I needed my butt kicked because I had gotten out of the habit of exercise. Menopause doesn’t help! Achy, unmotivated, definitely didn’t want to work out in a big gym. I started back with a workout and nutrition plan with Alex Sanabria and it’s truly been a game changer. Alex customizes each workout for each individual and their specific needs and works around any injuries or difficulty you are having with your body. She’s encouraging, knowledgeable, motivating, an incredible coach and pushes me beyond what I tell myself I can do. For a long time I felt it was too expensive to get a coach but I decided to invest in myself because I wasn’t self motivated to work out at home alone. I love the ladies at the gym, small group and such nice people! Thanks to Alex and her program. She first had a phone consultation with me and then she offers a trial period before you commit, (which is very hard to come by these days), especially for the value !

Alex is a fantastic coach and fitness trainer. She works with you personally to find out about your nutrition. Then she gives you a few tweeks and helps you get more of what you need so you crave less. She also finds out your goals and creates a fitness plan to get you there. Never worked out before? Ok, she starts you slowly. Been working out for forever but you are not getting results? She’s your person! She’ll have you going things in a new way to challenge your muscles. She cares about what you have going on and supports you. I’ve had a knee replaced and she is working with that to get me stronger and ready for the next knee. Coach Alex will motivate, encourage and give you all the tools to snatch you together! She text me a side by side comparison of my progress pics and pointed out all my areas of improvement.
