Crossfire Fitness is an awesome gym community! I don’t get that gym anxiety that I get at other gyms because everyone is so nice and helpful! Migneris is a great trainer that really encourages you to get the work done! Training with Migneris is also great for people with busy lifestyle’s!

Crossfire fitness is the go to gym here in town. I love that I don't have to worry about what I'm going to workout that day, or how to do the exercises. Thankfully Migneris has all that ready for us! Migneris is very friendly, welcoming, and a great coach. She makes the workouts fun, and you will definitely feel the burn 🔥

Decided to make the switch from Bradley to Crossfire Fitness after a knee injury left me feeling very defeated. The transition has been rewarding. I enjoy the individual attention Migneris provides along with the comradery from the rest of the girls. As someone who has always been intimidated by gym equipment, being here has allowed me to explore exercises and machines with so much more confidence. I also love how intentional she is about modifying exercises depending on your physical ability or any current/previous injuries. She pushes all of us to do our best and I genuinely feel accomplished after every session.
