Crossfit Addiction was the first Crossfit gym I was ever a part of. I started there in November 2011. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to leave there, and join another gym in the summer of 2013. Both Addiction and the other gym had great programing, coaching, and equipment for me to utilize, but the other gym I was attending was missing the same camaraderie that I loved and experienced at Addiction. By being a member at that other gym. I realized that was the most important thing to me when all of a sudden it no longer existed at the same level I experienced at Crossfit Addiction. I stayed a member at the other gym for a little over 6 months, and then my circumstances changed again. I was able to return to Crossfit Addiction, and be a member once more. I was getting to work out with wonderful like minded people again. These were not only just member, but some of these individuals have become my best friends over the years. These people push me, motivate me, and have brought out the best in me. Besides the action I have taken. These fellow members deserve credit for helping me mold into the best version of myself both physically, mentally, and emotionally. If you're someone who is reading this review, and you have not had a good experience at a particular Crossfit gym. Please do yourself a favor, and try another one. Not all gyms are the same, and I didn't realize that until I experienced it for myself.

CrossFit Addiction is one of the best gyms in the Atlanta area. It is so much more than just a gym, we are like one big happy family. I really enjoy working out with the other members and how the trainers really push you to give 110%. I would also add that one thing that really makes Addiction stand out is the level of competition. We have some great competitors and they as well the trainers will push you harder and challenge you physically and mentally everyday. You will soon realize how much more you are capable of achieving in your life!

What a great place to get in shape! The environment is welcoming of all skill and fitness levels. I'm looking forward to getting into great shape there. James, Jacque and Bailey are fantastic. If you are interested in CrossFit, you have to check out CrossFit Addiction.

I came to CrossFit Addiction at the tail end of a lifestyle change that left me 85 pounds lighter in pretty good shape but not incredibly strong. My final step was to get fit, to gain muscle and get stronger.
Two months in and I absolutely love it. I workout at Addiction 5 times a week and every workout is a challenge that I look forward to, everyday. I have never felt better. My husband says the name of the gym, Addiction, is apt in that I have to get there every week day, I rearrange my work schedule, get up earlier, whatever it takes to make sure I get there daily.
The trainers and owner are very knowledgeable and amazing motivators. They won't let you rest on your laurels and will consistently let you know that you can, and need to, lift more, get lower, move faster. Its an awesome environment and joining was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

An incredible experience that is exciting as it is challenging. Crossfit Addiction is a place to unwind and at the same time really learn what your body is capable of. I am in the best shape of my life.

Without a doubt crossfit addiction has changed my life. James is and continues to be extremely helpful in all facets concerning diet, workouts, form, and overall getting better. I was tentative to join crossfit because it is hard being the 'new' guy. I never felt that way once including the day that I came in to check out the gym. Immediately people came up to me and introduced themselves, and on my very first workout I had members as well as James advising me and cheering me on. I have only been with addiction and crossfit for 5 months and I consider myself apart of the family. I played soccer for 13 years and in 5 months I am in as good if not better shape than I have ever been.

I have been working out pretty regularly since high school and thought I knew what I was doing. Unfortunately, I knew nothing until I got started working out with these guys. From nutrition, lifting techniques, to the importance of stretching (and even how to stretch) I feel stronger and more flexible than I have ever felt. I was immediately hooked when I learned about "athletic strength" and how it's not necessarily good to be the bulkiest person in the gym. (These guys usually can't do a pullup) Highly recommend Crossfit Addiction and an added bonus is the new location with added space to do your lifts. Great staff, Great experience.
