I am happy to have found Empower Health & Fitness when I was struggling with a couple of issues with my back and knee. Sarah listened to me during our consultation. When I started working out with her, she worked alongside my physical therapist. She included many rehab exercises in my programme. She checks in with me during exercises and always explains and ensures correct form. She is helping me gain back not just my fitness, but also my confidence.
Michael and Sarah have built a great community. It’s fun to hang out with them and other members! This has become my happy place :)

I have been working with Michael and Sarah for several years and followed them when they opened Empower in 2023. They have truly created the perfect training studio! They are committed to providing top notch training and are hardworking, dedicated, and flexible. I am still able to train virtually when I'm out of town for work and that is a huge benefit for me. Sarah and Michael are always on the gym floor, engaging with members and ensuring everyone feels supported. I have limitations that they work around everyday while still providing a great workout. I highly recommend Empower for your fitness needs!

I’ve been training at Empower Health & Fitness in Roswell, GA, for about a year, and it’s been a transformative experience! They offer both private and semi-private training with personalized 6-week programs designed to meet individual goals. Even in semi-private sessions, you follow your unique plan while working alongside others, which creates a motivating and supportive environment. Sarah and Michael, the trainers, are incredible—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your success. They go above and beyond by providing nutritional guidance, setting challenges, and encouraging you every step of the way.
The gym isn’t massive but has everything you need for effective training. It’s equipped with dumbbells, kettlebells, a functional trainer, power racks, bars, benches, balls, bands, TRX, a treadmill, and a bike for cardio. While they don’t have an InBody machine for detailed body composition analysis, they track your progress through weight and body measurements, which works well.
If you’re looking for a gym that combines personalized training, attentive coaching, and a welcoming atmosphere, I can’t recommend Empower Health & Fitness enough!

I have been training at Empower for several months now and absolutely love it. This is not a “meathead” kind of gym, but an overall health and wellness facility that is geared to all levels and ages. Sarah and Michael are the nicest people, creating an environment that is laid-back, chill, and welcoming—and they also really know their stuff! I train with Sarah, and she is such a professional. She crafts personalized training programs with thoughtfulness and care for where you are in your journey and works with any issues or injuries you may have. She closely monitors how you are doing, is willing to modify the movements to accommodate any issues, and always demonstrates each exercise thoroughly while watching to give pointers for form. Sarah makes you feel that she genuinely cares about your health and your progress—she is a deeply empathetic and sensitive person who is knowledgeable about physical therapy, hormones, diet, and a variety of other areas that can impact health. At each visit she always makes sure to ask about little injuries and challenges, offering dietary support or all kinds of other tips and advice—she’s just really exceptional and I love her. Michael is awesome too and I always look forward to coming in to work out. I definitely recommend this place! Give it a try!

Absolutely in love with this place after 6 weeks. I have seen the difference on my body. I am very happy with it. I have been talking to a lot of different trainers. But Empower offers exactly what I have been looking for. Smaller Gym, Smaller Class, Nutrition Coach, Customize plan for each client, and affordable membership. They have a super easy online schedule system. They offer classes through out the day, very convenience.
Sarah and Michael are the best Trainers and very motivated.

EMPOWER is THE gym! The personalized training programs are always on point and exactly what I need. ****Would highly recommend this gym/the trainers to ANYONE- regardless of if you are in the Roswell area or not.**** I have been working with Sarah at Empower Health + Fitness for the last 6 months. I knew Sarah from a past life so the second I saw she and her partner opened a gym, I knew I was going to make the commitment with her no matter what. I currently live in OFW, so Sarah worked with me on the best plan for where I live and my lifestyle. We chose a plan that allows me to come in person with her at minimum once every 6 weeks, but more if I would like. So far she has written me 4 different workout programs, and I am so happy with the results I am seeing. Sarah has been very conscious of my lifestyle and my time when it comes to writing my programs and that is truly something that when working with trainers in the past, money does not buy. With that being said, my overall muscle tone and weight loss have been two of the biggest changes I have seen so far (and were also my two biggest priorities.) In conclusion, I am immediately signing for another 6 months with Sarah and have no intention of going anywhere anytime soon.
