I sought Kevin’s help after months of traditional orthopedic care for several foot, knee, and back problems I was having. I was blown away by the level of attention I was given, his knowledge, and the results I was able to achieve with his help.

After over 18 months with a significant shoulder injury, several doctors visits, MRI, and other PT visits, the docs said shoulder surgery was my option. The traditional approach is too risky and costly. That’s when I reached out to Bridle. 3 months later, I had full recovery through use of their program and strength philosophy. I fully recommend Bridle to anyone willing to put the work in to take control of their recovery.

The best compliment I can give Dr. Kevin Stadlbauer is that I trust him. He is also an athlete, and he practices what he tells his patients to do - workout, stretch, eat right, get your sleep, keep your stress low. He has helped me recover from two injuries - my right knee and my right shoulder. From both injuries, I was able to fully recover with his help. I am able to run long distances again, squat to full depth, perform gymnastic movements, and lift weights overhead. Thanks PT!

Before my time with Kevin, I had spent well over two years with nagging shoulder and neck pain. My experience a year prior with another set of PTs made me believe I’d always have nagging pain as a consequence of the activities I enjoy: hunting, fishing, working out, golf, etc. Along with more time wasted, I spent money on doctor visits, PT sessions, and an MRI that all led to absolutely no resolution just more frustration.
I reached out to Kevin and we met up for consultation. Truthfully, I was skeptical because of my past experience with physical therapy. Kevin’s approach was different. He tailors the exercises to your individual needs while also programming workouts to help build muscle and resilience in other areas that aren’t specific to your injury. Unlike many other doctors, he also looks at the mental aspect of your recovery, helping you navigate the amount of energy/exertion that should be used in specific workouts/movements.
After my time with Kevin, I was able to return to a lifestyle I enjoy with no pain. I’m able to workout and do all of the movements that I once thought I’d never do again. I’m thankful for Kevin and his approach to recovery. I would recommend him to any one.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr Kevin.
He treated me for a nagging neck/shoulder injury that just wouldn’t go away. He evaluated me and performed some cupping on the impacted area. He also gave me a list of at-home exercises that would help my mobility and strength, which were aimed at speeding up my recovery.
Equally important to me was the knowledge and sense of comfort he gave me by telling me what was NOT going on with my injury, which put my mind at ease and made me feel more confident that I was not going to do more damage by continuing physical activity (within limits of course). Sometimes the psychological impact of an injury is more crippling than the injury itself.
Dr Kevin is very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of what is going on with his patients, but better yet, he is able to communicate that knowledge in layman’s terms so that you can understand what is going on below the surface and understand what actions you need to take to improve.
He also believes in physical therapy wholeheartedly, and does not like the idea of rushing to unnecessary prescription meds or surgeries without first exploring all the other options.
Give him a visit. You won’t be disappointed!
