This is the coolest workout and the team is always so friendly and motivating. Heidi and Jeremy are awesome and so supportive. If you’re even slightly curious about what the technology is all about, honestly just do it! I absolutely loved my consult with Coach Josh! He was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly to me which I loved. Found this little gem of a workout in Buckhead. I usually see Josh who is FANTASTIC and ALWAYS leaves me sore for days, but all of the trainers are exceptional. Out in 30 minutes with a killer workout! Make sure to book ahead to get the time slot you need because the word is spreading like wildfire!!

Fantastic place. My trainer Jeremy is the best. I’ve used several others the last four months and they are all great. I’m 65 and am now in the best shape I’ve been in the last 35 years. I show improvement every week. Muscle mass improves and body fat % going down every week. I feel very toned and fit and it gets better every week. I highly recommend it to everyone. It takes a few times to get used to the electrical stimulation but you’ll get used to it. It really really works!!!!

I absolutely love this place! I normally go to a Body20 in Rochester NY, but I am in ATL often so my studio called up this one and they were more than happy to honor my membership so I could get my workout in even on the weeks I travel to ATL! I book with Jackie and she is just a wonderful human and coach! She challenges me and motivates me to reach my high potential and it patient to show me the moves each time and ensure I’m having proper body technique so I don’t hurt myself and I get the most out of that cycle! I only come in once a month and I was greeted by her like I’m a regular she sees every week. I leave the workouts feeling so accomplished and my body truly feels like it was pushed and my workout was Worth It! I look forward to coming to ATL and having Jackie as my trainer and I know I will leave having had an impactful workout!

I cannot say enough about this place! The instructors are all top notch and make you feel comfortable, regardless of your fitness level. As a busy professional and mom, I found it hard to make time for my fitness but Body20 makes it possible! I also love seeing the results. I’ve been going to this facility since April 2024. Place is always clean, front desk people are always nice, Dechelle (might have misspelled it sorry) is a total sweetheart. Jeremy is super nice. But Joshua is my absolute favorite. As a trainer, he’s patient, listens to your concerns while still pushing you. On my off days, he has the right attitude to give me the extra pep and moral boost I need to work out. I always feel rejuvenated leaving. Worth giving a try!

I have been a member of Body 20 for going on 6 months now and have seen great personal results! The trainers I work most with are Dre and Chris. The one-on-one sessions are extremely helpful with achieving my goals and they cater to my personal needs. Everyone else at the Buckhead location are also extremely friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile when I walk in the door. I feel much stronger from these workouts and with the regular InBody check-ins, the trainers are able to monitor my progress and adapt my routine for the best results. I cannot recommend the Body 20 Buckhead location enough. Don’t worry if you’re not a Buckhead Betty. This location is for everyone, no matter what flavor you are. The minute you walk in the door, you know you are going to be well taken care of. Steven is the head trainer and his level of service is level 10. He activates the athlete in me when I’m working out, pushing me farther than I think I can go. He also is very knowledgable and genuinely cares. I’ve tried other Body 20 locations, and this is the one you want to be at. Body 20 sounds too good to be true, but I promise, it’s the real deal. I’ve been doing physical therapy for 3 months bc of a lack of quad activation causing knee pain. In my first body 20 workout bc of the EMS, I was able to do a full depth squat immediately and full depth lateral lunge. I hadn’t been able to do either of those for 6 months. The research is there to back the Body 20 pitch. Don’t be stubborn like me and wait to get started for so long bc I didn’t think it could be as good as it sounded. My sister has gotten crazy results after two months and my 65 year old mother starts tomorrow. :)

Someone who is focused on suiting clients would help efficiencies when multiple clients are booked at the same time. Amazing workout! I started in July 2023 and have had the best time. I have worked out with Steven, Shan, Dre & Chris. Each trainer knows what they are doing and takes care with you during your 20 minute workout. Yep, I said 20 minutes. Just when I think I can’t go any further, the workout is over. I sweat A LOT, am sore the next day, and I am feeling results.

I began the program very out of shape with becoming stronger as my goal. I have seen added strength along with greater endurance, better physical balance, and my mood has significantly improved.

If you are results motivated, the InBody machine, along with the app, gives you your results week by week. So glad I gave this a try back in July.

A truly great experience. I've been going for about a month now and the staff makes it a point to know your name. The works outs are effective and most importantly the trainers are vigilant of your form and make corrections as needed. The chery on top is access to InBody scans. These are done at the start prior to your workout starting and helps record progress. The new machine syncs to the InBody app which is nice added plus.

I've mostly worked with Dre who is originally gave me my demo session. Also Steven the head coach/trainer is great to work with. Excited to see the continued progress!!
