I absolutely LOVE it here! The atmosphere is very inviting, the space is beautiful and the instructions are great. I’ve done a variety of class times with different instructors, but I must say that Sonja is my favorite. I really enjoy the classic style and hands on approach. I will definitely continue to recommend CTRL.

This is the first studio I have ever heard of that does not offer refunds and yet also does not allow people to come in past 5 minutes late. If someone has already paid and only gets 55 minutes of instruction instead of 60 because they are late, that is their loss and choice. To not allow a person into a class they paid for is criminal. Customers do not just pay for the first 5 minutes of the class; they pay for the entire class. Not only does the instructor seem rude, but also, the policies are clearly a money grab. I would not recommend. Pilates studios have a stigma against them because of studios like this where the people seem stuck up, rigid, disingenuous, and the complete opposite of anything related to growth and peace. You are not disproving the stigma with your rude disposition and harsh policies. In the future, I hope you are more considerate to the customer and adopt morally upstanding policies that actually make sense. Again, if someone pays for instruction for 60 minutes and only shows up for 55, they lost out on 5 minutes. They still paid for those 55 other minutes, and they would be the ones to lose out on those 5 minutes of instruction, which do not outweigh 55 minutes, not the instructor or anyone else.

The studio is clean, welcoming, and well-equipped. Jefflyn is incredibly knowledgeable and makes everyone feel comfortable, even if you’re new. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive Pilates environment!

So far I’ve only been able to attend intro classes with Stephanie, and she has been great! She is very clear with her instruction and the class - while challenging at times, is very beginner friendly. I feel more and more confident each class.

I booked a 7 AM class & had to cancel around 6:15 AM due to a family emergency. I requested to reschedule the class, explained the situation,
& was denied. I could understand not being able to receive a refund but being denied the ability to reschedule seems completely unfair.

Beautiful, clean, modern space for reformer Pilates in Mabelton! There is a wide variety of instructors and teaching styles with something for everyone. Positive, uplifting and inclusive energy all around!

I went to my first class today at CTRL and loved it! Super easy to follow and filled with strong women. I can not express how excited I am to have this studio down the street from me! Mableton needed this 💕🙌🎉

I LOVE IT HERE 😃 CTRL Pilates was very much needed in mableton. I sorta recently moved to Austell coming from Brookhaven and driving into the city for Pilates classes was so time consuming.

The owners are wonderful women and they hired a variety of experienced instructors to offer classes for everyone. Not to mention they allowed me to rent the studio to host my birthday party on their first official day open for business! I loved hosting in their space and they were amazing host as well.

Jefflyn instructed the Pilates class for my studio rental and it was very beginner friendly. She was very intentional with instruction and I am looking forward to taking a faster pace class with her.

Sonja instructed the class I took this afternoon, she has a classical approach to Pilates which was new for me. No music. All movement. Instruction and hands on assistance. It was a great class but if you prefer music this wont be the class for you.

Kayla is also an instructor here! I’ve taken her mat Pilates at mommy and me classes elsewhere so I’m looking forward to having her instruct a reformer class.

I recommend this studio to anyone looking for a good Pilates workout in a beautiful space with friendly vibes.

I’m thrilled to have a brand-new, super chic Pilates studio near my house! I can’t wait to go back. I attended an evening class, and it was an absolute 10/10 experience. The instructor was patient and corrected me when needed. Overall, I loved the pace of the class, especially after not working out in 10 months.
