We are a full service gym open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so our members can work out at their convenience. We have everything you need from a variety of classes, child care, personal training and a friendly community.

Was working in the area from out of town and needed a place to lift for the week I was in the area. The owner and his assistant ( both jacked like myself, by the way) locked in on me as soon as I walked in the door. The big dawg bond was instantaneous. I was warmly welcomed to go weight for weight, rep for rep on some incline bench press with both of them. not only was my experience there uniquely positive, but the gym has everything you need no matter what your goals are. it saddens me to leave, but next time I'm in the area, I know where I'm going to pump up at. 💪

This gym has everything you need. 24 hours, great staff and a smoothie section as well filled with pre work smoothies, energy drinks and post workout to replenish your muscles. Staff are all knowledgeable and hard working improving everyone life for the better. They even have a section dedicated to body building with no AC so you get a good sweat. Definitely one of the best gyms I been to in a long time.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Gym is divided into 3 parts
-Free Weights with 2 squat racks, bench press, incline bench press, and various resistance machines. This side also provides dumb bells up to 120 pounds.
-A more modern side with various machines, ellipticals, stair masters, and treadmills. This side as well has 2 bench presses, an incline bench press, a squat rack, and a dumb bell rack up to 120 pounds.
-Open Room in the back perfect for stretching, aerobics, callisthenic exercises, and partaking in the various classes that the gym provides.

I was visiting from a different state for the week and this was cleaner and better equipped than my current gym. They have a separate room for powetlifting which seems like a great idea.

LOVE my Bodyworks family! Jamel and Kesley are fantastic....they hire the best trainers, and if you are lucky enough to be trained personally by Jamel, you will learn what it is to be GREAT. Best gym in Valdosta by far! The staff is friendly and attentive. If you need any help they are always willing to assist you no matter what your goal is. The bodyworks side is clean and a variety of gym equipment and the Iron Eaterz side is a real old school style of weightlifting. Absolutely love what they have done and offer I can't wait to see what they do next because everyday is something different going on.
