I’ve been going to private training sessions with Eric at E5Fit for over a year now and I can’t recommend it enough. They offer small group sessions as well as 1 on 1. I like the accountability and personalization of 1 on 1 sessions, but everyone seems so happy in the group sessions as well. It’s a great community and I’ve absolutely become much stronger since starting there. Highly highly recommend.

I have been weight training, spinning, and running for apx 45 years. I really got serious about the quality of my workouts about 15 years ago, when I started one-on-one training with Dan Horras, owner of E5. Weekly, I do two weight training sessions with Dan, and 2 mi walks on the Treadmill 3x week. Dan has superior training in fitness, diet, and general wellness. He is excellent with those over 50 and has special routines to help strengthen older clients as they lose muscle, balance, and cognitive ability. E5 has all the equipment that one could possibly need in fitness training, a great combination of machines, bands, floor exercise equipment, free weights, balance, and superior instruction. His motto is do no harm, but push the individual to their maximum. I look forward to working out via Zoom or in person every week. It has changed my life, and I am in the best physical shape of my life. No gimmicks, tricks, bs, just consistent hard work that has paid off for me. Age 82.

I am so happy I found this gym! I love the philosophy and approach of E5Fit, it's unlike other gyms I've worked out at in the past. The group fitness classes are made up of well-designed full-body workouts incorporating strength training and cardio. The trainers are excellent and always make sure to offer different levels of difficulty for people based on their individual needs, all while making sure you are pushing yourself to improve. I never feel like I'm going to risk injury. An added bonus, the group fitness classes are super fun with wonderful people. I highly recommend joining E5Fit!

I was a member of a small group at E5FIT for about 4 months. The first few weeks was difficult, being so out of shape. I slimed up so much. I hadn’t l looked that good in years. Unfortunately I had to stop because of Spinal Synopsis. I really wish I could go back. My back pain was horrible & my pain management told me I couldn’t go back. Everyone at E5Fit was very helpful & nice. I would highly recommend them!

Finding E5Fit on Facebook was an answer to a prayer prayed on my 70th birthday! Over the years I had tried various gyms, bought a Total Gym at one point, tried large yoga and classes, etc. and always ended up exacerbating existing back and neck issues and feeling defeated. I started my free two-week trial the week of July 4th and am now convinced that joining E5Fit is the wisest and most thoughtful gift I have ever given myself. I have trained mostly with Eric and once or twice with Katy and Dylan. All of them are fantastic and it is evident they truly care. They give detailed instructions for each exercise and make sure (I think they have eyes in back of their heads) that proper form is maintained by all. Eric is amazingly kind and patient with my many questions and quirks and has helped me set goals for which he is holding me accountable. I am amazed at how much better I feel, both physically and mentally and at the increase in strength, energy and flexibility I have after a little over two months. Finally, I am having FUN getting fit which is the icing on the cake! E5Fit is the perfect fit for me!

Dan and his team are very knowledgeable and very supportive of people of all fitness levels. They are very friendly and I always feel welcomed and at ease when I step into the gym. As someone who doesn't like to exercise, I was surprised by how much I improved over the course of just a couple of months. I have been going here for over 6 months now and have no plans to stop. I can now lift heavy boxes at work much more easily and better yet, I know the proper technique to lift heavy boxes so I don't hurt myself, and I know my body's limits. Even if I stop going here someday, the lessons I have learned will stay with me for the rest of my life.

One last thing- I was scared originally about no pricing on the website, but it was very easy to reach out to Dan via email. He responded promptly and I personally believe the pricing is very fair.

This gym, Dan the owner, and Darion my trainer changed my life in so many ways. The dedication I find in Darion to make me reach my goals is just difficult to explain with words. From a lost cause I thought I was, I fulfill my part, which is to show up and persevere. You are not a number here, you are not just another pay check. Nope there is humanity, thoughts, ideas, PERSONALIZED exercises to make you reach level after level. What you need is to show up, have the mentality of a winner and you will see results one after one: on your mobility, strengh, core, endurance, spirit. If you do not cheat with yourself and look for someone to bring you what your body needs, to build achievable steps, real attention, a safe environment, someone to bring out all your possibilities, go trust them, stick to the plan. I feel very comfortable in the E5fit space. It is clean, nicely arranged and always active but not too crowded. I get a very personalized workout and the routine changes. The gym is small and therefore more intimate, but with plenty of equipment so I never have to wait. The trainers are friendly and very knowledgeable, and don’t try to push 45+ year old bodies into doing what 20 year olds do. Their goal is to strengthen your body without injuring it. I have trained in small group classes as well as with a personal trainer and have enjoyed and benefitted from both. I highly recommend this gym.

E5Fit is an incredible for just about anyone (especially the 45 and older), as they will tailor a person’s fitness program according to specific needs and goals with no pressure or judgement. I am in my 50’s and love to stay fit but do not want a hard core high cardio hour+ work out. The E5Fit staff has managed to keep me coming back and stayIng fit and in shape with very effective and efficient 30-minute work outs that hit all core muscles, arms and legs, while also sneaking in just enough cardio to keep me from quitting! I have other friends with very different higher intensity fitness goals who also love E5Fit because they have tailored their workouts according to their needs as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have trained with Dan Horras for over 20 years. His super slow technique is ideal for me. In two 30 minute sessions per week we are able to keep me fit and working when most of my peers are retired. I have been working out since the early 80’s and though I was doing fairly well until I signed up with E5Fit. I can’t begin to express how much these last few years working out with Dan and E5Fit have meant to me. I feel like I’m in the best shape that I can ever. remember being in.
