I highly recommend this gym. The instructors do an amazing job of breaking down moves so you understand what you're doing with your hands, feet, and hips. They clearly care passionately about helping people learn, and offer a lot of classes to help shift workers who may otherwise struggle finding a place (like me). They currently offer a free week to try and see how you like it, and have a great pricing plan depending on what you're looking for.

Great place. Amazing instructors. Wonderful family environment where you can start or develop your martial arts skills. You have personal attention from the instructors and can train at any time between 10 AM and about 7 PM which is very convenient since most people have a tight schedule. There is no pressure at all you can visit the place train your first day and then decide if it is for you or not. They will not put pressure on you at all if you for some reason don’t want to go back or take your time to decide. If you bring your children to start learning a great martial art they will have a lot of fun and become better at life improving their personal growth. They provide all the gears and everything you need for training, all you need is YOU.

I have never felt more welcomed at a gym than I did here. I’m a newbie woman in her 40s and I was greeted with grace, encouragement and enthusiasm. I’m excited to learn the ropes and put my body to work. The new location is huge and the classes are great timed. Mary Beth is the best! She made me feel like a part of the family from the very beginning.

It’s a great gym to training . Lessons are very technical, that’s great if you are looking to improve your fighting skills. I felt welcome since the first class. Definitely I recommend it.

I have done multiple forms of martial arts: Jiu Jitsu, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and boxing and none of it feels as real as Muay Thai. On top of that… the teachings at Empower Muay Thai feel more progressive than your typical MMA gym. It’s more than a check to them, it’s a lifestyle.

Absolutey love this school. I started off with my youngest child. He has a hard time focusing, but every instructor got down on his level and helped him learn the concepts without getting frustrated or judging him. Its the first sport he has really loved as a result.

I then brought my other children, who are active in other sports, and they too love it. They use it to supplement their other trainings. Its been great for their stamina, as well as learning self defense.

I too have started training, and having boxed for 4 years, they have dramatically improved my form and striking power.

I tell any and everyone about how great this school is.

Absolutely love this place! Love the instructors Eric Hofstein and Mary Beth Haile!!! My kid is having an awesome time learning Muay Thai. He is really enjoying not only learning the techniques but also the way that it is taught due to the awesome atmosphere they have and the great team they have. Eric Hofstein and Mary Beth Haile are some of the kindest people youll ever work with. They have very good knowledge of whatever inquiries you have, and will leave you TIRED. The one on one sessions are very beneficial for improvement and will help you gain knowledge as a fighter.
