I came for the pool and hot tub on Friday night. I needed to relax after a cruddy week. Your ad on your website says open until 10:00. It says nothing about the pool closing at 8;00 on Friday What the heck use is an on line schedule when it is a lie. I think that may be what they call false advertisement. How many newly joined do you turn away? Word of mouth is a very good, free advertisement. I intend to see how the Better Business Bureau handles situations like this one.

I came here over onelife to try to support a smaller local business, huge mistake!!!! I spend a great deal of my free time at the gym basically here several hours every day. The staff is beyond RUDE. Like their attitudes are wild for customer service but yeah I will be canceling soon and going to onelife. I would not recommend anyone come here. The workers have a small group of people that they are friends with and if you aren’t them then they are very unprofessional and unpleasant

the swim lessons were awful. They force your kids underwater. no teaching of any technique just under they go. my little 3 yr old still brings it up every now and then and it's been 6 months. he has literally told me one night that he was scared to go to sleep because the teacher would push him under water (nightmares). barbaric methods.

Poor member service and raggedy equipment, air conditioning ducts and old heaters literally rusted through overhanging the pool area. Dumbbell racks that have no clearance so you smash your fingers trying to rerack them. I tried paying $25 dollars for a week long membership (that's around 70% more expensive than the Annual Membership), having asked at the time if I could bring guests to the pool. They said yes, so a couple days later I brought my son, and asked again, showing them my temporary membership card which explicitly refers to me as a "Member: ______________". The employee was super polite and said sure thing, that's $5 for the guest. The next day I came with guests, (incidentally that family has an Annual Membership but the holder wasn't present, so I assured them the could come with me)... only to be embarrassingly and rudely told "You're not a member, you can't have guests". When I explained that two other of their colleagues told me otherwise, they were rude and insisted that I should "read the sign"... and didn't care that they had sold me a card that refers to me as explicitly as a "Member". They clearly didn't care that they lost my consideration of supporting their business further. It's not hard to write a sign or a card that make sense and are fair, so it makes me wonder a lot more about the quality of the rest of the operation.

Great place to work out. Have not had one problem yet…until today. They decided to mop the floor at peak time and it smelled like chlorine. Super ruff workout when you’ve got the smell of chlorine in the air. Maybe next time try less chlorine, maybe just stick to bleach. Please don’t mix them though, that would be bad.

It's really smelly, humid and hot in here lately. Literally impossible to work out.
If you ask them to lower the AC at least, they refuse.
I feel like it wasn't as torturous before. Really sad. Might need to look into another gym I guess.
More cramped, more folks than before, which is understandable, but the smell and humidity is terrible.

This is a Good place to have a Membership!! They offer all kinds of different type training classes from Yoga, Swimming, Spin, etc. They have a Junior Olympic Size Swimming Pool, which is just a little bit shorter in length than an Olympic Size Pool, but plenty long enough for anyone wanting to swim laps for exercise!!!!
Overall I give them a Grade A….

So one, it was $200+ for me and my boyfriend to start for 1 month because we were only going to be working in this area for that long. No other gyms we've been to had these fees btw.
Two, the blonde girl at the front desk didn't have any customer service.
I'm a very friendly person so when I'd walk in or out I always say hi or bye to whoever is there. She never once acknowledged me, she would specifically look at my boyfriend and reply to him. To the point where it was obvious she was doing it deliberately. I think that a gym should put off positive vibes and make all people feel comfortable. If she was doing that to me I'm sure she does it to all the other people as well and that's not the kind of energy women need when trying to feel comfortable in their bodies.

We always join club fitness for a week when we visit Carrolton to see our children. And we go there every day. We like the people very much. I mean the people who run it. It is great. My husband enjoys the pool. Sometimes I do the classes and they are always good.

I love going here, it is always clean. The front staff is so sweet. The instructors are all so helpful and will take time to answer your questions. I joined about 3 months ago and I am so glad I did. The instructors make exercise fun, not boring at all. The pool is wonderful, heated and has all kinds of exercises offered. And the hot tub is wonderful. Best thing I have done for myself in many years. So if you want to feel better physically, mentally, emotionally, I strongly recommend you give Club Fitness A Try. Prices Are Vsry Reasonable Also.

When you first walk in the atmosphere seems great. The equipment is reliable. I only give it 2 stars because the lady’s that work the front seat are beyond rude. They act like you’re bothering them when you ask for a drink. I misplaced my gym card. They charge you 5 dollars! Which is crazy I get it in a sense. Karen is so so rude. Every single time I call up there she is so passive aggressive. Zero phone customer service. This place is not clean, staff is unable to do anything when you ask. One time a guy working said he couldn’t sign up my guest a membership because he just didn’t know how. WHAT? I was a GM of an Anytime Fitness for years before moving to Carrollton, and your staff should be able to do everything to operate the gym. Having members call ABC for anything to be done on their accounts instead of staff having access is crazy. Complete mess when it comes to communication. ABC says one thing, Club Fitness employees say another. At least everyone else is super nice, besides Karen. I’ve debated posting this a few times but today at a time of desperation for them to help me out, she was so rude. I’ll change my review if the owner actually takes time to call me back and works with me.

This is a pretty good gym, they have a wide variety of exercise implements and helpful diagrams that show you how to use them. They have-- or used to have, not sure if they still have it-- a room just for women to work out if they feel uncomfortable working out with the general public. Pool is really nice, and they have programs and trainers. People who say this gym is the worst must either run a gym themselves and are competition or are related to someone who runs a gym. There's only one complaint I have-- years ago the cleaning woman stole my wallet from my locker and even though people SAW her do it the staff refused to do anything about it.

Good price for visitors and good price for seniors to attend the gym, but would like lifeguards at least two or three working and two at a time. It's not all about the watching people in the pool, it's preventing situations like drowning due to health reasons like hearts attacks, strokes, asthma attacks. Not all are certified to be able to save someone who gets a back injury while in pool. Lifeguards are needed not just people certified in CPR, first aid and AED. Thank you

Terrific gym! I went with a friend and was very impressed at the modern equipment they had and the square footage of the facility. So many treadmills lined up with ellipticals too. Large pool for laps or classes, a hot tub and a lovely outdoor terrace for sun bathing. The best part was to end a work out with a sit in the huge sauna. Clean large showers & changing rooms. Near University of West Georgia.

Great location between university and square and behind city schools. Easy, quick in and out. Awesome lap pool. Decent cardiovascular machines. Totally adequate free weights. Friendly people who say hi 95% of the time. Free childcare and tanning. Extensive hours. Great vibe. Nice locker rooms. Good for all ages and abilities. The classes are a great way to get in that quick 30 minute or hour workout. Between a full time job and 3 kids it's hard to make time but Club Fitness makes it so easy! I use this gym two or three weeks out of the year. I have bought memberships for my grandchildren and have never been cheated as other reviewers mention. My gym back where I live just added wifi so I wasn't expecting wifi but wifi is always nice. Glad to know they have it now. I have found the staff to be friendly, the week membership to be reasonable, the gym to be clean. I enjoy the classes as well. I would have given it 5 stars but the other reviews made me consider the gym more critically. The 5 star gym in my city has tennis courts, many pools, wifi etc. and a huge price tag.
