Great gym that is tucked behind the fun center. This spot is old school but with solid equipment and some nice specialty machines. A little bit of pig iron also. CT Fletcher would approve!

Love the compound. It's a friendly environment with reasonable athletic options. The only issue is the phone number attached to it. That number on the website is incorrect and in need of change.

This place is cool and it's definitely a weight-lifters gym. The facilities could definitely use some updating/remodeling but if you can see past that you will notice the gem here.

Very off-putting experience here. Dion Kirksey, a trainer at this gym scammed me and was very hostile. I wanted to attend this gym and really start working towards a goal, but unfortunately one trainer put a terrible taste in my mouth. Having a good image is everything and this experience is not a good impression of the vision FDL compound has.

Communication sucks! I have called texted left messages even spoke to a young lady that took all my information to send me content about membership and PT and it’s been days. The place seems great but if this is how communication is I’ll just stay away smh

The staff is awesome. The patrons are cool. The equipment works but is dated. The place is not cleaned on a regular basis if at all so if you have sensitive allergies to things like dust...😬. Sometimes there is paper towels in the bathrooms. I'm there because my trainer is there but this wouldn't be my first pick for a gym.
