I haven’t been dedicated to a Boxing gym for about 2-3 years since I moved here to Atlanta l. I’ve tried out over 5-6 different gyms and I haven’t been able to find one that was willing to put in extra work to really train me. I’ve been coming here for the pass month now and it’s been so relieving to actually feel home at a gym again. The trainers here go out there way to perfect my technique and keep me motivated to doing better.

Great boxing gym for all levels of experienced boxers. The coaches give one on one time to help fighters make improvements and focuses on attention to detail. I Definitely would recommend anyone looking to learn how to box , train as a professional fighter or just looking for a cardio workout to give this gym and chance !

Super nice boxing facility everything is appropriate. I was nervous but wanted to support my friend Brian Jones. He’s been doing good work here and I see his progress. After 10 minutes and I noticed what I was in for. I was enjoying the difference in work out. I started to sweat profusely and definitely needed a towel and water. Then we put the gloves on and got in the ring and it really turned up. I was sweating so hard. My clothes were sticking to my body. I had to take several breaks lol Trainer Brian supported me the whole way. If you are looking for a really great workout, this is definitely the place. They work with you at your own pace, but you have to say something if you need a break-no problem. Don’t overdo it lol I was trying to be tough but realized I hadn’t worked out in months. Ready to come back to see Brian. It feels good seeing Body definition and using muscles. I didn’t know I had. Flexible hours, good price. It’s adjacent to the self car wash area

My son came in to this gym with a bad losing streak. Since being a part of the Union Boxing team he has won 3 out of his last 4 fights with one ending by rsc in his favor. And only losing by split decision in his first Eastern Qualifiers tournament. I would like to give thanks to the Union Boxing Club.
