Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. I came to Burn Boot Camp Sandy Springs on a friend’s recommendation and was sold right away! The workouts are challenging but so motivating, and the trainers always offer great modifications when needed. The energy, community, and encouragement here are truly inspiring — everyone pushes each other to be their best. And the big bonus — the child watch! It makes it so much easier to stay consistent and focus on my workout. I’m so glad I joined!

The entire staff at Burn Boot Camp in Sandy Springs is excellent. The classes are 45min with plenty of times throughout the day to accommodate all schedules. Time flies when you’re there. For those wanting to incorporate weight training into their routine, I highly recommend Burn. You show up and the trainers have thought of everything for you. I signed up for a trial at Burn Sandy Springs in Feb, and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. The workouts are challenging but super fun, and I love that they’re always switching things up—no chance of getting bored here! Since then I've hit over 100 classes (woop woop!)

The trainers are amazing. They push you in the best way and genuinely care about your progress. I remember my first day feeling a little nervous, but they made me feel right at home. Now I look forward to every session!

What really makes Burn special is the community. Everyone’s so positive and supportive—it’s like working out with a bunch of friends who cheer you on every step of the way. I’ve hit goals I didn’t think were possible, and I’ve had a blast doing it.

This place is heaven. The people are angels who work here. Gyms can be so intimidating for over weight people. I knew I needed to make a change in my life and working out on my own wasn’t cutting it. I’ve been going to this location since January and I actually look forward to going to the gym everyday. Terika, Jasmine, Becca and Marcel make it feel like home. Even everyone at the front is great I can’t remember everyone’s names but it is a great experience all around. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who suffers social anxiety like I do. The people who go here, work here are truly a family! Great job at creating such a welcoming community at this location!

I’ve been going to camps for nearly a month. The trainers are all attentive throughout class and make sure you are held accountable, as well as watching your form! I can’t say enough great things about this gym! The staff is the best and they’re all so encouraging! If you want some variety in your workout, you’ve found your place. I’ve been going to Burn for about a year and it’s been amazing. After having 3 kids in 3 years, I really needed something for me, and this has been it. The workouts are fast-paced, different every day, and hit all the muscle groups throughout the week.

I love that I can just show up, the workout is already planned, and it’s done in 45 minutes. The class times are super flexible, which is perfect with a busy schedule—and the childcare has been a total game changer.

I absolutely love Burn Boot Camp! I have worked out in a lot of different group environments and Burn is my favorite. If you want to be pushed to try harder and lift heavier they will do it! Or if you need modifications because of injuries or because you are new to working out, they will do that too! Every week there is a good mix of upper/lower body strength, cardio/conditioning and core workouts. 45 mins, your in and out and you feel great that you put in the work you did. All of the trainers are great! Another plus for me is that they have a 5:30am classes every weekday so I can knock it out before work. Just try it!!

I’m so glad I found Burn at a time when working out at home on my own just wasn’t getting me results anymore. My body and the demands on it changed since the last time I had a look at my body composition, so I love that I could see where I was on the InBody scan and can work on getting my body comp back to what I want it to be going forward—more muscle! All the trainers are amazing in that they really pay attention and care about our goals no matter how many of us are in class and the gym members are also kind and supportive, so it gives you a nice sense of community. Scheduling is sometimes difficult for me since my work schedule changes every week and I attend strength days only. Sometimes I can’t get as many days as I want, because the gym’s schedule of strength vs. cardio days also changes weekly. Aside from that, I’m really happy with the changes I’m seeing in myself. As a professional dancer, Burn has helped alleviate some of my back, hip, and knee issues. Getting stronger makes my work easier and means I still have energy at the end of a long day and less aches and pains.

I just joined Burn Bootcamp and I already feel like part of a community, thanks in big part Terika and Jasmine—they’ve been so welcoming, supportive, and full of contagious energy. The workouts are intense but doable, with just the right balance of challenge and encouragement, and I love how every day is different. Great place to feel safe n motivated... The ladies here are a family n treat everyone wit respect n fairness.. if u wanna burn and feel it. This is the place.. doesn't stink ( my nose is sensitive) n the equipment is all brand new ... The snack are all healthy but I think a few are just for taste😅🥰( my favs). I’ve been meaning to write a review for Burn Bootcamp Sandy Springs- we love it here! The workouts are amazing, and the trainers go around the room to check your form and challenge you. They have several class times and the app makes it so easy to sign-up and change times, when needed. The childwatch has been the best part. The childwatch providers will even sometimes do art activities with the kids while we workout, and now my daughter asks to go to “Bootcamp!”

Burn Boot Camp Sandy Springs has been an excellent space for me to get back to focusing on my health and wellness. I feel like I’m getting personal training, with the added benefits of having a motivated and positive group around me on the same journey, with each person having the ability to modify the station exercise as necessary for them. Loud and obnoxious and clearly they think they own the whole plaza. I've seen many non handicap members and employees of this "gym" park in handicap spots reserved for those who need them. There is a hearing aid place next door (that im sure love the sound as well) that has many elderly clients that need those spots. But Hey, if you're looking to pay an exorbiant amount of money to have someone yell at you through a microphone from 2 feet away. You might like this place

Burn is a totally different, doable, workout experience. At under an hour with multiple different class times, I can adjust when I go each week to fit my schedule. The trainers always encourage me (by name) to do my best, make modifications based on my injuries, and text me when I haven’t been in a while. It’s the perfect level of accountability without being overly pushy or making me feel bad if I can’t make something work. Highly recommend!

Terika and Marcel are excellent trainers. I for sure get an amazing workout with them every time. The location is quite convenient (for me) being super close to work.

My gripes would be compared to some other locations there is no shower and only one restroom. As I am always coming from work when I come to camp that is a bit of an inconvenience. There is usually a line to get changed or use the restroom. There is also one changing area BUT the water foundation is behind that curtain. So often times I’m changing and there is someone waiting to fill their water bottle. I know only so much can be done with the available space so my suggestion would be to at least get a heavy weight curtain that reaches the ground to replace the current curtain that appears to be a shower curtain. That way when the bathroom door opens (right next to the changing area) the air from the door does not blow the curtain open and expose you.

I love spending my mornings at Burn! The workouts are challenging, but flies by in 45 minutes. They mix up the week with some cardio classes, some strength training, and some combo! I remember the first time I worked out with Terika I was so intimidated and I said to myself Lord what did I put myself into? When the class was going left I was going right, but they didn't laugh at me instead they made me feel at home. Are all welcome but parents this is your place!

As a mom of two young children, Burn has been the place where I can come as I am and feel great about getting my exercise done.

They have the flexibility of being able to schedule your work out close to the class time, which we all know with kids, you just never know what the day has in storage for you.

There are plenty of different times to workout throughout the day. They offer child watch while you are in the class ( which is huge not having to worry about security a baby sitter).

Everything that they can make to make your life easier, and just get it done, they do it.

Burn has been such a blessing for me and my family. I have been a member at Sandy Springs for about 2 and a half years. Since that time I've gone from postpartum to getting near my pre kids state, to pregnant again, and now postpartum again. The great thing is I was able to workout through all of these life phases and modify as needed. It is a wonderful environment, men and women of all ages, all body types, etc. I find it to be a good balance of motivating without being intimidating! It truly has been like a safe haven for me to enjoy some "me time"!

I love the bootcamp style workouts. The staff is kind & helpful from suggesting a clean pre-workout supplement to encouraging words after a tough workout. The trainers kick it into high gear by cheering me on during a tough set. They give me the motivation to push myself to the last second.

Burn Boot Camp Sandy Springs CHANGED MY LIFE. From the trainers, to front desk staff, to franchise owner Missy I have been treated amazing since the first day there. I originally started on a trial for a challenge and loved it so much that before my trial was even over without any hesitation in mind I decided to get a membership. I always leave that gym feeling refreshed and confident about myself. I learned a lot about my body from my one on one’s with Ike. I learned what worked for me and my body type. I have PCOS and despite what the doctors said about difficulty loosing weight or even getting pregnant on my own I beat BOTH of those odds. Unfortunately with being pregnant and having a rough time getting through it I had to cancel my membership but I will definitely plan in the future to go back to a closer Burn to where I live. Thank you you guys for everything you have done for me thus far. I will miss you all dearly . I will ALWAYS recommend my friends and family to Burn. Burn Boot Camp has a great core curriculum and premise at every location, but this one is seriously special. I have no doubt this is because of Jeff, Ike, and Andrew. The energy of the trainers is contagious and keeps you pushing through each workout (even if you think you’re about to collapse, cause we’ve all been there). I can’t speak enough to how passionate all the trainers are and how they take time to know *you*, including strengths and weaknesses, and check in with you mid-workout. This is the best value for your money for the area and they have multiple locations. The times for classes are perfect, the schedule caters greatly to those who work the typical 9 to 5. The lower rates come with the longer commitment terms (yes, there is commitment), but the classes are only 45 minutes long and I’ve never received results like this before from any other gym membership or even personal training. Challenging and effective workout in 45 min AND amazing childcare??!! It’s true!!! Burn Bootcamp is a gem. The environment is welcoming and friendly. Devon the trainer does an awesome job of pushing you to work hard and achieve your goals. I feel lucky to be a part of the Burn tribe!

I recently joined the BBC community and I don’t feel like I have enough great words to describe this place. Challenging, but fun workouts in a friendly environment. Even though I’ve only been going for a couple of weeks, I’ve never felt so motivated and my confidence levels (which were pretty much non-existent) are soaring. Awesome staff who encourages you do to your best and work hard to reach your goals. A big, flashing ten stars for BBC, Devon, and Bianca 🌟💥

I’ve recently joined Burn BC in Sandy Springs and LOVE IT!!! The members, trainers and staff are extremely supportive. I am motivated each time I walk in the door! Devon really cares about his group
and encourages you during sessions.

Been apart of the BBC crew since October 2016. I love Kiah she is a great trainer who pushes you to be your best. I love the community of women who work well together and encourage eachother , and i love the workouts. I played lots of sports when I was younger and the workouts definitely bring out my inner athlete . I weighed 178 going in and have reached my goal of 150. The workouts are intense but the trainers are good about offering modifications. Did I say I love this place...5 stars for sure!

This is my 2nd week at this boot camp. I went 4 times my first week and I will say that no two days were alike. The Trainer was very observant in noticing when I was not doing an exercise accurately and provided correction - and even modifications when it she felt it was needed.
It amazes me how creative she is with the exercises so that we have an extreme about of variety. The equipment that is used makes the work out fun. I love the headphones that she uses because even when she isn't standing right by me, I feel that she is there and providing personal encouragement or instruction. I have done boot camps in the past and this is by far the most enjoyable. Although boot camp is a lot of hard work , a benefit is when you can at least have a love-hate relationship with it. Great job!!!!!!

Started this week and it is one of the most intense, fulfilling, and motivating environments! After a few days I feel great, have more energy, and inspired to keep going. Kiah is an amazing trainer! She won't let you quit though so heads up :) she also knows everyone's names.. even the newbies like myself. Such an awesome feeling! Thanks Kiah!
