Carla definitely knows what she is doing. I have a few limitations…abdominal surgery where half of my stomach muscles were removed and two total knee replacements. Carla worked around those limits while still maximizing my workout plan.

Carla Fields is a professional and knowledgeable fitness instructor. I have attended Carla’s “Just Dance” classes for 6 months. She includes a mix of step, dance, aerobics, and strength training that can help tone and strengthen the body. Carla tailors the classes for all ages and fitness levels while varying the routines to provide fitness benefits. I have been going to Carla Fields Fitness Inc. for a couple of years. Carla Fields is an excellent fitness trainer and an excellent motivator. She believes in you even when you don’t believe in yourself. There were times when I would lose my motivation to get up and work out and she would either call me or text me, and it was exactly what I needed to get myself going again. She has boundless energy and throughout this pandemic quarantine she has been doing aerobic and strength training classes through zoom. It’s been the best thing and resource for people who can’t come into the gym or who are afraid to go to the gym. Her classes are hard but you will get results. I have gotten results and it feels good when people tell me you look great, or say I’ve lost weight, it makes the hard sessions worth it. In addition to zoom Carla has her own gym which is great in the this time of social distancing. She has always been meticulous about cleanliness and disinfecting. I’ve seen countless clients walk in overweight and within months they look like a different person. She gives diet plans and endless variations of fitness workouts and strength training. You will be surprised at what you can accomplish overtime, she will get you to a fitness level you never imagined possible. I could go on and on but instead I will finish by recommending Carla Fields Fitness as your go to to get your life, body, mind, and spirit to the place you want it to be. She will make you believe you can do it and you will get to a point where you believe you can do it too.
