Burn Boot Camp in Bethlehem, GA features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I love Burn Boot Camp in Bethlehem. I was hesitant to start my fitness journey at a gym. I mostly focused on working out at home. However, their flexible hours and child care made it easy for me. The staff and trainers are amazing. Also, I love the team workouts and positive encouragement from everyone.

Today was my first class and my very first time working out like this. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I haven’t felt this good in years after working out. The staff and instructor were awesome and made me feel very welcome!

My wife started going here and I started going with her as little dates… now I have other “burn bros” that I am friends with outside of camps! This gym really feels like family, and the trainers are excellent. Highly would recommend if you need support to get going in your fitness. Have felt a significant difference in my health since going.

I’ve been going to Burn Bootcamp for just a few weeks now, and I am completely obsessed! It’s more than just a workout—it’s truly an experience. The energy is unmatched, the vibes are amazing, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. From day one, I felt like part of a community. I’ve been going to burn for 5 months now and I went from not wanting to work out to love doing it. As a SAHM with 3 kids it’s hard to being able to work out but burn boot camp has an awesome childwatch and my kids love going there and meet new friends. Im just slowly starting to see results and it’s all thanks to all the community and trainers, Kaija, Leah and Emma are awesome! They make excersicing so fun. I’m so thankful for burn and I’ll keep going until I’m 80 years or even more!

I don’t know how to start this but I will say I was dragged by my friends to go workout. I am not a “gym girlie” never liked the gym.. if I ever went I would go un consistently and I tbh am the worst gym partner I tend to make things a joke and be silly or slack off. I never liked going to the gym I never had that motivation to go. I’m really happy my friends got me out the house and into burn boot camp. I really do enjoy the group and personal coaching it’s exactly what I needed someone to motivate me push me and guide me. It’s definitely helps with my postpartum. I like that when I don’t know what I’m doing no one is judging and the coach’s are there to get you thru. The best part is seeing my kids thru the window who seem to like to watch me and thumbs up me. That’s a great plus too. I’ve never committed myself to working out so I’m excited to see how my body transforms.

I love these classes soo much! They are making me stronger and reshaping my body. I was suffering with depression and racing thoughts. And now my mind is clearer and I feel better overall. I have more energy and though leg day is tough ☺️, having a toned bum and stronger knees are totally worth it. My back is stronger and before the classes I used water bottles as weights, now I can curl heavier weights without straining my back. I plan on continuing this for years to come. And I also hope to lose a lot of weight. To be continued.

I have tried several gyms but I have never felt at home like I do at burn. I have found a little community that I absolutely adore. Ashley & Emma are always pushing me to be my best even when I don’t see it to myself. Every trainer there is absolutely AMAZING! I couldn’t ask to be part of a better gym! 5 stars all around!!! There are many gyms out there and at the end of the day it is about what you put into it! Discipline will take you places that Motivation cannot, however, to get you there you also need the support of the Coaches that absolutely love what they do, and this is that place!
Burn isn't about endless cardio or mindless reps either. It's about pushing your limits, discovering strength you didn't know you had, and getting real results, (again up to you how much you put in). Personally, I plan to become stronger and more fit than I ever was, and thankfully to the coaches, workouts and their nutrition expertise I am looking forward to the road traveled there.

I have tried a few group fitness gyms, and Burn Bethlehem takes the lead over all other by A MILE! The trainers are so welcoming, encouraging, and so excited to see you every time you walk through the door. The members are also so friendly and everyone is supportive and will give you the extra push you need.
The workouts definitely meet you where you're at, if you need modifications for any reason the trainers will work with you, and if you need that extra push that can mod up and give you an extra challenge! I cannot recommend this place enough! You can even try it out for 7 days for free (limited time), but I promise you will want more than just 7 day here!

Love Burn Boot Camp! The workout is intense and challenging but can be modified for any fitness level! I like that the format of the class and the exercises are different each day. The coaches are motivating and encouraging. Complimentary child watch is also a huge plus! Would definitely recommend!

The workouts are tough but so worth it. This is the place for any point in your fitness journey; I love that there are modifications and ways to level up depending on each members needs. I have been consistently working out here after having my second baby and have seen incredible progress in my short time here! I love the challenge & the community that Burn offers. Burn Boot Camp is unlike any other gym I've ever experienced. Having come back to the gym postpartum, I was extremely worried to drop my baby off with a stranger. The childwatch is what sold me on the gym- the girls are all so kind and loved on my baby like he was family. The workouts are what kept me coming. They are hard, but so good. Each trainer is so knowledgeable and always so encouraging. You're surrounded by like minded moms who just want to better themselves. Burn is truly a wonderful gym and worth trying out if you are looking for something new.

As someone who doesn’t love working out… I love working out here! The structure of each camp makes the time FLY and helps make the exercises bearable. We have a bunch of tough moves, but we might only be doing it for 30-60 seconds at a time before an active recovery break! The classes help me push myself because I know exactly what’s coming up next, and there are many informed instructors ready to jump in and help when needed. They are incredibly kind, yet very motivational! “This isn’t supposed to be easy… If it were easy, it would be a waste of your time.” “There are people who are wishing and praying that they could be where you are, up and moving and exercising. Don’t give up now!” “It’s a good day to have a great day!” “We don’t get tired, we get tough.” All of these sayings have come straight from the instructors here, and it always helps keep me on track. Additionally, the one on one focus meetings (that are no extra costs!!!) with the instructors are super helpful to set personal goals and stick with them with professional help. Lastly, I have loved getting to know the other gym members here! Everyone is so kind and supportive, encouraging each other with lots of high fives and smiles! I have tried a few other gyms around town, but none of them have been as good as this one. Try it for yourself and you’ll quickly see how great it is!
