I never thought I could say that I love working out till I came here! All the trainers are great and help you as you go. Exercises change daily and challenge you. I also loved being able to speak with the Lifestyle coach about my nutrition and Iβve seen great results in 3 months! Highly recommend anyone to check out the gym.

Great place to work out! The times for the classes all fit very well for a 10 hour schedule and for a night shift worker. All of the trainers know you and call you by name and will hold you accountable, they will always email or call if you have not been there for awhile. All employees are always courteous and explain everything very well. Every day is something new and different, keeps you on your toes, and will keep you VERY sore but VERY fit!!

I never thought I would like to workout but Fit Body Boot Camp has completely changed my mind and transformed my body!! All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe! I highly recommend!!!

DFBBC is awesome! Fast paced full body exercises that challenge you no matter your fitness level. The only real judge is you, the scales, and a tape measure! This is the only gym I have ever been able to use and enjoy week-inβand week out. The trainers are great and modify activities to suit your physical requirements.

Doing the 6-week challenge was definitely stepping out of my comfort zone, but I really wanted to lose weight and tone things up, so I decided to take on the challenge. I was never very athletically inclined, but did enjoy being active. When I had the initial meeting with Coach Robert Patrick, we talked about goals and set my weight loss goal at trying to lose 25 pounds over the course of the 6-week challenge. He felt the goal, with committing to attend 3 sessions a week and working on my diet, was one that I could achieve. I then met with Coach Suzanne Patrick to discuss the diet and vitamins/supplements. What I learned in regard to the diet was the biggest challenge was not really what I was eating (there were a few things I needed to cut out or cut back on) but how much I was eating. My portion sizes were way too big, and I was feeling obligated to eat all of the food I prepared for a meal in one sitting.
I attended the 7:30 am sessions every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 6 weeks. Coach Alex, who did an excellent job explaining each exercise and taking the time to work with each participant to make sure they were doing the exercise the proper way, led the sessions. Alex was always very encouraging and helped people not be afraid to push their limits a little bit, to really strive for the goal. I had gone gyms before to work out, but I realized in the boot camp environment I was doing better because of the excellent leadership of the coaches and the encouragement from the coaches and other participants. I realized other people were on the same journey that I was on. There was a lot of tough work being done, but for me, I was enjoying being challenged.
I did my best to stick to the diet as best as I could β it was a big challenge over the Thanksgiving holiday β and I had some good days and some not-so good days. I made sure I got myself to the 7:30 am training sessions, and found out that by working out in the morning helped me feel more energized at work. I started to lose weight; I was sleeping better at night, and just feeling better in general overall.
The final day of the 6 weeks arrived and it was time for the weigh out. At the beginning I had my doubts about reaching the goal of losing 25 pounds, but guess what β I lost 27.2 pounds! I was ecstatic about not only reaching my goal, but also surpassing it. I met with Coach Suzanne and measured that my body fat percentage had dropped significantly and I had lost 23 pounds of body fat.
Having reached and exceeded my goals I realized I wanted to keep working on my personal health and fitness, and keep going to Duluth Fit Body Boot Camp. There are many components to my success. Robert, Suzanne and Alex are top-notch coaches/trainers. They are the only coaches I worked with there during the 6 weeks, and Iβm sure the other coaches/trainers are top-notch as well. The facilities and equipment are always clean and well maintained. The other staff members were very friendly. Everyone there β coaches/trainers, staff, and members β were always very encouraging and that was a huge factor in my personal success.
In conclusion, definitely check out Duluth Fit Body Boot Camp and what they have to offer. They will work with you to help you set goals, and then provide the tools/knowledge necessary to help you reach your goals. You have to make the commitment to putting in the time for some hard work, and you can do it! Everyone there is on his or her own personal journey of fitness and better health, and everyone benefits from all of the encouragement they receive. Iβm very happy about my personal success there and Iβm happy for the success that others achieve there.

I absolutely LOVE this place. The workouts are intense but doable for all fitness levels. I started the 6 Week Challenge a couple weeks ago and am already down 2 sizes and 10 Pounds! The staff here is so amazing, and they REALLY care about me.

Yesterday made 2 weeks I've been working out with this great team of people. Today makes week 2 of the 6 week boot camp challenge I've been doing with Duluth FBBC. Two days ago, I was ecstatic after measurements to find out I had a loss of 1.5 inches from my waist, .5 inches from my hips, and .8% body fat. Wow!! Mind you, it hadn't been quite a full two weeks in this program and positive results already; definitely motivating! In any case, I'm glad I made the decision to join this boot camp and this challenge. Although, I do expect I'll stay on after the challenge ends. The people - from the staff to the fellow boot campers - have all been wonderful! I feel so energized after each workout, although it kicks my behind! :). I love that the workouts change daily, so you're not in the same ol' boring routine. I used to worry about messing my hair up due to sweating from workouts. Now, I really don't care. Give me the better body & I'll worry about the hair later. LOL I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what the next 4 weeks will bring. It can only get better, right?! #RIGHT #FitFam

The trainers are great..they encourage. ..they modify tge workout if you're not able. .they are there for you with unlimited access when thet are open. Its hard but worth it..they give step by step instructions on weight loss. .toning..and building muscle

I have been to other gyms but they were never something I could commit to. I've always hated that it felt like people were judging me at other gyms. I came across this place while grocery shopping one day. I looked it up online and tried the 3 day trial. I loved that the workouts were 30 minutes and it was one of the best workouts of my life.
From the day I walked in I have felt like family. I love that they take a personal interest in you and actually want you to meet your goals and not just take your money. I have never felt better about myself in my life and I am losing weight. What more could you want?

The 530am classes are great. I did the 3 day free course to try it out and then signed up for the 14 day program and had a consult with their nutrition Coach. She told me it's 50.00 for a 1 week detox and then tried to get me to consent to the distribution service. For a person that was 300 pounds and that have lost 50 pounds already, I'm looking for a fun fitness environment that will help get me going so that I can lose 50 more pounds. However, after telling her that I have my own detox, she immediately stated that my detox won't work and sarcastically said "go ahead and do YOUR detox". This showed me that she was all about getting my money versus supporting what I've already used and have been proven to work for me amd was approved my my doctor amd nutritionist. This really turned me off. I wish that people in places like this wouldn't be so offended just because a customer choose not to use the products they are selling and know that the is is a multi billion dollar industry that consist of many "all natural" solutions. I don't have to go with your product. This meeting happened on Wednesday and I've already lost 4 pounds using my detox and I only pay $10 for a week supply. I'm glad I'm taking it one step at a time and did not over commit myself. I didn't want to sign the membership contract because of this experience. Other than that...the place is a fun atmosphere, great workouts and really nice members and friendly staff.

I'm not a fit person at all! I hate gyms, I hate dieting and if you saw me, my body reflected that. I came upon DFBBC on a fluke while looking for yoga. BEST FLUKE OF MY LIFE. They start you off with a meeting to discuss your goals and they tell you what they are all about. Bob and Suzanne are all about your wellness, mind and body. And to get you there will take time. I've learned the importance of real food and exercise . A class is only 30 mins long, but in those 30 mins you will move like you've never moved before. You get SO much done! The trainers are amazing, they are very knowledgable and correct you if you're doing it wrong, or encourage you if you are doing it right. They stay on you to continue the workout when you feel like quitting.
I read a another review bashing this place, and I'd like to address that review.
20 Year old who only says good job - idk how old our trainers are... It actually does not matter. They are FIT, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They live a lifestyle that I would like to mimic. They teach you how to do the exercise. They laugh with you, yell at you, talk to you, and stay on you during the whole workout.
The main person only wants to talk to you to sell products or make you sign up for additional classes - WRONG! Did you know they will meet with you every couple of weeks JUST to talk to you? Just to see how you are doing in your health journey? Track your progress and measurements. Yes, they offer vitamins, why? Because vitamins are important to take... It's all apart of the plan. Yes, they'd like you to join the gym as a member... Why?! Because you can't just come to 3 classes and think you're gonna change your life. It takes a commitment from you and from them.
They are closed on Sunday's! - One of the best things about this company is that this is a family owned business. Being closed one day a week to focus on family is very healthy. Closed on Sunday's shouldn't bother anyone, shoot... Be glad you get a day off!
Total waste of time and money - think about how much you spend at a regular gym with a personal trainer, think about how much money you spend on bad food. Think of the years you're losing by living unhealthy. And then tell me that you won't invest in a better you. This place saved my life. Before DFBBC, I was depressed and that is now gone.
