I have worked out in some form for years, but I have been working with Buckingham Fitness this year and have seen better results in the last 6 months than I did in 5 years of doing things on my own. I have been extremely pleased with what i have been able to accomplish with their help. There are options to do virtual workouts from home if you don’t have access to a gym or aren’t comfortable going to one, as well as traditional one on one sessions, so it’s perfect for achieving your goals even during quarantine. Tyler is highly attentive and great at tailoring a program to meet whatever your specific needs are. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I've had flair up pain for years from an accident. Tyler in incredibly attune to how the body works, and was able to give me precise exercises to help me strengthen my body. I feel stronger, and less prone to the pain resurfacing. He really takes the time to tailer workouts to your specific needs.

So Tyler was my first personal trainer that I invested in. I didn’t exactly know what to expect. But let me tell you I was never disappointed. He’ll walk you through everything. And while Tyler is well-versed on what exercises it will take to get you in great shape. He also has a variety of self-care tips and tricks to take care of yourself while you’re not in the gym or working out at home. Not only will your strength and stamina improve but your life will improve. Can’t recommend this man enough!

I may be prejudice because Tyler is my son but I also have learned and prospered so much since he started working with me on my health. My weight is down. My energy is up. My strength is up and the aging process that we all go through at my age (almost 60) has slowed! I have done several of his programs and they are engaging...which says a lot coming from a runner who doesn't usually like to do strength and flexibility workouts! Check him out. What do you have to lose...except weight? :)

Tyler really knows what he's talking about and makes it all about how you feel. At times it feels his true focus is just to make you more educated and a better person all the while strengthening your body and your mind. Tyler wants to help you in the best way that fits you by working you in ways not only you come to love, but are more comfortable for you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I've been working out with Buckingham fitness for over half a year now. And let me tell you...It is a game changer! Tyler creates a healthy and safe environment where I finally feel comfortable and educated in what I am doing. Through Tyler's guidance, I now have more energy, motivation and am stronger than ever. I am a dancer and fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I have tried it all. Orange theory, Pilates, yoga, other trainers etc... I've only worked out with Tyler three times so far, but his coaching style and attention to form and technique are the best I've seen. after 3 workouts I am feeling strong again, my body is already starting to adapt and change shape (a little) and I'm feeling great. Tyler has provided great workouts to do at home throughout this quarantine. He has shown that you don't need much space or equipment (the workouts I did were all body weight, but weights could be added) and they were definitely a WORKOUT!! His cueing is top-notch and his attention to detail was spot on! Highly recommend Buckingham Fitness!!

I did a fitness program with Tyler that helped me in so many ways. He helped me stay accountable and stick to a routine. His workouts have a lot of variety and balance. I never dreaded going to class, as I have for many other programs. This helped me to keep coming back! By the end of my program I was able to do more pushups than I’ve ever done!
