About the Club

Resistance training is my preferred style of training. Using your own body weight or an external form(dumbbell barbell medicine ball;etc) will stimulate your lean muscle mass to tone and build strength and keep your metabolism up all at the same time. We'll mix in some stretches to increase your flexibility. We'll mix in some different forms of cardio(sprints sleds rope boxing) to keep you engaged mentally. Most sessions are held at private studio. Also nutritional counseling and calorie recommendation included

If you are looking for a well balanced, always different, challenging for where you are and be inspired to go farther Chris @ Elite Bodies is your trainer. He is most professional, well prepared, organized and clearly explains and demonstrates each exercise. The private studio is small and well equipped. He which really watches and correct your form as needed. I’ve been working out at Elite Bodies for a couple of months and feel stronger, more defined and have more energy. I strongly recommend Chris and appreciate all the value he gives to me as a client.

I plan on continuing for a long , long time.

I have never been the kind of girl to really take pride in exercise but I decided the best way for me to stay on top of it was getting a personal trainer to push me in the right direction. Chris has done just that! He’s motivating especially on those days where you don’t really feel like doing anything. I have come in many times tired or just not motivated to get anything done, by the end of my session I leave with a completely different attitude knowing that I accomplished something. He’s easy to work with and very flexible when it comes to sessions you can not attend or might be alittle late for. I recommend him 100% because every session is specific to your needs and they are never the same, which in my opinion encourages me in ways I didn’t know it could. I do things that I never knew my body and physical shape had the ability to do.
If you are looking for someone who is takes into consideration your abilities, lifestyle and stays on top of you to make sure you reach your goal then Chris is most definitely your guy!!
