We were recommended by one of her friends, and I'm really glad we decided to give it a try. Overall, the experience has been excellent. The instructors are kind, professional, and great with kids, which made my daughter feel comfortable and excited to learn. She enjoyed her first lesson so much that I decided to let her take two lessons in a row. I'm very happy with the progress she's making and would definitely recommend these lessons to other parents.
The only thing I wish were different is the water temperature — it would be nice if it were a bit warmer. Other than that, everything has been great!

My daughter has been enrolled here since she was 6 months old. It's been amazing to watch her grow over the last year! She is so comfortable in the water, and it's great to know that she is learning survival skills. Update:
The owner called me and was very nice. He explained everything and answered my questions. It was very nice to have my issues addressed and to learn about the reason behind creating the school. They really care about the children they teach. Swimming is definitely an important skill and gives parents peace of mind. Companies like this are worth trying and giving a second chance even if the initial impression wasn’t great the first time.

The instructors were phenomenal with all the kids including my son. I was very happy to see him growing confidence with being in the water. I had to cancel the class since we have several pre-planned vacations. I was not given an alternative or any other option. The front office lady wasn’t exactly helpful and she was dismissive to the point of argumentative. I still don’t know how it works. I would not recommend to parents unless they don’t have any vacations planned. It would’ve been nice to keep my son in the class but I would rather not call to ask any questions. I called a few times because I just didn’t understand how to use the app and if there was a way to keep my son enrolled but to quote her “I already told you last time!! I don’t know how else to say it” Geez…clearly if the way you explained something once isn’t clear then maybe try a different way? I love the instructors but the office? No way!!!!

I would highly recommend these folks. Everyone is so welcoming and accommodating. They take a lot of different approaches to teaching and build confidence in young swimmers. My boys look forward to going each time and I'm glad we decided to go with British Swim School, specifically this team in Buford. Wow!

We’ve enjoyed lessons for my 5 and 2 year old since May. All the instructors are so nice. My 5 year old daughter is gaining more confidence and skills (neither of my kiddos were ever afraid of the water, though). My 2 year old’s Tadpole class was getting a little monotonous, but today our lesson had rising instructors and seasoned instructors, which was awesome! I got new tips and we worked on new skills. Overall a great experience and we’ll continue lessons here for some time. The pricing is very reasonable as well.

The customer service is bad. My kid has to leave the area to use the restroom. I ask the question “why” no reason given. Then I notice other kids using the restroom in the swimming area. This lead me in a different mindset. Her lessons has stopped.

We love British Swim School. My 9 year old daughter has been wanting to join a swim team but we found out that all swimmers need to have basic swim skills completed first. I love that they teach them survival swim skills for the worse case scenario. They are very organized, they like to to take their time with each student and make sure they are ready to move to the next level as they go. Looking forward to watching our lil one move up in levels so she can get to her end goal!

I actually like the fact that it is not a typical swim school. In terms of volume they have a maximum kids they can have so hurry and secure your spot. This for me is great because they really get to know how their student progress and help them grow better.

Something I never saw in other swim school is the fact that they would comment on kids performance each session and if you have access to a pool they will tell you what the kid can practice.

We love British Swim School! We enrolled our 2 and 5 year old kids several weeks ago. The kids love going, and we love the fun, structured and goal oriented program. We always know what the kids are working toward. We love that they put survival first. My wife and I cannot stress how impressed we are with British Swim School at LA Fitness - Buford, GA. After having two children attend their classes, it is easy to see that they have a seasoned and successful program with proven results. The instructors and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive to the children. You can watch the instructors test the tolerances of the students and tailor their approach to the lesson by the how each individual student reacts to what is being taught. I can't say enough good things about our experience with British Swim School in Buford. Tracie and her staff are excellent with children and made my kids feel comfortable. This is a HUGE deal as I have a child who has big issues with water. She can hardly tolerate getting her hair washed in the bathtub so seeing her learn and have fun in the pool is a big deal. Tracie really helped to put her her at ease and she has since been begging to return. I would recommend this business to anyone.
