This is the worst gym by far in Albany. It’s more like a daycare the staff and members brings their children an the children get in the way when working out. The bathrooms are always dirty. The staff only engage with certain members. At night other members let their family and friends that don’t have a membership in the facility I see that as being a safety concern.I don’t recommend this gym.

It's a good gym but they probably should hire new women staff. I have been attending this gym for awhile and I recently found out I was being over charged. That is not how you do business. I was paying $25 a month.

It's a good gym. Just wish they'd do some renovations. The roof was leaking in ladies section a while back. I wouldn't let that deter me from getting a membership here but I wish owners would fix.

I researched all the gyms in Albany online and I was most interested in trying this location. I was especially excited about the 24/7 hours. I signed up for a free pass and took my preworkout only to be told to come back tomorrow with no explanation as to why. She wasn’t even friendly about it. Just cold. The staff was there. People were working out, but I was turned away. Nothing more disappointing than to be pumped about a workout and let down. I won’t be returning.

Just enough equipment to get the job done. Had know complaints and everybody was friendly. Gave me a free day pass for my first visit. If I lived in the area would definitely join but I'm a truck driver from mississippi so I buy day passes when I'm in the area.

Under some of the worst management I've ever seen. I canceled my membership on 05/30/14 and have been charged now 3 extra times. Manager is super rude and very un-professional in front of customers.
