I can’t say enough positive things about Chris!! My son, who plays lacrosse, has been training with him since the 3rd grade, he is now a sophomore in HS. The growth I’ve seen in my son is astronomical, both mentally and physically. Chris cares about the people he trains not only as athletes but also as people. He is such a positive influence.

My daughter has been attending both private and group agility sessions for the past several years and we have been very happy with the results. We were looking gain speed and overall quickness for high level soccer and have made significant improvements. Coach Chris is a knowledgeable and encouraging trainer who knows how to push athletes in a positive way. I highly recommend chris for any athlete looking to take their game to the next level.

I’ve been playing golf ever since I was 6 years old and I would say that FAST and Coach Chris have helped out the most out of anyone I’ve ever meet so far, they help with one of the most important things a sport can have and help you in other parts as well. Highly recommend and will make you improve in whatever sport you play!

I can't speak highly enough of FasTAD and the owner Chris and all the coaches for their unwavering support in my son's basketball journey. My son, Isaiah, has played basketball since he was six, but it wasn’t until we found FastTAD that he truly began developing into the athlete he is today. After not making his middle school team in 2019, I knew he needed more training, and that’s when he worked with Coach Dev. He laid the foundation, and later, during COVID, Chris helped connect us to Trendsetters AAU, where Isaiah proved his talent. He returned to FastTAD last summer, Isaiah trained with Coach BJ, who helped refine his shot tremendously, even with his demanding school schedule. This journey led to an incredible milestone-Isaiah received the MVP award at his basketball banquet yesterday!
Isaiah is now a senior, accepted to the University of Kentucky, and still working toward his dream of playing at the next level. None of this would have been possible without FastTAD’s dedicated coaches. Though high school basketball is over, we will continue training at FastTAD because this program has truly transformed him. If you’re looking for a place that develops young athletes and builds confidence, FastTAD is the best investment you can make. Thank you, Chris, and the entire FastTAD team. We are forever grateful!

I’ve been using Fast for 4 years! My kids love the facility and the owner Chris. The trainers are knowledgeable and the prices are fair. I’ve seen a drastic improvement in my child’s confidence and performance. The payment system is easy and they even let you keep discounts for the lifetime of your contract. I’d recommend this to anyone who has kids that play sports and are looking to improve!

STAY AWAY ITS WASTE OF MONEY
Very disappointed with the program (afterschool) at many level
1 - Poor Quality - They work as daycare and doesn't encourage or help kids to participate in the games sent both my kids one of my kid set on the side as he/she is shy for 2 classes in a row
2 - Not professional - After verbal communication on phone with the representative, that my kids are not participating and coming home un-happy i would like to stop coming in end of the yr and will start again next year got a call asking for money and was quiet rude and said we will never get your kids to our program ever.
3 - Poor communication - After talking on phone and cancelling the sessions came to know that I should have emailed them which was not mentioned in the telephonic conversation.
Just because they are available their in school doesn't mean that they are good most of the kids just need freedom to play but are these ppl helping them grow the ability and increasing the athletics ability NO!! don't waste you money and kids time look for something better.

My son and daughter both did the ADP class and really enjoyed it. It challenged them physically and made them stronger. My son also did the basketball and baseball group classes and private baseball lessons. He has enjoyed all of them and it's made him a better athlete. When he bats or pitches he says he thinks about the things Taylor has told him.

FAST is a great program! My son loved the multiple camps that he attended this summer! He experienced a variety of activities and sports throughout each camp and came home utterly exhausted! Chris Bettis runs an excellent program that promotes good health and good sportsmanship for young athletes.

I really enjoy working out at Fast. I have been with Fast for a little over 2 years and still enjoying it.The class at FAST It's not like going to a gym and just doing simple exercises. We run, row, squat, jump, lift, throw, catch, push and even though it is hard I enjoy it.

My son loves FAST All Sports and Baseball summer camps. After first week of my son in FAST I talked with his friends parents and they enrolled their kids too. Every one enjoyed. I like the most is there was a structure program for all day. I also love the strength and agility training they're doing for kids of this age. I will definitely recommend. We're going there next year 👍

I love to come every morning to my crossfit class at FAST It's not like going to a gym and just doing simple exercises, here we have our coach Chris who explains, motivates and trains with a very effective program. I run, row, squat, jump, lift, throw, catch, push, and pull etc.
Boredom and routine are the enemy. Every day I will find a new workout, new movements, new challenges.

Best place in Gwinnett for young athletes to perfect their game and get or stay in shape. They keep it fun while giving the kids what they need to be successful in sports and to build confidence in all other areas of their lives.

I'm unable to edit the previous review I posted, but I want to add something in response to the owner's message of the original review...we DID in fact reach out to the owner by phone during the first week that our kids were having a terrible experience. He was on vacay in Florida, but did get back in touch with us and stated he would address the situation. Maybe he forgot this or is thinking of another family but I didn't just wait a long time to post a bad review without ever getting in touch with the company/owner to address the issues. The problem is nothing changed even though we gave them a second chance. Once our kids refused to go back, I just knew something was really wrong and went with my gut and didn't force them to go back. As for my guess on the age of the staff, I guess what I witnessed were just really immature 20 somethings. I have specific incidents in mind from my oldest (who was 11 at the time) who wasn't even complaining that it was himself being picked on during games, but rather another kid being made fun of by a staff member for how unathletic/slow they were. That's unacceptable, sorry. My review is not of the facility (it does look nice), nor of their after school programs -- but just of the summer camp experience and my hope is that it was just a bad summer where the staff were taking advantage of the fact the owner was away and just weren't being very professional in his absence. I still maintain that if your kids are saying they aren't having fun at a camp, and have specific incidents detailing issues, then parents should listen and make surprise visits & discuss with ownership - and if they still aren't having fun, pull them out! I never asked for our $ back, and never would. That's not what my complaint was about, I couldn't care less about that aspect. I would absolutely give this company a third chance with the after school program at my boys' elem school, and have in fact asked them if they want to try it. They've said no for now, they don't want to chance being in contact with that particular employee.

Unfortunately, our kids did not have a good experience here. We only had them signed up for a couple weeks, not the whole summer of 2016. The owner was out of town and maybe that had something to do with their experience, as he was very friendly and professional in his emails. However, the staff that was there last summer just ruined it for our kids. They are older teens (18-19) and treated all the kids (not just ours) like they were in some military boot camp. NOT what we signed up for. The things they said to the kids would definitely not have been said in front of other parents. After a week straight of our kids telling us they hated it, they were tired of being yelled at and degraded, we decided to do a surprise visit one day. Thankfully, nothing was going on that was too upsetting but the staff looked at us like deer in headlights. My kids are all athletic, have done camps all over Gwinnett - even Bob Sphire's football camp at North. We've never had any problems with other camps. They're not sensitive kids, they hear me yelling plenty. But based on what they told us about this establishment, we won't be going back. Just make sure if your child says they aren't having fun, then something is WRONG and do a surprise visit to check on them. Ours refused to go the last few days of camp, and we didn't force them. Thumbs down.
