Coach Cox is a black belt in Karate , trains in mixed martial arts, a former body builder, and ex Army. Coach Cox has experience with teaching large classes, small classes and 1-on-1 training in martial arts, fitness, body building, and physical therapy assistance. The goal at Body Slayer Health and Fitness is to help all clients with fitness and nutrition plans that suits their needs, goals, and all around health. Don't just do it, Slay it!

As a father, one of the hardest things to accept is the reality that I wonβt always be there to protect my teenage daughter from all of the danger in this unpredictable world that we live in.
Fortunately, Coach Cox has helped to bridge that gap by providing excellent self-defense training in a safe and comfortable environment. Coach Cox has a unique ability to communicate decades of knowledge of complex self-defense tactics and strategies in a way that is easy to understand for a teenage girl. In addition, Coach Cox has done an outstanding job in teaching situational awareness.
I will always be grateful for the invaluable self-defense training that my daughter has received from Coach Cox thus far and am looking forward to seeing her confidence grow as she continues to train.

Coach Glenn has been helping me on my health & fitness journey. His studio is equipped with effective equipment to tone all the muscle groups. With his wealth of knowledge, he has been teaching me how to obtain optimal balance so as not to injure myself and even provides support with custom exercises and suggestions on diet on days I'm not in his care. I feel encouraged and supported by coach Glenn and look forward to each session because I know that I'll be in capable and strong hands. What sets him apart is that he not only cares but he is also passionate and supportive. Thanks coach for walking alongside me and helping me finish well!!
