My friend and I booked a class here through the class pass app. We looked at the reviews and decided to take a chance on this spot.
Our instructions were to be there ahead of the class because we are new. That’s a policy for almost every facility. We indeed got there about 10-15 mins early. The doors were closed. There was signage with the phone number and email to someone named Winston. My friend called and got the voicemail and I called and it kept ringing. We never got a text message or a return phone call from anyone.
We proceeded to go to the next door gym and did a workout there. It was very unprofessional and unfortunate because we both drove from different areas to be at that class. Well out of our way. When we were leaving we happen to see some people leaving the CrossFit building and told them our dilemma. They didn’t seem to care too much and mentioned how they got there 3 mins before the class started. They just told us to rebook if we wanted to come back and try the class.

We showed up for a CrossFit class from class pass. The building was CLOSED! We thought we had the wrong door.
So we went next door to see if the people knew the owner’s. He gave us some info and let us go back to the CrossFit spot and still no one was inside.
We decide to go to the other gym named Jag fitness. The owner of Jag gave us a free workout for the day which was DOPE! Had us warmup and do 30 mins of leg workouts.
We finished strong. Got to our cars which were parked in front of the CrossFit spot and 3 PEOPLE WALK OUT OF THE DOOR!!!
We tell them we came and called them and they were non apologetic. Said they got there 3 mins before class started when the instructions say to be 15 mins early and just said we could rebook when we wanted to. Never booking here again but JAG WAS A1! Had 3 women in their 50’s looking better than 21 year olds!

Started three weeks ago after years of wanting to do CrossFIt but never having the confidence to take the first step. I am so glad that I found this location -- such a warm and welcoming environment that made me feel right at home and comfortable in my own skin. The coaches meet you where you are, carefully monitoring your form to ensure safety and that you're getting the most out of each movement. If you are on the fence, feeling unsure of your abilities, or are like me and lacking confidence in yourself, this is the place you should be!

CrossFit Tipping Point is so much fun. I remember I was super hesitant when I first signed up. I didn't know what it was going to be like, but looking back I'm glad I did. Winston is super personable and makes everyone feel at home. He's a great coach. He meets you wherever you're at on the fitness spectrum and always works with your unique situation. The people we workout with are a lot of fun too. Winston creates a great atmosphere at the gym and makes it fun and makes you want to keep coming back!

This box is hands down the best ever...the people and atmosphere are always highly motivated..Im going on 5yrs now and let me tell you I moved 2 yrs ago and tried another crossfit gym 5 minutes from home I lasted 1 month and had to cancel. I travel 45 minutes just to workout and 45minutes to 1hr to get back home and its well worth it ..sometimes quantity is not the same as quality and at Crossfit Tipping Point you truly get quality. This isnt just a regular ol' high volume crossfit gym,we're more like a blended family everyone is always encouraging and pushing you to the finish line even when you feel like throwing in the towel and believe me I've felt like that many times,but once you complete the WOD (workout of the day) which can always be modified with equally challenging workouts it's always such an accomplished feeling, plus all the coaches including the owner Winston are always around to make sure we are all doing the workouts properly so we do not hurt ourselves.If I could give this gym a rating of 10 stars I would !!..I highly encourage anyone from all ages to give this crossfit gym a try and become a better healthier version of yourself,I know it's been the best decision I've made.

I joined this gym 3 years ago when I finally got the courage to try CrossFit and I’m so glad I did! The environment is not intimidating at all and everyone made me feel welcome from the very first day. The coaches are great and can accommodate any fitness level, and if you share your personal goals with them, they will help you achieve them with personalized tips and tricks. Totally worth the investment!

Love this CrossFit gym and the community. It's really made the difference in my fitness journey to do a group workout situation and I've kept it up for 8 months! The people are truly great and the workouts are challenging and the coaches accommodate all levels of fitness. I was a complete newbie and I've kept it up! High recommend for anyone who needs to start or restart their fitness journey!

I joined this gym about three years ago and I have loved every minute of it so far (besides the burpees, of course). The owner, Winston, has created a safe and friendly environment where people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds are welcomed with open arms. Winston and the other coaches are great at tailoring each workout to fit your needs and encourage you to give it your all. The atmosphere at this gym is unmatched, I look forward to the workouts and camaraderie every single time.

This place is great! I started with a month-long Groupon and signing up for a membership was a no-brainer! Winston is the best--he meets you where you're at. One of my favorite parts of this gym was that they guage your fitness level and use scaling so that a class full of all levels ends up being more on the same page-- a veteran Crossfitter may do the workout completely as prescribed and a newcomer may get some adjustments, but they both will get a killer workout in about the same amount of time, so no one feels left behind having to finish 20 minutes after everyone else, and the veterans don't feel like they didn't work out etc etc.
Don't waste any time, come try Tipping Point out! I loved seeing my weightlifting progress especially --I added 100 pounds to my deadlift while I've been working out here! Never bored, great staff, small class size, friendly people, fantastic experience.

I'm glad I came here. It was time to pick my butt off the couch and this place and coach is great for that as everyone can get their own rhythm..Good and bad - no AC just fans..having just spent a week I think this workout system fits me better than regular gym or boxing and jiujitsu that I tried before for a few weeks..
I hope I'll stick around but let's see..

I've been in and out of this Xfit box as my body allows for almost 2 years. I'm an older customer, and the owner, Winston, does a great job of tailoring the WODs (Workout of the Day) to my body's requirements and limitations.
Contrary to what most people might have heard about CrossFit's daily workouts, each workout can be "scaled" to where you are in the fitness spectrum, and tailored by the Coaches to what your specific needs might be. Another good thing is that members are anywhere from their 20s to 60s, all shapes and sizes and fitness levels, and everyone is very supportive of other members during the workout. It's the only 'gym' kind of environment I've ever stuck with, mostly because of this supportive environment.
It's an ideal atmosphere for anyone. If you're an avid swimmer, runner, cyclist, etc. and think you are fit but want to add some strength training, you're in for a big, but good, surprise. And if you're just getting off the couch for the first time in a while, it's a great way to start getting back into shape.
Love the people and the Coaches here. That's what makes it a great Box.

I JUST started so I'll update in a few months about my progress but I will say this. I've used gyms and I've hired a few personal trainers throughout the course of the last 10 years and I have to admit - I am pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with my workout. I was a little apprehensive bc I had been sedentary for 3 years since leaving the gym. I've slowly put on 2 more of me since an accident and not only did winston create a workout for me that really did push me, but he scaled it so I'd be successful without compromising my mobility and taught me proper form quickly.
I am looking forward to the next 6 months.

This is one of the best CrossFit gyms I've been to, definitely the best in the Atlanta area though. The coaches is flexible with his clients/students, gets the best out of you with each workout and knows what they're doing. And this is gym to me has the best music.

I visited here today and I will definitely be back. This gym had people of all levels, shapes and sizes so I felt immediately comfortable. Winston was a great instructor taking the time to make sure I was comfortable and was doing the exercise correctly to get the most out of it and to avoid injury.

I feel like I have finally found my Crossfit home. I have been to several boxes and never felt like I fit in. I fit in here. Winston is a great coach and constantly checks on everyone's form to ensure it is correct. He also is great at assessing your ability and scaling the moves for you. The last box I went to didn't like you to scale. No bueno. I highly recommend Crossfit Tipping Point to anyone wanting to try Crossfit or anyone looking for a new box. You will get a great coach and also some really awesome Crossfitters who will cheer you on and support you.

I like CrossFit Tipping Point because its a great place for those new to CrossFit to get quality instruction in a smaller class size environment. The current staff at CFTP are really good beginners, and focus on securing solid fundamentals, before throwing trainees into full-blown WODs. See ya there!
