Excellent Facility. Very well done. These guys are pros and you can see that in the way, the equipment is arranged and the quality and type of equipment. Super amenities. And an excellent group of folks who work out also. Definitely a family fitness center. Anyone could go there and make improvements easily. And really everyone should for health and wellness and all those things that come from exercise. Highly recommended.

Excellent for any level of fitness. You can usually find manager Tina, class instructor Frank, owners BJ Rogers and Taylor Henderson willing to answer questions you may have. All four are always kind and professional. I am Impressed with the cleanliness. Encouragement to use spray bottles with disinfectant to use before and after use of equipment. Sunless tanning is available for both members and non members. Membership dues are comparable to other local gyms in the area. Convenience of open 24/7!

Update: lots of ab machine options. Really peaceful and not so packed gym. I love this gym. Yup !! FIVE STARS for me. ❤️❤️❤️👍🏿

Great workout! The CPT is excellent!! ! Frank is the best at targeting the area of weight you want to lose I dropped one size already!! ! His patience to work with you is what I have been looking for, Eating healthy and slimming down , I'm excited about my results! Family friendly atmosphere! Manager Tina greets me with a smile! You can't go wrong with Family Fitness Center. The classes are great and the instructor knows how to help you achieve the workout. If is something you can't or it doesn't feel right for you, they will show you another way to exercise. The gym is cleaned on a regular schedule for covid 19 and they have hand wipes and bottles of sanitizing for you to use before and after you workout on any of the equipment.
