Went as a first time guest with a family member who has a membership here.
They refused to honor the guest pass, stating: “We’ve had a lot of people coming from out of state this week so we’re not honoring the guest pass.”
For context, when I went in, the gym was not even at 25% capacity. It was so empty, it made the employee’s excuse even less believable.
Instead my options were to pay a $15 day fee (as though that would solve the out of state visitor problem) or to sign up as a member.
I dislike the tactics and lengths gyms will go to (including ignoring their own guest policy) and make up excuses in order to rope you in to a membership that they will make impossible to cancel.
Needless to say, I won’t be going back there.

Lucas successfully performed open-heart surgery on my mother, taught me differential calculus, gave me his investment outlook for the next quarter century, solved quantum mechanics, and cured me of diabetes during the 3600 seconds I spent in Crunch Roswell today. I even had to dumb this story down, because you would not believe the miracles performed in the real one. Please consider a promotion for him to CEO, CMO, or COO.
This place is great though, site and staff included. Make it bigger and I’ll give it six stars.

Just started a week ago after spending eight years at OneLife. Has all the essentials + group classes (if you’re into that), and a sauna. Also very clean and orderly, which is a huge plus for me.
The app is very impressive too.
Overall, prior to joining, I had associated Crunch as maybe a lesser brand compared to the other bigger names one might be familiar with. But this was a big misconception. This competes with all the bigger names in the area and exceeds their quality.

Very sketchy business practices. They will use job interviews as a way to sign you up for a membership and tell you to cancel within 7 days. Even if you do cancel, they will ignore it and lock you into a contract. Steer clear of Crunch.

I am a loyal crunch member and very displeased and disgusted by the treatment received from a staff member tonight. He is a Caucasian man who wore a blue crunch shirt and has red cut hair. In the middle of my workout tonight, he approached me three times to try to use the machine I was already using! I tried to explain to him that I wasn’t finished and he began to tell me I had to share and kept asking how many reps I had left! This is completely tasteless as he tried to validate to me that I needed to move! After interrupting my workout over three times, my attitude changed toward working out at all! This may intimidate other gym members, as they feel they have to move! I insisted he find another machine to use as I had more reps to go! I will be contacting corporate about this issue, as well as calling to make a dispute for this location! I have never had this issue at any other crunch, and there needs to be some form of disciplinary action taken for staff members using equipment, when customers pay to be in the gym, and staff are paid to work.

I've been trying to cancel my son's membership at the Roswell, GA location since June, and they still haven't done it. We called every month after he left for college, and each time the manager promised it was handled--yet the charges kept coming, even overdrawing his bank account.
This is not a simple mistake; it's months of ignored requests and broken promises. We've asked for cancellation, and a refund of all charges since June (including overdraft fees). Still waiting.
If you value honest billing and basic accountability, think twice before signing up here. I'll be disputing the charges with the bank and filing complaints with consumer protection if this isn't resolved immediately.

Editing my 5 star review because I was cornered about giving a review. Don’t believe most of the reviews about this crunch. The person at the desk ask me to google crunch Roswell and then on MY phone clicked review and then clicked 5 stars for me. They then stood over my shoulder and asked me to write something positive. It felt like a violation of personal space. Almost every time I walk in the gym I am harassed to give them a review or like them on Facebook. I have my headphones in and clearly don’t want to talk. Over all the gym is fine it is a gym. Just the staff doesn’t respect people or personal space.
