place

I love BFT!!! The trainers are absolutely the best! They are attentive and give one on one coaching throughout the class. The workouts are challenging and always changing but can also be modified to fit your needs. It’s a great place for all no matter where you are in your fitness journey!

I joined during the grand opening and I love this place. I get bored easily with exercise but this is different everyday and works all aspects of the body. The workers and trainers are super nice and want to see you succeed with your fitness goals. I recommend this place if you want a fun and effective workout.
1/26/24: I want to add to my review that since I joined BFT (end of Nov), I have become more agile and stronger. I can't say enough good about this place and the trainers. The trainers are amazing and really help you and I love when they work out with us because it helps us to get the proper form down for the various exercises. The front staff is awesome as well. It's like "Cheers" where everybody knows your name and is happy to see you when you walk through the doors.
Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

I love BFT!! The coaches and staff are amazing and the workouts truly are science backed. I love that every workout is NOT an “all out” go until you die workout. I’ve been to many specialty gyms in the past where this is the goal and it’s just not sustainable or a smart way to train. The heart rate monitoring is great and the coaches will push you but also make sure your form is on point. Lift heavy folks!

I've done it all, OT, CrossFit, big box, they all have their strengths and weaknesses...BFT to me hits on the strengths of them all in one place. They are true strength training and have all the equipment you need but they don't do some of the movements that tend to lead to injuries. They mix in different styles of cardio (which isn't my favorite) which keeps it interesting and different every time, so much that I'm actually liking cardio days too! Their coaches are actively coaching, spotting, offering modifications and heavily engaged with the class throughout the workout. They also have some great heart rate technology, I wasn't sure at first but now that I see how the heart rate monitors are used in their programming and by their coaches I love it and it helps me maximize the intended purpose of each class. The staff and other members are nice and have a lot of fun, I'd recommend to anyone looking for an effective and fun place to improve their fitness level.

The first time I walked into the gym I was welcomed so warmly. The coaches took the time to understand where I was at physically and mentally and adjusted my workouts to accommodate me. They are aha encouraging, understanding, and beyond motivating. They made a “scary” situation of walking into a new gym one that was exciting!
