I only have good things to say about BodyPlex Fitness of Jasper. The staff is incredible! They are very knowledgeable and are always more than willing to help or answer any questions. The gym is always clean and the equipment is top notch. They also have great amenities such as a sauna, child care, clean bathrooms with showers, tanning beds, and a hydro massage chair. I have been to many gyms in my life and this one is by far my favorite! From the members to staff everyone is fantastic! You can focus on your training easily as they have all the equipment you could ever need (maybe one more stairmaster wouldn’t hurt!). You can also come in a grab a smoothie or protein shake and chat. 10/10

This is my first gym membership ever. We joined the Silver & Fit Class. It's so much fun and I get a good workout without over doing it. The instructors make exercising fun. I love the gym my only complaint is this elderly man that frequents was extremely difficult with me. I was on one of the 6 empty treadmills that no one was on for the past 3 minutes since i walked in and he, instead of getting on one of the now 5 emtpy ones decides to give me issues because he was "using that one" . Me keeping the peace to not deal with a karen said "oh you were? Sorry." And got off to go on another one. And as im grabbing my stuff he RUDELY mansplains that "thats why the little screen says PAUSED" (it did not because nobody had been on it since i walked the door or even when i was walking from my car so at least 5 minutes). I just think fellow members could use some courtesy and gym etiquette lessons.

BodyPlex is a very nice gym. Open 24/7 for more access to exercise. Fun group classes. I have only been a member for 2 weeks, but I have actually seen employees cleaning equipment, which I don't think I have ever seen, ever at previous gyms (which weren't local to Jasper). I also really like how they laid out the cardio equipment, it's not jammed in there, there is some space to breathe. Everyone seems very friendly.

Best gym in Jasper! We moved here at the beginning of January, and we tried out three of the gyms in the area. This was the best gym by far. Not only is the equipment really good, but they have the better locker rooms of any of the gyms in the area, with showers and changing areas, and they keep this facility very clean. Everyone who works there is awesome and members have been super welcoming to my fiancé and me. I highly recommend BodyPlex in Jasper!

I've been a member of BodyPlex Fitness of Jasper since before Covid and participate in their Silver Sneakers Program. We meet on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. There is a different instructor for each class and they are all different in the type of cardio exercise, balance, stretching, yoga and more that they teach. The classes are always fun and offer not only exercise but comradarie and friendships as well. The gym is always clean and well maintained and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience since joining! It's always clean and tidy. The members of staff are always willing to help, polite, and upbeat. There are many different machines available for use. Members of the gym keep to themselves during their workouts for focus but are kind during interaction. I enjoy the locker rooms/ bathrooms for clothes change and showering post workout. The hydromassage bed, tanning beds, and dry sauna are all wonderful amenities.

Great gym as far as equipment, unfortunately building promotes “steam room” and there’s no steam room and specifically go to the gym because it also has a sauna and staff cuts saunas off from Friday-Sunday (typically rest days and sauna sessions are obviously great for that) not understanding why paying customers are paying for the mistakes of others, if it’s going to be that way why not cut the prices monthly if you can’t have access to the FULL gym that you pay FULL price for? Currently searching for gym that offers same service cause there is no point of having a gym that you don’t have access to what you pay for might as well go elsewhere and actually get the 24/7 experience

This is a welcoming gym. Clean and well-kept. The 3-day guest pass to try out the gym was appreciated. I have found the staff very approachable and helpful. Equipment is great. Cleanliness is subpar. Bathrooms have no paper towels, equipment is rusty, water fountain is covered in algae. If you cant put up with greasy/dusty, bacterial covered equipment and other things mentioned; I do not recommend.

This is the first BodyPlex I've ever joined . The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, the gym has so much more equipment than your standard gym you usually see these days . This place is by far the best gym in Jasper. The amenities are loaded and the equipment is up-to-date. They carry Hammer Strength machines and tons of free weights. They offer classes (that seem to be popular) and have a sauna. Did I mention they also have a tanning bed? They custom make smoothies and sell supplements. It’s truly like having a big city gym in Jasper. Thank God!!!

The gym is always clean. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Each staff person I've dealt with is courteous, knowledgeable and goes beyond simply answering a question. One thing I really like is they enforce their rules. i.e., cleaning after you use machines, not letting people in who do not belong and making sure children are safe and out of the way of folks working out.

I was so nervous the first day i stepped into the gym to start my membership, but the front desk lady was so nice and helpful!! She made me feel right at home and like i was making a good decision for myself. I had brain surgery last summer and have put on some weight so i was worried about starting in the more advanced classes, so i started in the silver sneakers class first to build up my stamina. They are all so welcoming in class and the instructors are wonderful!! Im very happy with BodyPlex Fitness and they have something for everyone!!!

Just started my own membership recently and talking with Dan & Matt gives me a knowledge of exercise and nutrition from their perspective and experience. 7/10*. Great staff and friendly people that want to get to know you and help you. I signed for 3 months during the summer so I could keep my gains made during weight training at school, and with hard work I toppled my previous weight lifting capabilities and exceeded my own expectations; I couldn't have done it without the great advice that I recieved from the good ole folk that workout there. My only complaints would be that the locker room smells off (like mildew or something), and that there are no sweat towels available for use other than some paper ones. Also a huge con at this gym and others in this town is that there are no bumper/drop plates. Just a small cheap set stacked in the corner would be great for those of us that use deadlift and powerclean in our routines! Still an amazing gym and I urge anyone looking to improve upon themselves to join!

This is by far the best facility I have ever gone to! I have been on a weight loss journey for 3 years losing over 250 lbs with only diet, exercise, and major lifestyle changes. I was immediately impressed with ALL the staff (especially Lanie)and equally impressed with the availability of the owner, Dan. They keep the place clean, machines running, and always are willing to help you with questions on "what can I do." This wonderful place has helped me continue my weight loss journey by toning and trimming; I cannot fail to mention their kick butt group classes with THE BEST instructors ever! There are no other facilities that can compare to the greatness of this one. Doesn't matter if I workout solo or participate in the group classes, I ALWAYS feel welcome and that the success in my transformation matters to them all. Plus, I have met some really super new friends who share a common interest of becoming healthy!

I have been a member of this gym since it opened 10 years ago. After living in a bigger city with several gyms to choose from I was nervous moving back to Jasper due to the gym situation. Luckily, BodyPlex opened right when I moved back. I have been a member of numerous gyms so I feel like I can have an educated option of this place. It is great! I am so thankful that we have a place like this in Jasper! BodyPlex offers something for everyone! And they are always adding new & exciting stuff to bring in new people and also keep the current people interested. Every time I have gone on vacation and not been able to be in the gym I come back to changes being made. This is a great thing in the gym industry. Over the years this place has became a second home to me. I have also met so many amazing people here as well! So not only do you get to do the workout of your choice but you get to meet like minded people! Some of which are now my very best friends and husband! :) The owners and staff are amazing too! It says a lot when the owner keeps his office door open most of the time. Thank you BodyPlex for offering your services to our town! And thank you for not only be a place I go to but also being like family!

My experience with bodyplex in Jasper was simply amazing. I have never been to a gym where the people there are excited and glad you're there and that know you by name after just a couple visits. The young lady at the front desk is always running around cleaning this and cleaning that, making shakes, answering questions and to top it all off she teaches classes. The vibe you get when you walk in is completely judgement free. Others that go there are amazing too. They don't even judge and that is an amazing feeling. I don't see any reason why someone wouldn't pick this gym over the other in town. It's truly a great place to go in and relieve the stress made from the day.

Kept charging me beyond the year contract that I signed. When I inquired, they told me it was because I didn't supply them with a "written 30 day notice." Funny that I don't remember anyone mentioning that to me when I signed up. Since I now live in another state, I asked them if I could just give them my notice now that I have them on the phone. Nope. Has to be in writing they say. This is how Bodyplex Jasper and a multitude of other dumps like it make their money. My advice is to STAY AWAY!!!
