Celebrated a friends Bday!

When I tell you, we had a BALL!! I mean it was EPIC!

My friend-girl celebrated her bday here, this past Sat, 9-30. She booked a pole dancing party! It was a group of 9 of us! All different shapes n sizes and everyone had a GREAT TIME! A very body positivity atmosphere!! LOVE it!

The instructor, Kee, knows her stuff! She was very patient, encouraging, helpful, all those adjectives plus many more!!LOL!

The pole dancing itself was very empowering! I think everyone of us felt like VIXENS!! And we were!! LOL!

I recommend this experience to anyone who wants to try something different and express yourself in a way that you can't do many other places!

The gym is spotless with beautiful lights that create a lovely vibe. Additionally, there is an array of classes to choose from throughout the week so you can find the perfect fit just for you. Fit Candy Studio is for the everyday women. This is a judgment-free zone, where you can come and let loose. This studio is for all shapes, sizes, and dance level. One thing that is unique, is that the studio over trained herself in everything she teaches, isn’t that awesome? My favorite class is her HustleN’Heels dance class. I’ve been taking her class for about a year and a half off and on and I can say that each time I attend, I get something from it!

A dear friend told me about Fit Candy Studio's $49 Newbie deal last year around my 52nd birthday in May. I had just experienced the death of my son in February 2020 and I didn't activate my voucher until November of last year. When I finally went to the studio, I enjoyed the atmosphere and classes so much that I became a member. It was the very uplifting outlet and escape I needed to help me through the grieving process. It was either get up and move or lay down and fall into a deep depression. The teachers there are absolutely great! The atmosphere of camaraderie, motivation, PEACE, and encouragement (not to mention actual fitness results AND dress size reduction) that Kee has established are enough motivation to check out Fit Candy Studio's amazing classes and amazing teachers! I’ve been going to FitCandy for a few weeks and I absolutely love it. This studio is just what I needed to get back into dance and just being surrounded with a positive atmosphere. I had some issues with my account in the beginning and the owner Ke (Boss Chic) was super helpful with getting things in order from answers all my texts to calling and following up with me about classes. I have already recommended this studio to a few friends and will continue to do so. The staff has made me feel welcome since day 1. The women that go here really do uplift one another. Visited this place because I found a Groupon that I simply couldn't pass up. I almost messed around and let it expire because I kept forgetting about it. However, today was the day to go ahead and check it out. I went online to check their class offerings. I was interested in all 3 that were offered tonight. I set sails to head to the studio from work. I was determined.

The place was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. It is off of an access road. Again... no issues finding. I walked in and was greeted by a very personable lady. I was rushing to get to the class since it had already started. She gave me a brief overview and I scurried along to class. I took 3 classes. During the classes, I could've sworn the angel of mercy was sitting on my shoulder but I pushed through. I took Butt Lift, stiletto line dance and toned abs and legs. Listen here, that Toned Abs class was nothing to joke about. That class packed a lot of punch. I enjoyed class #1 so much that I immediately purchased the unlimited monthly plan.

Everyone was extremely nice and engaging. This place is about 20-25 min from my house but it's worth the drive. I appreciate the workout that I got. Now let me lay myself to sleep... because I know I'm gonna need my rest to tackle this class tomorrow. And I can already feel the pain starting up. Lol
