"A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of visiting Dance IT OFF Studio, a surprise birthday present for my sister's 50th birthday. I wanted something unique we could enjoy together, and while browsing Groupon, I came across Dance IT OFF Studio. Despite a major storm passing through Georgia at the time, the studio was open the weekend after, so we decided to give it a try.

We weren't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be an amazing experience! We took Jason’s Cardio Dance Funk class, which was well-organized, with easy-to-follow steps and great music. Our instructor, Jason, was fantastic, making everything fun and engaging, and the class was budget-friendly too!

What really stood out was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone, including those who had been attending for over eight years, was genuinely kind and inviting. They made us feel like part of the group and even encouraged us to return, which we plan to do for one of our sister outings!

If you're looking for something different to do, I highly recommend their Saturday classes. We're especially excited to try the Latin dance class at 11:00 am. From the moment we called to get information, even speaking with one of the owners was a welcoming experience. So, if you’re looking to have fun, burn some calories, and create a memorable outing with your sister or best friend, Dance IT OFF Studio is the place to be. You won’t regret it!"

Jason’s cardio dance class is so much fun and will put you in a good mood for the whole day. I’m not coordinated and have no dance history, and nobody there cares. I also go to his weights class twice a week as it’s much more appealing than a gym.

My husband and I are firm believers to provide the best experiences to your children within the constraints of your budget. The troupe at Dance It Off has been a terrific experience for our daughter. We learned of it through another troupe mom.

I was invited to DIO by a close friend who was loving it. When I first tried the class I thought I was never going to learn the steps to all of the music, but it was so much fun and the music was so uplifting and Jason is so entertaining that I had such a great time anyway. I kept going and within a few weeks I was catching on and have been hooked ever since. I was very active with tennis and outdoor sports but injured my shoulder in a snowboarding accident just before being introduced to DIO. My tennis days were over because of it and I was wary about what I would do for exercise. This class requires movement of all body parts, including arms…it was like physical therapy for my shoulder. I love to dance and I love the people in the class, and Jason always makes us laugh! It is the best and most fun way to get a good workout that I have ever experienced! I always leave the studio happy.

I've been looking for a place to take dance classes as an adult and I love it here. I drive 30-45 minutes to take class and I always have so much fun. My favorite class is the new Broadway class they've added on.

I was nervous to go the first time cause I haven’t danced in decades but they are so welcoming. There was no competition no judgement and it was FUN! Even the ladies that were there dancing were friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to go back!!

Love this place!!! Everyone is so welcoming. The classes are so fun. The owners are a son, husband, and wife trio. They introduce themselves to every new person that walks through the door. It's like a family here. Best of all, there's no sense of competition. Everyone is there to get fit and have a blast. There are all ages, races, sizes, and genders. I bought a Groupon and I swear, it's the best purchase I've ever made. I'm already planning to purchase a membership.
