Mr. Calvin and Ms. Chrissie are amazing swim instructors. They are patient, encouraging, and make learning fun and safe. Highly recommend them! Amelie is the sweetest with children at the Sugar Hill location. She makes the kids feel comfortable and excited to learn. We really appreciate her kindness and patience!

My son has been swimming with BSS for over 5 years. He started not knowing how to swim at all at the Sugar Hill location and is now on the Swim Team at Johns Creek. They have encouraged and nurtured him all the way and he can now outswim me. If you ever want to find out about lessons give Tina a call. She is the Manager and is honestly become one of my favorite people. She listens to any concerns you have and deals with all situations in such a professional way. I have never been disappointed with any interaction i have had with her or either of the owners. At BSS they look after their customers.

Does everyone know that saying teamwork makes the dream work? Those could not be truer here! From management to the employees at the pool. I have been quietly sitting back listening and watching. The supervisor Ms. Tina is extremely kind helpful and will ACTIVLY listen to any comments or concerns I have. The way she helps her staff at the pool and manages them is what leadership should be. On Saturday I am always welcomed by Ms. Alexis and Ms. Chloe those girls are so sweet I do miss seeing Ms. Aanya on Saturdays she was very informative and a great instructor! I do see a lot of new faces, but we will see what these changes bring!

The instructors here are wonderful, they give each child in the class adequate attention and makes sure the child is learning and improving. I've seen my son go from a non-swimmer to swimmer over the past 3 months.

This is truly the most amazing Swim School!! All the staff knows my daughter by her name, and we are always greeted with a smile! The swim instructors are so patient and attentive and never push or scare my daughter into doing something that she is not comfortable with.
They also have water survival skills built into every swim lesson! This is an amazing bonus for us as well! We love to be on the lake and at the beach as well as our pool and I’m so relieved that she will know exactly what to do in case of an accident.
If you want your child to have an amazing time with amazing staff and teachers all the while learning to swim the great environment! The teacher is extremely encouraging and engaging! And the Deck Ambassador was simply amazing! She greets us with a smile every time we come and knows my child's name! This is the school for you!

They did a excellent job on making my kids to swim slowly every time better and better. Each and every tutors are amazing actually. They get the difficult kids also to get into pool in a few sessions. Overall excellent place to learn swimming.

This is an excellent place. Was recommended to me by my neighbor.
My initial experience was not that good as i felt that in first class the instructor was too quick to decide which swim level my kid was. My expectation was that they should give at least couple of minutes to kid to show what kid knows, instead instructor just checked what they wanted to see
I notified this issue to school and they were very prompt in correcting the mistake. i really liked the way the issue was handled.
Its perfectly ok to make a mistake, but if they are open to listen to issue and make amends, that is what matters

Since I have attending my swimming lessons, I have become more confident being in the water. The instructors are patient & kind. I have enrolled my grandkids for swimming lessons and they love it.

They are really nice & helpful. Staffs are very friendly. I had tons of questions & they answered it all. I had made a mistake on the schedule, I left them an email (they're closed on Sunday) they called me back 1st thing during business hr & it was resolved. They have been very help throughout.

Swim instructors are professional. Matt is wonderful, he made it fun for the kids to learn.

I don't understand why some are giving bad reviews. This is like a school. All school collect tuition fee before class starts. They also have consents & policies you have to read.

I recommend checking this place out for yourself & then be the judge.

I have to pay almost 65$ just to get one lesson. I wanted a trial lesson and they said you have to pay 25$ along with one registration fees and you will get swim cap and bag. I attended one lesson for my daughter and didn’t get anything. They didn’t even bother to follow up with me. They just don’t care. I will not recommend this swim school at all.

Again attempting to discredit me. I responded to you regarding this not being the first rime. The first time the card was compromised as you’re aware. Now when you attempted to run it this month, it did not work. So no, my responses are quite align. And exactly what you did on the phone, you are attempting to do here in public. Your customer is always right- learn customer service and perhaps you will keep customers. The fact that you have time to go back and forth is comical. Perhaps you should spend this time tending to your customers. A week past due is not grounds for dismissal. Why not wait until his next swim lesson to see if we showed up? Not even one swim class passes before you dropped him from the class. Unacceptable and I hope other customers see these reviews and your responses and decide to take their business elsewhere!

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. The most money hungry place that cares nothing about their customers or students. My card was compromised and caused the payment not to go through. Once I learned that there was an issue, I emailed them and advised that I needed to update the card and that we were on our way to swim class. Instead of allowing the customer to follow up and update their card on file, the owner Shar called me arguing with me telling me that we were 9 days passed due and that my sons spot was given to another student. He was very disrespectful and continued to argue while i attempted to give him my card number. Just disgusting! There’s far too many other locations to deal with that level of rudeness.
