I completed my new client experience and my first phase of training!
Every CYB trainer is knowledgeable and friendly which makes CYB a very non-threatening and inviting environment. The trainers are readily accessible when contacted via phone or email. I was truly SHOCKED at what I have learned about my body. Over YEARS of aches and pain and going to doctors, chiropractors etc., I feel like this is the first time I actually KNOW my body. I am forever grateful to my CYB family!

I just completed the New Client Experience at CYB. I've taken classes and been a member of countless gyms in the area for the past 11 years, and I haven't had an experience like I've had at CYB. I've learned SO much about my body and how to perform movements properly in just one month. It's not just about lifting heavy. They take the time to understand why and how your body moves and customize a plan based on your needs. I can't say enough good things about CYB β I highly recommend them!

Wlaa and the entire CYB team are amazing! I came to CYB to get in shape for my wedding and they helped me achieve my goal. I can't say enough great things about this place and the owner, Wlaa!! CYB is the best place to go if you are looking for quality personal training! The team is completely dedicated to your goals and providing services that best fit your needs. They are so much more than just a personal training facility - they don't just create workouts and go through the motions, they create a personalized experience that meets your individual needs. They make the process easy and flexible for you. The team builds personalized workout plans that work for you, your schedule and your budget. Quarterly assessments and check-ins are made to ensure you are getting the most out of your experience. AND, the facilities itself are also so nice!! They gym is kept very clean and everything is well sanitized after your session - which is huge! The experience you receive at CYB is truly invaluable and you won't regret it!!

Iβve followed Wlaa for over 10 years, from his early days as a personal
Trainer at big, corporate gyms until
now. My workout intensity has evolved over that time, but I can count on Wlaa & the amazing team of CYB Fitlab trainers to provide me with a workout created for ME. Iβm challenged in every workout & Iβm humbled by how my strength has increased & how much the body is capable of being challenged. Iβm able to try new things & improve & master old ones.
Additionally, Wlaa continues to challenge himself & his staff by providing ongoing training opportunities for themselves; then they apply new technique & focus regularly to keep workouts for their clients new, different & challenging. Wlaa and the LAB got me back in the gym after a several year hiatus. While the vibe and energy are awesome, the single best reason to come here is that the workout plan is 100% custom to me, my health and my goals. I have seen the same unique approach with every person that walks through the doors while I am there. If you are tired of the LA Fitness-type of trainer and want a better way, look no further than CYB.

Wlaa takes the time to get to know you, your habits, and your goals. He created a customized plan with reasonable and achievable goals yet still challenges me along the way. He is consistent in checking in with me throughout the week, making sure I am staying on track.
The studio is the perfect size, as the classes are always kept small, which I like. It allows for personalized attention throughout the workout. He pays attention to form, something I find important and don't find from many other workout instructors. Also, if you have any injuries, he modifies workouts accordingly while always making sure you are ok.
The WERK group workouts are 45 minutes, circuit style, which keeps things interesting and not as repetitive. Each time you come back it's something different.
I thoroughly enjoy his enthusiasm, upbeat attitude and appreciate his encouragement and accountability.
