I visited 2 times to the local gym at which time I contracted the chicken pox for the second time in my life. THEY HAD NO REGIMENT FOR KEEPING EQUIPMENT CLEAN! I have been charged over $500 for those 2 visit. I appealed to the company this last month explaining my situation and even got a letter from my PCP. The request even went to the GM to see if my health condition that I acquired from the gym could be considered and that some of the $500+ I have been charged could be refunded considering I went TWICE. The said "NO!". Then today they charged me another $26.
I am on a fixed income and what they have taken out of my bank totals 1/3 of my monthly income!
SERIOUSLY!? NO COMPASSION OR CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS AT ALL!
My doctor said it was the worst case she had ever seen. I was getting over a serious health crisis and my doctor thought going to the gym would aid my recovery. I even signed up for a trainer. After contracting the chicken pox from the gym (I didn't go out otherwise) my doctor says that I need to stay in totally now because the chicken pox has compromised my liver and kidney.

I'm going to condense this as well as I can. We were misinformed about membership dues, had issues with paying the $50 annual fees, was charged extra fees, and then tried to downgrade membership plan. Part of this was because the daycare services have peculiar and inconvenient operating hours. Well, the girl on the phone literally said it would be cheaper for me to just cancel my services altogether because downgrading involved re-enrollment into the contracted plan amd being charged a myriad of fees. It was also unclear if I would be charged another annual fee after re-enrollment. She said if I flat out cancelled, all I'd have to pay would be the $25.99 due next month for my last dues. Well, when I cancelled today, it immediately charged my $25.99, and then is implying I'm going to get charged again in September. So, I've paid $50 for an annual fee, $15 for some convenience fee, $10 for a Styku appointment I never had that they refuse to refund, $25.99 for my August dues, and $25.99 again 2 days later for this cancellation, and may also end up paying another $25.99 in a month. All in all, these money-hungry grubworms will get $152.97 from me in the span of 2 months.

Very convenient location and all equipment less than a year old.
In the evening it is hard to find an available treadmill. I wish they had another row of treadmills instead of so many stairclimber machines .
Staff keep machines and fans clean but the floors are always dirty . The tanning rooms have had the same spots of spilled lotion for over a week and the beds are not always cleaned between users.
Also the group class room is generally very dirty especially the floors .
The restrooms are generally clean. I do wish they had an additional soap dispenser in the middle on the mirror. The soap is on the wall beside the hand dryers and if people are drying their hands you have to wait to get to the soap even though there is a middle sink.
Also wish they had a bike rack out front so we could ride our bikes to the gym.
Overall some changes could make this place exceptional . I am pleased for the most part with the membership here and value for the money.

Club4 is a great place to work out. I have a trainer, Lindsey, and she is wonderful! The other trainers are very friendly and full of energy. I definitely recommend Club4 over planet fitness or the rock.

UPDATE: Even though Club4 cancelled personal training services for 3 weeks, could not find a trainer another 2, they are stating that they are fulfilling their obligation from the contract. Furthermore, they have stated they have tried to contact me which is not true. I have all text where my sessions were canceled. If you want consistent services and great customer service, this is not the place for you. I signed my daughter up for the 10.00 monthly membership so she could do personal training sessions. It has been three weeks since they have been able to schedule her in due to staffing. They will not refund this month now cancel her contract. How can they continue to charge me for this. They have threatened to send my account to collections if I cancell my card. DO NOT GO HERE. UPDATE: Do not sign a contract with this company. Their solution is to freeze my account until they can hire some staff. I signed up because my daughter wanted to work out and I wanted to build a better relationship with her. At this point I would like to go somewhere else. NOT freeze my account for 3 months. Your inability to fulfill your part of the contract should be enough to cancel it. Again, the last 2 sessions were canceled by your personal trainer, and I tried 3 times to schedule the third week. They are not actively trying to come to a solution, yet they are actively trying to collect money from me.

This is the absolute best gym I have been to. I am always greeted by pleasant and helpful staff members and feel comfortable and welcome here. The machines are high quality and the facilities are kept clean and well maintained. I am seeing amazing results with the personal training sessions, and would recommend this gym to individuals of any fitness level. One of the best features for me is that they have Kids Club (up to 2 hours a day) and I can take my son to play and do activities there while I am exercising. I strongly recommend 👍💪

I have been a member of the downtown YMCA, The Rock and Planet Fitness but Club4 blows them all away. I have consistently worked out for 6 months. I love going because there is so much to do. They have every type of modern equipment and machines you can think of. It makes working out FUN. The LifeFitness treadmills have live views of cities and nature trails all over the world and I use a LifeFitness app to keep track of workouts so I can see my progress. The massage chairs, red light therapy, coffee bar and awesome dressing room are icing on the cake!

We switched to this gym for the different styles of equipment, which were nice. Unfortunately, aside from Paytn, the staff there wasn't the best when compared to what we were used to. When I joined I paid for a Styku scan, after multiple failed attempts to meet with a "trainer" ... the day finally came. I waited in the lobby for 30 mins, he finally showed up and claimed he didn't realize I was there. Instead of the Styku I paid for, he handed me a handheld model and said, "it's basically the same." He then proceeded to force his services on me, even though I have been doing my own routine for a long time and have been happy with my independent results. Come to find out, he was fired shortly thereafter. When I found out, I went to the front desk and got rescheduled for a Styku for the next day (Saturday morning)...but when I arrived, I was told the trainer wasn't available and I'd have to reschedule. They did offer for me to come back on July 4th at 6:15 pm lol, which I declined. I immediately went to my old gym and signed back up. I went there this morning and did what will be my last workout there. I went to the front desk and explained my frustration and the issues I had experienced and that my wife and I were wanting to cancel. To which he replied, "sounds good to me." He gave me the info to go online and cancel, but refused to refund me for the Styku I never received. Whatever, thanks for making the decision easier, right? So then I go to cancel online and have to pay another $25.99 EACH just to leave this place. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. As a side note, the place is extremely bright. Paytn was great. Everyone else should reevaluate what customer service means. That's all.

New gym, clean for the most part, fitness instructors are awesome.

You can use hydraulic massage table only 10 mins. Lacking air and fans. I barely ever sweat, but if I'm running on the treadmill or doing one of the cardio classes, it gets too hot. I'm not the only complaining, so I truly hope you make the changes. If I was to cancel my membership, this will be why.

Been going to Rock fitness in Fort O for a while, it sucks. Wanted to switch gyms and tried Golds on 4th, also sucks. Club4 is a dream come true, a real fantastic way to spend your money. It is CLEAN, great and helpful staff, classes, red light therapy, hydro massage chairs, sauna, brand new equipment (as of 2025), FOR 26$ A MONTH. GO HERE NOW.

There is a tall trainer guy who doesn't wipe the machines down after he uses them. He also doesn't teach/show his clients to do it either when they go around the gym training.

That's concerning.

You can't really control the average meathead that comes in, ego lifts, and then walks out without cleaning and putting the weights away. But to have an employee....a trainer no less....also participate in that is not a good practice.

Minus 5 stars for having the toilet paper backwards like a communist.

Plus 9 stars for having no gaps in the bathroom stall walls.

Overall I definitely am happy with transitioning to Club 4 from a certain other Purple and Yellow facility. Nothing against them, Club 4 is just a better equipped facility.

Also, since my wife has started...I found out about the coded women's bathroom. That's a nice touch.

My family and I LOVE this gym, the equipment (inc. Enhanced Red Light therapy, hydro message beds, & more), products (pre work out, thermo burn,& more), and all the staff are GREAT!
The GM Noah is most importantly professional yet also kind, he keeps things clean, tidy, and he checks in on the kids.
Personal trainer Lindsey is phenomenal in all the helpful and kind ways! 5 STAR!
Kids club is WONDERFUL!
ALL the ladies (Stefanie, Shelbey, Melissa, Emily, & Lexi) are so NICE, professional, and rule abiding! I love that they don’t let my kids get away with everything, they make them follow the rules for a safer environment and structure! Everyday my kids wake up excited to go to kids club it’s been such a great experience!

I was so excited to see a new gym open in the neighborhood, but I was quickly taken aback by a young employee, who claimed to be the general assistant manager, also known as the ‘gym police.’ I’ve had two unpleasant encounters with him, and three of my friends have experienced the same. You might want to consider hiring someone else to manage the front desk—he’s driving your customers away.

Would not recommend what so ever. I was bringing multiple people people down there to sign up for memberships, and I paid my monthly payment and it went through on my mobile app and came off of my card but then it tried to take it off again saying that my payment was due 10 days earlier after this entire time it said that I was due for my monthly payment the 16th then out of nowhere it started saying the 6th. The system is complete shit they wouldn’t catch me in there if they paid me to lift.
Update: I guess all the workers there are incompetent or something because I called down there and they said they can’t even cancel my membership I have to call an automated number and it doesn’t even offer to cancel my membership ship out of all the gyms I’ve been too this is by far the stupidest experience I’ve ever had.

This is hands down the best gym I have ever been to, and I have been to several across the country over the years. The facility and equipment are well maintained, and if something does break they get right on fixing it, they don't put it on the back burner like a lot of places. Every person on the staff I have interacted with so far has been friendly and helpful, and the staff are constantly in the process of cleaning which I greatly appreciate, nobody wants to get sick from other people. I would give this place more stars if I could, they have a lot of negative reviews which made me skeptical initially but when you look at the bad reviews closely most of them are from Core one people who were already disgruntled because of how things went down and wouldn't be happy no matter what you do for them. To make it clear, this is NOT core one and not the same people so dont judge them by what core one did, they are much better all around and don't have the same problems thankfully. If you still have doubts they have a free 3 day trial membership, so you don't have to take anyone's word for it good or bad, you can go check the place out yourself at no cost and see if it's your cup of tea, cheers and good luck ☕️

Me and 2 of my friends have canceled our memberships due to the assistant manager. Super power trippy and very unprofessional. We have always used proper gym etiquette always cleaned up our workstation and put everything back like we found it. But this guy really has an ego problem. Would not recommend! Went today to sign up! New membership! New year! Because a few of my friends go! Went with a friend today and he got a text a few days ago from Clun4 saying something was wrong with his card/account! As it turns out whoever (Maggie) signed him up an l didn’t put his back account and routing # in correctly and his payment would not go through. The associate taking care of his issue today said he’d have to pay the yearly fee plus and late charge plus an additional service fee for the issue that (Maggie) put in the system incorrectly!! And the associate was very rude and not helpful at all!!!
I WILL NOT be getting a membership with CLUB4! Bad business practice and poor customer service!

Terrible customer service. They bought our family membership from Core One, but since I was not the primary member, I was strongly advised I needed to sign up for my own membership. After speaking with the staff in person to find a solution (since I was essentially paying for two memberships) and sending over our signed contract from Core One, I never received a phone call and/or email letting me know this was being looked into. I had to follow up before I was charged my yearly fee only for them to tell me I can only visit the gym during staffed hours and with the primary membership holder present — even though this was NOT the case at Core One. Their argument has been “we have to honor the contract from Core One”, but they won’t allow us to both have 24/7 access which is stated in the contract they purchased from Core One. Needless to say, I canceled the SECOND membership I was strongly encouraged to get and I will not be returning. Poor leadership and management.

Love this gym it's 24hrs super clean the staff is very helpful patient and knowledgeable they have any equipment you can think of as well as more classes than I've ever seen any gym offer. They also have a daycare service with severel things for you kids to do as well as nany cams that you can have full access to at anytime. The only thing negative i have to mention is there is no faimly plan so both you and your spouse have to have an individual membership and you can only have up to 2 kids registered under each of you but it's still less expensive then other gyms with similar amenities!!!!

Although a ton of classes are listed on the website, most of them are not even offered. The ones that are offered, are a video with foreign instructors that you cannot understand. Club360 classes are only in the middle of the day. Should not open until they are fully staffed. There is also an annual $50 fee (on top of monthly fee) that was not discussed.

Gym is nice everything there is nice , but even with thee highest membership and you add your person on they still try and charge your add on money to enter the gym . So for say your wife and you workout and need child care you both have to pay for the most expensive membership . Very stupid .
