The personal and group training here is outstanding. Crystal and the other trainers are genuinely caring, personable, and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. They consistently bring positive energy, motivation, and expertise, making every session both effective and encouraging.

The gym itself is small and private, creating an intimate and personal environment. The location is fantastic, with convenient access to nearby trails and downtown activities.

There’s a great balance of functional fitness and traditional gym equipment, offering a versatile workout experience. Some of the best training advice I’ve ever received has come from Crystal—highly recommend it!!
