Came for just a day and I personally love the gym for what I know I need when it comes to getting in a sports fitness workout in. Nice turf carpet area for warming up, free weight squat racks are plentiful, plenty of aerobics machines to use. The crowd in my opinion is plenty of like minded people. And the staff seem very helpful. A good place to get a workout in. And only $15 for a day pass as a guest.

Literally just walked out of this crunch and am going to another gym bc they do not have any drinking water and will only provide some if you promote them on facebook…. They had cheap disposable water bottles sitting on the front desk with a sign saying “facebook review for free water bottle” and I literally asked them to confirm, I can only have drinking water if I write them a facebook review and the employee literally said “that’s correct!” I don’t even have facebook so I couldn’t write them a fake review for water even if I wanted to. And don’t think I didn’t catch the smirks the 2 at the front desk were giving each other when I asked them that. Absolutely insane and the health department or code enforcement needs to pay them a visit because how do you not have drinking water at a GYM and then are not going to provide a free alternative to members who are already paying to use the facilities with a water fountain included in that. And then I’m scrolling back in these reviews and seeing that people have been saying the water fountain has been out for over a week now but the lady at the front desk said it broke 2 days ago… so just straight up lying and being gimmicky to try to boost their ratings

worst crunch location in georgia by FAR. I would drive to tucker or duluth or any other location for that matter to avoid coming here. gym is dirty and small, equipment is old and broken. they get people to write fake good reviews to boost their ratings and don’t even have a working water fountain, instead telling you if you need water you have to write a positive review, LOL. the staff is so rude and if you are a guest they will harass you to no end about getting a membership. if you’re a member they’ll harass you to no end about buying personal training. I bought my own membership years ago and specifically avoid this location bc this one sucks soooo bad. crunch chamblee has a very similar layout & equipment but is so much well more maintained, not dirty like snellville is. they need to get a new manager or just shut the place down bc clearly however they’ve been running / maintaining the place in the last several years isn’t working out well.

Either unethical business practices to hold water back from sweating customers unless they do something you want and show them.

Maybe it really wasnt working....bill that into your maintenance column of your budget plans. But dont hold water back from dehydrated customers.

The gym is very dirty. There’s dust everywhere, hair on the floor, and the curtains in the changing rooms are visibly unclean. During the fall and winter seasons, the heating works poorly — it gets extremely warm inside, making it difficult to do any kind of intensive workout.

I walk in and I go to fill my bottle with water but turns out the fountain is out of order. When I walked inside at first, I noticed the staff had a case of water sitting at the front desk. I turned back and walked to the desk, assuming that the staff was doing a good thing by offering water to their guests but of course I was not smart to believe that. I asked if I could have a bottle of water because the fountain is down and they say you can but only if you share our gym to facebook/google. They ask with a big smile on their face as if they’re proud that the water fountain is down and that they now have a great opportunity to get more social media shares so their guests can get something as basic and simple as water. Guess I was wrong and forgot everything is transactional and nothing is free, not even the water. Thanks for teasing me Crunch team, I love working out thirsty when there’s water bottles just sitting on the desk, you guys are the best!

Forgot to mention: The employee bought these waters on his own and they were not from Crunch itself. How awful to illusion me to make me believe you guys had a true genuine solution for the water fountain being down but instead manipulate me for a facebook share.

If any of the personal trainers approach you and try to sell you on personal training, shut it down immediately! The “personal training plan” is one of the biggest scams in the fitness industry. They’ll lock you into a non-cancelable 3-month MINIMUM contract, and once you sign those 7 signature lines you’re basically their b.

I was misled during the process, and the trainer that signed me up left out the part about the minimum commitment.

After asking why they have it structured the way they do, they claimed its because it takes three months to see results, and while that may be true, it’s a terrible justification to take away a clients financial flexibility. It seems more like a way to trap people than to help them reach their goals.

I don’t care whether it’s Crunch Fitness corporate or the trainers themselves, anyone on that floor pushing that plan is complicit in the scam and lacks a conscience. Big shout-out to Jalen for locking me in.

Two years ago, I joined Crunch Fitness, and it has truly changed my life. Not only have I been consistent for two years, but I also signed my daughter up because I wanted her to share in this positive journey. I want to give a special shoutout to Sundae Gaspari for keeping both of us motivated every single day. There are times when I don’t feel like going to the gym, but I push myself because I don’t want to let Sundae down. Her energy and encouragement have inspired us to become healthier and better versions of ourselves.
What I love most about Crunch is the sense of family and camaraderie. I have met so many amazing friends—sometimes I go just to see my gym girlies and catch up! All the instructors are incredible and motivating, and the environment is so positive. Some other amazing instructors to mention are Skye, April, Tomika, Anita and Alex! They work your butt off!
While we haven’t reached all of our goals yet, we are on the right path, and I can see a world of difference in our health and confidence. Thank you, Crunch, and a huge THANK YOU to Sundae for helping us believe in ourselves. I truly love my Crunch family!

They stole money from my business bank account for 3 years after I cancelled my membership and they charged my account 3 or 4 times per month I just discovered the transactions because it was a business account and my accountant did not know my membership was canceled by me in the snellville location in 2022
Went to the gym 2 weeks ago trying to resolve the thievery the manager Damien threatened to trespass me and he said and I’m quoting I can use reasonable force to remove me from the gym so I have filed lawsuit against crunch fitness corporation and there franchise in snellville

Worst morning customer service from Asamante.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a gym, all because of the worker named Asamante. I came in early around 6 with my friends using the guest pass, and from the moment we walked in, she was unbelievably rude. She told my friend his account was wrong even after he showed proof of payment and just kept arguing instead of helping. Then she was rude to our other friend too, who doesn’t speak much English, and she showed zero patience or effort to explain things.

When I tried to hand her the iPad back after filling out the guest form, she didn’t even look up from her computer. She just held out her hand without reaching for it, waiting for me to place it in her hand. It was so dismissive and unprofessional.

Then she said, word for word, “Can you guys hurry up, it’s starting to get busy.” When I looked behind me, there was no one there, not a single person. And she was the one holding us up by bringing up random problems with their accounts. It felt completely unnecessary and disrespectful.

There were no other workers or managers around, so we had no one else to turn to. As a guest, I left feeling completely unwelcome and uncomfortable. This experience alone made me realize I would never get a membership here, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I’d honestly avoid Asamante at all costs.

As long as you don't have a billing discrepancy, it's cool. The local management has zero control over billing errors and will not escalate the issue to "corporate" on your behalf. I upgraded my account and was double charged nearly 2 months ago. I have called 3 times to check on it, every person I speak to is combative and wants to re-argue the point of the refund, only to check the system to see that it was sent to "corporate" already but oh, well. They'll get to it if/when they get to it. I have a corporate account and we are paying for 5 memberships. If I had an inclining that my management and team behaved this way, they'd all be retrained or let go.

Extremely unprofessional. Wanted to cancel my membership which was on a monthly basis, they then tried to charge me for $200. I asked to speak to corporate about this, they gave me a number that was out of service. I called them back saying it was out of service and they just hung up on me. I do not recommend this gym if you are looking to visit during the week in the evening. There's no parking available. You'll have to park off the lot on the streets, if you can. There's not enough equipment for the amount of people visiting during that time. You're locked in for 90 days paying for a membership and annual fee for a gym you can't visit during the times that may work with your schedule. Be cautious of that. The weekend visit makes you think differently.
