Loved last evening's class (Barre Flow). It was appropriate for where I am right now in my rehab (from injuries) journey, especially in the the way Parisa "compartmentalized" the sequenced objectives -- core, upper, glutes, etc. She did a nice job in catering to several different levels of students' expertise (e.g., I had never experienced a Barre class). I've taken a few different types of classes from Parisa; this one was probably the best I've taken from her, and it seems to be in her sweet spot (expertise, enjoyment, etc.). I'm glad I took this class, and I think it'll help me; I'm already signed up for next week's class.

Tim pushes every student to do more. Tim's class is a very thorough , meticulous and well paced flow. On top of that, he suggests / encourages "can you... get your heel higher", "your hand flatter", "your twist deeper", "your neck longer, straighter", "your hips wider", "your toes up", "your chair lower" . Amazing attention to detail and nuance, for each student, for each position throughout the entire class. Tim's good humor, enthusiasm and relentless focus is impressive and inspiring. Fantastic class !!!

I have been going to classes at Element on and off for almost 3 years. The teachers are genuine and caring whether it’s your first class or 500th. If you’re looking to get back into an exercise routine or just want to pop in for a weekend class, you’ll feel right at home here! They also recently renovated the studio, making the experience even more enjoyable

Yoga instructors should never touch students without consent. Especially not on bare skin. That is unacceptable and unethical behavior.

Natalie did a wonderful job teaching to the diverse experience levels in the class. Cues were on point (I mean, lift the beach ball off your back. I’m stealing that. Simple + effective. ✅ ) Sequence was unique, without being over complicated. Music is always on 🔥! I’m used to a 97 degree room and moving at turbo speed. Natalie’s pace was refreshing and accessible while still creating a challenge. So grateful for the chance to flow with you this morning, Natalie! 🙏🏾 Also, the studio renovations look amazing! ✨ Loved being back in the space today! 💛

I’ve taken a lot of classes, but this studio has definitely been my favorite. I look forward to coming each week for the barre classes. Not only have they helped tone my body, but I now have a workout routine that I look forward to going to, and it has enhanced my quality of life. Parisa makes each class so fun yet challenging!

Found out Sumayya was teaching here and immediately signed up for the Tuesday 6:00pm class. First time hearing about this studio.
First, this is a well run and appointed studio with nice showers a legit front desk and a wide range of teachers and classes. From a first visit...I'd recommend this studio and will start off with some class packs for sure.
Second, I've taken Sumayyas classes for years and stopped a few years ago due to logistics. I was excited to attend and the class was exactly what i hoped for. A calm, smooth, confident voice with a pace & energy to get you to your edge without really noticing how you got there. One of my favorite teachers ever.

Clean, accessible & no frills studio. So welcoming and great variety of classes offered with quality teachers that offer various levels of challenge. Personally I love Melanie’s flow & chill class and power flow with Craig. Some teachers are not my style so you should shop around to find your flavor, something for everyone (flowy yoga girl to absolute beginner). Highly recommend!

I had a very good class here doing hot yoga. I was not aware it was hot until I got there so keep that in mind. Hot yoga is very different from regular yoga. The class was great! Very good combination of mobility and strength work.

EDIT: was told by owner publicly on here that they would try to get me a refund for classes their studio closing didn’t allow me to use - but have not been refunded.
Original post: On January 19 I purchased a Groupon pack of 10, with an expiration of July 18. I travel a lot for work, but wanted to try a new studio for when I'm in town. The Groupon was only good for Sandy Springs, and even though I live a stone's throw from the Clairmont location, I thought I can try this location first and see if I like it for a later monthly membership at Clairmont. I was able to use only 2 of the 10 classes by March 5, at which point the instructor told us the studio was sold and closing at the end of March. I approached her after class and said I just got this Groupon barely six weeks ago, and I won't be able to use the remaining 8 classes before then, could I use it at Clairmont? She said oh just email the owner, Parisa, she probably will honor it, she's really good about that kind of thing. Well...Parisa did not honor it. Parisa told me I could contact Groupon about a refund (!). Thanks for the help! Well Groupon did give me something, but it wasn't a refund. It was Groupon bucks. I think it's bad business practice and poor customer service for someone to sell a bunch of Groupons supposedly good for 6 months, but then surprise you 6 weeks after the sale with a change in the conditions. It feels like a cash grab at the expense of someone who was looking for a potential monthly studio. The two classes were nice, but I wouldn't patronize a studio that reneged on an agreed arrangement and then put it on me to figure out the solution. You really couldn't just go through and honor those last 8 classes at Brookhaven?

Easy 5 stars. This was my first time ever doing yoga so I had no expectations going in. They were SO nice and welcoming at the front desk. Everything was immaculately clean and the studio room was very nice. They have showers, and cubbies to keep your stuff during class. Cubbies aren't locking, but they're directly in front of the front desk so they're monitored the entire time you're in class.
I took the 101 class with Melanie and she was FANTASTIC. She's incredibly passionate about what she does, friendly, easy to talk to, all that fun stuff. SHE was genuinely excited that it was my first time trying yoga. I felt welcome and completely comfortable in what one might (incorrectly) assume to be an intimidating environment for a first-timer.
I think it's imperative to have a good experience when you're trying something new for the first time; Melanie and Element Yoga as a whole fully accomplished that. I will be coming back in the future, no question.

I’ve been a member of Element for One Year now. All the teachers are great and I love the community here. Hot flow yoga classes are great with a variety of other classes for everyone such as barre and element sculpt. I took a pop element sculpt class with Courtenay Teitelbaum today and it was an amazing workout. It’s definitely advanced but you can get results with this workout. Thank you. If you try the studio you won’t regret.

Love this place! The new student unlimited 2 week deal was such a great way to get a taste for this studio. Every teacher offers a unique experience and even going to the same teacher's class weekly, things always feel fresh. Which makes having the unlimited pass worth the price.
The studio offers a variety of classes including vinyasa flows (heated and non-heated), meditation, restorative yoga, and barre. It's great to find a studio that offers such a range of classes because it makes your fitness routine more engaging. Like going to a high energy barre class on Monday, mellowing out your anxieties at a restorative class on Tuesday night and then doing some smooth and strengthening vinyasa classes throughout the week.
Facilities: Studio is comprised of 2 rooms for classes, 2 restrooms (one of which has a shower and lots of toiletry options if you need to shower up and head straight to work), and a cubby area at the front for dropping your things off as you head to class. Studio door is locked during classes for security purposes.
Parking: so easy to park here due to the big shared parking lot. You'll never have an issue pulling in last minute to a class and struggling with parking. This has been a major perk! Some of the studios in town do not have easy parking access and that becomes quite a nuisance.
Misc:
- The studio offers bolsters for restorative classes and blocks for any class. I believe you can rent yoga mats too if you're in a pinch. Seriously, try this place out - you won't regret it!
- I was pleasantly surprised with how great their app is. It's super easy to use for scheduling/booking/cancelling and checking in.

I have been so pleased with my experiences at Element Yoga. The teachers are diverse in their methods which keeps classes interesting, and all are deeply knowledgeable about the practice of yoga. Further, I recently had an issue with my membership and the Office Manager could not have been more helpful or gracious. I was very pleased with how they dealt with my problem and they promptly offered me a reasonable solution.

Have taken a few different classes using their 2-week new student special and I've really enjoyed them. Heat level of the heated classes is nice, the flows are very balanced (good mix of strength & flexibility), and the staff has been lovely. Many instructors I recognize from other studios I've been to over the years so I know they are a very experienced bunch.

If you are looking for a yoga studio that accommodates all skill levels, has a superb vibe, energetic and skilled teachers, and feels like a community then look no further! I had been driving past this gem as it came to life and soon after their opening I had to give it a try myself. I did the new member unlimited two week special and was hooked! I’m now an unlimited (founding) member *happy dance*
This studio has always given me welcoming energy even though I don’t personally know another single soul that practices there. But I look forward to connecting with my community as I continue to practice. From one enthusiastic yogi to another, if you’re thinking of coming...stop thinking and do it!
