Worst Studio in ALL ATLANTA!!! I arrived at 7am for a 7am class to find the doors loved and I'm unable to get in. They say they give a 5-minute grace period per class but they dont. I stood outside and called them 9x with my 1st call being made at 7:01am according to my phone records and no answer, no one even came to check the front desk for the 9min I stood outside in the cold at 7am. I called and was never given an apology and was told the manager would reach out. It has been over a week they are not answering my call and the manager has yet to contact me. This location is very unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend. I truly believe they are screening my calls because I want to cancel.

If you’re considering joining Club Pilates Inman Park in Atlanta, read this first. After completing my 90-day minimum term, I tried to cancel my membership due to a medical issue. Instead of processing it, the studio offered a "freeze" without disclosing that there was a "freeze fee" to pause my membership. By then, I was already paying for a membership that I was unable to use.
When I requested the cancellation, my phone messages went unanswered, same as my emails. I then went to the studio in person, where the front desk attendant at the time snarkily "educated" me on the fine-print of the contract. At this point, I knew this was going to be an uphill battle. Only after my visit, I receive an email from the General Manager with a copy of the verbiage on the contract indicating that there were additional charges coming.
The cancellation process is intentionally difficult (which is unlawful in the State of GA) slow/no responses, unnecessary documentation, and vague policies. It’s the same kind of behavior that led the FTC to fine similar businesses for unfair and deceptive membership practices. This isn’t customer service, it’s predatory retention.
When a business makes it easier to sign up than to cancel, that’s a red flag.
This location could have earned my loyalty through honesty and transparency. Instead, it’s earning a reputation for hidden fees, fine print traps, and poor accountability. Something the Reynoldstown and Inman Park communities likely won’t overlook.

Just this experience, I would not recommend them to even try because the experience (what it’s all about) isn’t welcoming, helpful or beneficial. Save your time and money and find another company.
Story: I was excited in taking on this new adventure with Pilates, the class schedules were perfect, then schedules (levels) started changing. I guess everyone was graduating and new class levels took the place of the ones I normally would take (beginners). Life was living and after the three month period and difficulty with scheduling due to time conflicts I called to cancel three times. I tried the pause / freeze and I called to cancel and it’s still hard to get them to cancel and it’s been 3 additional months paying and I’m still calling and no one will answer the phone or return my voicemail to cancel. I was trying to do it this way before I do a credit card dispute with Amex.

so many hidden fees! and it’s difficult to pause and freeze. anyone barely answers the phone, so you’d most likely have to go in person to make any changes to your account. to freeze your account, they want you to pay a $25 “freeze fee” throughout the whole time your account is frozen. then, if you want to cancel your account, they want you to make one last payment of your membership.

I wish I could leave multiple 5 star reviews. Gabby is doing a great job with bringing Pilates to our neighborhood! I really enjoy taking her classes, along with Yulissa and Taversha. They bring interesting challenge even into introductory sessions which is pretty important to me. To be honest, I like everyone’s classes. I also like how many little gadgets are in the room for us to work with.
When Gabby was telling me this is the type of environment where you end up wanting to come more than once a day, she was telling the truth. I’m already thinking about how when it’s time for me to move across town, I really will not look forward to leaving this studio. Everything has been more than up to standard.

Love this place ! The front staff is always so nice, I haven't had an issue finding parking in the deck in the back, the studio is clean, and I've really enjoyed the workouts I've been getting in. So far all the instructors have been very nice and helpful. All the instructors have great aspects about them. Some give great descriptions, others really focus on form and go around to correct you, and others run a fun class but don't necessarily focus on form so much. I've learned things from each of them though! You do have to book ahead as the classes fill up quickly. I've been attending classes since February and feel like I've gotten a lot stronger and I think Pilates might have cured my plantar fasciatis🤪 would recommend to anyone trying to get into fitness and forming a routine.

My mom and I paid for our memberships on March 8th and Gabby “helped” us book our appointments. She added us to multiple waitlists and when I asked she said it was not really a waitlist and we would still be able to attend anyway just for my mom to show up and be turned around due to no available slots. So far we haven’t been able to go to any classes since the first class even though the membership is for 4 classes per month (next class available was in April) & they're all booked out weeks in advance with long waitlist. The only availability is usually when normal adults are working which is dumb. You are not reimbursed for their unavailability and credits do not transfer to other Club Pilates locations. On top of that they make u do a 90 day commitment (there is a fee if u want to cancel to early and you also have to email, write a letter, and go in person to cancel because they WILL keep charging you) when they KNOW they won’t have availability. Within those 90 days you should be able to take 12 classes but you’d be lucky if you get 3. They don't let you book for the next month/billing cycle until the billing day arrives, but ofc all classes are miraculously taken by then.
Edit: added a few stars because after finally getting in one of the classes, it did end up being very good! Once you get past the hard part of scheduling, the classes are actually good classes and the staff is nice. Just please make sure ur schedule aligns before signing the contract!

The previous 1 star review is true. Very difficult to cancel and not responsive. I signed up via phone for their founding membership in August of 2024 and was told the club would open by the end of the year. Didn't happen. But I understand openings take time. I was encouraged to take advantage of the unlimited membership and was told that I could cancel at anytime. They finally opened early 2025, I took a total of 7 classes and I didn't not like the environment nor the pace of the classes. It was too slow and quite frankly some of the instructors were "cold". I sent several emails to Gabby and called for weeks to cancel. I was told that I was in a 90 day contract and that this was communicated with me. This was not the case. Gabby never responded to any of my emails or returned my calls. I just so happened to call the studio and she answered the phone. It became a "my word against hers" conversation. I paid my last month fees and canceled over the phone. Poor customer service and not responsive. Which is not something you expect from a small gym.

Lexxi is my absolute favorite Pilates instructor and I’ll forever be grateful to her for helping me finally start seeing the adjustments to my body that I’ve been aiming for. She challenges me (us) in the best ways and the last 2 months have been such a blessing! The only thing I wish is that I could take more than 2 classes during the week with her. I also like Elizabeth’s Cardio Sculpt class.

I initially signed up for the 3 month membership, and ultimately the class times did not work for my schedule. I emailed to cancel over two weeks ago (as instructed from the app) and have yet to receive a response at all despite six follow up emails. I have called multiple times to confirm I’m emailing the correct address, and have even been told they “don’t know why my emails have been unanswered”. It seems very convenient (and concerning) that this studio had great communication up until the point someone wants to cancel.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience here so far. The front staff are always pleasant and helpful. The instructors have been very knowledgeable and encouraging (especially fond of Lexxi, Elizabeth and Kenzi). There have been a couple of instructors that weren’t great, but management has been very responsive in making adjustments.
I love the diversity on all levels of the folks that attend classes. It’s very refreshing!
We’re in Atlanta not Roswell- therefore, I expect to have to be a bit scrappy and industrious when parking. I’ve never not found a parking space. I’m just delighted that it’s covered and feels safe!
I think it’s easier to be disappointed than empathetic and communicative, so I’m not shocked by the negative reviews.
However, in my experience this studio is understandably working out the newly opened kinks, but the passion is there and that goes a long way!

I joined this studio when they were opening in January! I have really enjoyed all my classes and instructors. Lexi and Elizabeth are amazing - they are both encouraging, funny and do a wonderful job of explaining everything. Monique will give you a hell of a workout! Gabby is a fantastic manager - she greets everyone by name and she acknowledged my birthday - she really makes everyone feel welcome. She is also very receptive to feedback - she has made some fast moves for some questionable instructors. Parking can be tricky but guess what.... that's everywhere in Atlanta.

I started paying for my membership 2 weeks ago and so far wasn't able to go to any class - they're all booked out weeks in advance. The only ones available are typically the time slots nobody wants (6-7 am or 10-11 am on work days when you're at work). Because of this you have to book classes during the times that are not ideal for you, yet they have no flexibility. Most pilates studios have a 10 min grace period, this one only has 5 min. I was 6 min late today and they didn't let me join, and my credits were not refunded. The worst part is that they don't let you book for the next month/billing cycle until it's your billing day, but on your billing day everything is, again, already booked out.

Went to 5 classes here, had 3 instructors. 1 was amazing the rest were terrible. One was on her phone texting the entire class and would lose count of time and where we were she was so focused on her phone. The other I attended two classes with and she was condescending and talked excessively, left early. The other (Lexi) was amazing both times.
The parking situation is not adequate, the studio has been dirty 4 of my 5 visits, and the overhead lighting is EXTREMELY bright, it’s florescent lighting that doesn’t dim, it’s blinding and not relaxing at all.
Like all Club Pilates the class schedules is limited and it’s difficult to get a class time. Better studios in the neighborhood with better prices, parking, instructions and availability.

Let me start this review saying the workout with Monique was literally amazing a 10/10 ! Especially for beginners she did amazing made feel comfortable. I am giving a 2 star rating based off my experience with front desk staff Gabby. I came in excited as this was my first class but immediately was turned away based off a “waist list” that I was supposedly on. I had a confirmation for the class.I immediately was confused as I spoke with 3 employees prior on the phone to confirm my attendance. It was super awkward and embarrassing due to the fact I was with my friend who highly recommend this place. They allowed my friend to take a spot in the room and as I went to take my place Gabby pulled me out of the class . I do believe there is a better way to handle all things in future regarding the 1000 calls to confirm if it means nothing. I am happy I ended up staying as there was still and empty seat available which was already probably mine. I hope communication gets better at this establishment !!
