This is one of the best decisions I have made in my life – to do yoga with Vaishali Madam. It has helped me gain a deeper understanding of yoga. I have learned a lot, particularly about the meaning of yoga, various breathing techniques, and different asana poses. Vaishali Madam is incredibly encouraging, and I always have a great time during our sessions. I cherish every moment and feel immensely grateful for this opportunity. Thank you for being my teacher.

मैं योग से काफी सालो से जुड़ी हुई हु। शुरू से ही मुझे समझ मे आ गया था कि शारीरिक और मानसिक स्वस्थता के लिये योग अति आवश्यक है। मै नियमितता से योग का अभ्यास कर सकु इस लिये मैन ब्रीन्दा योग जॉइन किया और करीबन बारह साल से जुड़ी हुई हु। वैशालीजी एक वर्सटाइल योग शिक्षक है। योग के बेसिक्स को ध्यान में रखते हुए एडवांस आसान तक बहुत ही सरलता से अपने स्टूडेंट्स को ले जाती है। उनके साथ रेगुलर प्रैक्टिस करने से मेरा शरीर तंदुरस्त, कार्यशील और ताजगीभरा रहता है और मन शांत और संतुलित रहता है। मेरा हर एक दिन ऑटोमेटिकली सरल, सहज और सुंदत व्यतीत होता है।
Life is so very precious and so is yoga. I am grateful to Vaishaliben for my well being.

Very good teacher.Her teaching method inspire us to do yoga regularly.I have suffered from chickengunia due to that body became very stiff. Due to vaishali ma'am now I am able to to all exercises. i have joined Brinda yoga since 9 years and before that I have experienced yoga in many classes and was never satisfied any where. So big thanks to ma'am for everything.

I have been taking classes over Zoom for over 3 years with Vaishali Modi. I joined looking to resolve my knee pain, as well as increase flexibility. Within a few months of joining, I noticed my knee pain decreasing, as well as an improvement in flexibility and balance. With consistent yoga classes, I also noticed my endurance throughout the day increase, as I am able to complete all my daily tasks, and still have energy left over. Lastly, I saw an improvement in my overall strength in my legs and my back, something I was pleasantly surprised by! Thank you Vaishali for the great classes!

I joined Brinda yoga in April 2023 as I wanted to gain flexibility, strength, improve back pain and most of all for better self care. Vaishaliben is extremely knowledgeable, informative, dedicated and has a great ability to challenge her students. She also tailors the workout specifically to your needs. Hie myself Sonal Jindal. I have no idea about yoga .I joined Brinda yog studio last 10 years . I was short tempered by nature but I can feel the difference . After joining I find many changes in my body like improving my breathing and flexibility and over all many changes . Vaishali ma’am guides us very nicely . While doing yoga she instruct us the benefit of doing particular aasaan. Yoga gives me mental peace . So for me Yoga with Vaishali ma’am is the BEST . Thanks a lot ma’am to b my best mentor.

Hi I am jenis dalwadi from India .l had joined Brinda yoga 7 years ago.Vaishali mam is an amazing mentor.Back in 2019 when iwas suffering from chicken gunia and in 2021 from cervical pain her yoga techniques made it possible for me to over come it. Today I can perform all my stretching exercises and Aassans with grt ease. I am so grateful to vaishali mam for her kind support and guidance throughout my yoga journey. I joined Brinda Yoga around 2016 . Then, I was low on energy and would fall ill frequently. After joining yoga, my energy levels and mood improved considerably. Particularly during Covid time, doing yoga regularly helped me stay active and happy. Vaishali Mam is v understanding and compassionate. Vaishali Mam is the best yoga teacher.
