I’ve been taking classes for a couple months now with the instructor Olena at 4:30pm on Wednesdays. It has been an amazing experience! You can tell the instructor truly cares not only about her students, but also honoring the tradition of yoga. I’ve worked at a computer for many years and thought that I would always have to deal with pain in the neck and shoulders. I realize now that this is not true and it can be fixed. I am more motivated now than ever to continue practicing yoga.
This is a beginner’s class but the instructor will tailor the pose to your level. If you are looking to try yoga for the first time or start back up after a break, give this class a try, you won’t be disappointed.

This studio is a wonderful place to practiceyoga. Emilie is a wonderful yoga teacher and I have loved going to her studio. I have taken a ton of private restorative classes over the years with her and I always find its a wonderful source of calm and feel more refreshed by the end. She is personable, and with the private classes, she can help guide you through what you need that day. Highly recommend for the good energy and good people!

I prefer Emilie's restorative class but she offers classes for all levels. Definite focus on mindful practice rather than power yoga or yoga fit or whatever they call it nowadays. Convenient location in downtown Gainesville and beautiful space.
